We really loved our staying in a wonderful room of Villa Garance. Very tasty breakfast served on the roof with amazing view on Essaouira and the Ocean. The owners and the staff were very kind and helped us enjoying our vacation to the best. Thanks again

Staying here brought the best of 3 worlds — 1) a beautiful riad with an amazing rooftop, 2) perfect location, 3) amazing service — the owners and staff were so kind and helpful. They took us through all the best restaurants, drink spots, and shops. When I come back to essaouira, I’ll be staying here again. Pierre and his wife are great.

Couldn't have asked for more! In the middle of the Medina of Essaouria this hidden gem offers everything you will need for feeling at home while traveling. Breakfast on the rooftop, warm-hearted staff and stylish, comfortable rooms. All, for a very fair price.

Lovely place in a perfect location in the Medina of Essaouira. The rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated. The relatively vast rooftop terrace makes a nice place to chill it with its many corners and hidden areas.

everything was good except yasmin she was acting crazy she scared us and asked me to borrow her money,and she never give it back of course, was a bad experience ever, I'll never back to this place. I'm glad that I left

Very nice Moroccan style riad. Very clean kept and smells great in the building. The terrace was cold for having breakfast this morning as it was open air, but very pretty. Breakfast was great with omelette, yoghurt, cut up fruits, jams, honey, local bread, coffee and fresh squeezed OJ

Beautiful riad with good breakfast on the roof terrace. Unfortunately not really child-friendly: our normally playing children were accused of too much noise by the Riad administration. Be careful with the payment in Euro: the Riad administration sets an unfavorable exchange rate of 1 EUR = 10 DH.

This is a riad/boutique hotel situated in a little alley way just off one of the main streets in the market. The location is great, it is super cozy, the rooms are very comfortable and stylish, breakfast is great, staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly reccommend this place!

Villa Garance is a lovely riad / hotel in the medina. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room cooled off nicely when the windows were open, though we needed to close them in the morning due to noise (birds, etc. - not the hotel). It was convenient to everything in the medina - easy to walk anywhere.

Stayed with our family including baby and grandson. Lovely clean and bright rooms. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace was fabulous, and the location excellent. When we go back to Essaouira next time, we will certainly stay here.

Located in the old Medina. The Riad is beautiful, decorated with Moroccan history. The room and bathroom was airy, with 2 French doors opening onto the a quieter side street. Being in the heart of the Medina you will get some street noise. The breakfast was amazing, served on the terrace with the sea breeze. There are no vehicles in the Medina. We paid a person with a cart to take our luggage to the Riad.
