This bar is probably the most continental/European bar in Essaouira with an amazing vista to just sit & be mesmerised bar. The food and drink are very good, however just don't order a burger medium as it won't be warm. Very highly recommended & we always visit here.

Lively and friendly beach bar/café with fun, attentive staff overlooking the beach. Spacious outdoor space, perfect place to hang with friends. Good food and drink menu with daily specials, reasonably priced and delicious! Nicely styled and clean facilities (although would benefit from baby change area).

I really love this place, I am always coming back here when I am visiting Essaouira. Great view on the ocean, stylish and chilled, good food, friendly service and reasonable priced and the best: Casblanca beer, the best Moroccan beer, from the tap. A place where you really love to spend the afternoon to eat, have drinks and a good time!

Probably at the most beautiful spot in Essaouira. Right on the open ocean, on a wide golden sandy beach full with camels and horses. Morocco at its finest! The food was not something so special, as we expected and there were a lot of flies all over. However, the view, as well as the chilling surf vibes of the place are really worth every penny!

Nice chilled out atmosphere in this beach club at the end of Essaouira beach. Friendly staff. Clean toilets. They have some sunbeds. I' d go there again.

Is this a touristy place? Yes, most definitely, BUT! It doesn't mean a bad thing in this case. It is such a lovely restaurant. Wonderfull staff, delicious foods and amazing views! Very funny to see all the tourists drinking wines, beers and cocktails, as if they can't survive without it for a few days/weeks 🤣, but truly recommended! Make a stop here for food, view and fun!

We have been there for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great and very much to eat for two - we ordered one breakfast-set and pancakes 🥞 In the evening we had tagliatelle with salmon and Pizza. Both were very tasty! Also the Beer and Magheritas have been very delicious. Would recommend it absolutely! In the evening there were two people playing music and singing witch was very nice, too!

Ocean Vagabon in Essaouira is a fantastic place with an incredible staff. Zohair and the rest of the team were friendly, attentive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. Great foods I ever had in Essaouira😍 mouth orgasm after first bite. Went there twice. A bit sad that our ice coffees were misunderstood and they not changed it to the right cup but instead putting ice on hot cup. But overall are good! Additional. Only thing that major in Morocco, and not only this place that is “Slow service”. They’re mostly standing in front of kitchen but not come out to be ready for guests to order which is they make it like so common here. One guy served us today he was the only active one from a few waiters they have.

We've come here for years as it's the best position at the end of the corniche where the dunes start. Sushi every Friday lunchtime is a welcome change - get here early or book ahead to avoid disappointment. Sit back, relax and watch the camels parade by and the kite surfers take to the sky. The kids love the burgers, club sandwich, pizza, desserts and the trampoline. Very friendly staff make up for the occasional fluffed order. Recently had a makeover inside and out and has smartened up a bit but not lost the vibe. On WhatsApp which makes booking easier. Besseha!

This is what a beach restaurant should be: good food, nice staff, good vibe. I enjoyed my lentil salad, my companions had a thin crust pizza and pasta arrabiata and deserts. We all enjoyed looking at the camels and horses on the beach and all the kites in the air.

A comfortable laid back place. Food is decent and well priced. Staff is friendly. The atmosphere and views are what you come for. Overlooking the beach and Oceanside.

We went here during Ramadan and were impressed of the level of service and quality of the food. There was a half hour in the evening where the staff did not take any food orders other than pizzas so they could have their meal so make sure to order food well before sunset or just order another beer and watch the sunset in the meantime! If you are coming in for lunch, book ahead as it is very busy. If you have kids, there is a large trampoline on the grounds.

It's so bad. I don't recommend it a all ! We took a fish burger that was sooo dry and a cesar salad that wasn't that good. The quality/price ratio is just not respected. We were so disapointed. Keep your money and don't go there.

One comes here to sit under the trees and gaze out at the beach, watching the camels saunter past. The food is pretty good most of the time. I would come more often if they had good coffee. Luke-warm, weak coffee is a real low point, unfortunately. The place is very popular and usually crowded, so my photo is not representative of normal times.

Perfect place to stay, good quality kites to rent, I had an amazing kiting afternoon with nice staff and good food in their restaurant. I totally recommend it, specially if you are with non-kiter friends. They can really enjoy the place and atmosphere whilst you are in the water.

Slow service, as noted by a number of other reviews. Waited twenty minutes for a beer, when I wanted to settle up I gave up and just went to the counter instead of waiting for them to take another half hour to bring the bill. European prices. It's a lovely location though, so there's that.

Last minute decision to lunch here, but what a perfect choice! We wanted something light, and we were rewarded with a variety of salads and soup. The eggplant salad was a warm, spicy delight! Good value for such lovely food!

Love it here. The food is ALWAYS great - try the Vagabond burger - duck rashers melt in the mouth. Clearly a great chef + well managed. Id love more variation in the menu - same thing over many years gets a little boring. The last time - service was great. however Ive been here many times over the past few years and it can be hit or miss. Always a good cold beer and drinks menu.

Fantastic food, great service, amazing Moroccan wine ! Our Moroccan waiter Nobel gave great service and spoke perfect English. Vagabond is a must go destination for people going to Essaouira on the beach and to watch the sunset.
