Abstimmung und Abläufe sind vom Praxisteam nicht professionell! OP wurde von mir storniert! Ich möchte betonen, dass die Bewertung nicht die medizinische Leistung der Chirurgie wiedergibt! Ich hatte einen Beratungstermin 08.06. und einen OP-Termin fixiert und sollte im Vorfeld zu einem empfohlenen niedergelassenen Augenarzt. Dieser hatte aber keine Termine (in den folgenden 8 Wochen) bis zum Ersttermin und ich bat um Hilfe. In einem ersten Telefonat mit der Assistentin der Klinik sicherte man mir Unterstützung zu und wollte anrufen und das klären. Das war Anfang letzter Woche. Am Mittwoch rief ich wieder an. Die die zuständige Assistentin war nicht da und man wollte sich kümmern und zurück rufen. Da kein Rückruf in einem angemessenen Zeitrahmen erfolgte rief ich am letzten Donnerstag am Vormittag wieder an. Da sagte man mir, nach längerem Rätselraten die Assistentin arbeitet am Nachmittag und ich sollte auf einen Rückruf warten. Dieser erfolgte bis zum späten Nachmittag nicht und ich rief wieder an. Nun konnte ich das Problem (Termin vor Ersttermin 08.06) erneut kommunizieren und die Damen sagten es wäre bei einem Versuch besetzt gewesen und Sie wollte persönlich nochmals einen Termin abstimmen. Nun kam heute der Rückruf und die Assistentin sagte stolz, dass es noch Termine bis August gibt?! Dieses war aber nicht unser Anspruch und ich sagte deutlich, aber nicht laut, der Termin sollte bis 08.06. sein. Ihr Vorschlag: „Ich sollte es nun selbst versuchen…“ (Ich hatte die unterstützende Praxis 2 mal im Vorfeld per Telefon und einmal per Mail ohne Erfolg kontaktiert!) Die Assistentin warf mir vor unverschämt zu sein und Sie würden das alles nur für mich tun. Ich klärte Sie auf, dass Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz durch diese Operationen sichert und Sie als Angestellte es tut, weil Sie (die Praxis) damit Geld verdienen. Die Dame hat aus meiner Sicht ein falsches Verständnis von Ihrem Job. Es gibt auch nicht nur diese Schönheitschirurgie in NRW. Ich stornierte die Termine und legte auf…. Unglaublich dieser Service….

Ich habe seit Jahren mit starker CMD im Kiefer zu kämpfen und alle möglichen Therapien durch. Der Schmerz hörte nicht auf, ich war mit den Nerven am Ende. Mein Zahnarzt erzählte mir dann von der Behandlung mit Botox und was soll ich sagen, ich fühle mich großartig. Beim betreten der Praxis fühlt man sich schon wohl, die Dame am Empfang ist absolut nett und Herr Wiens ist ein unglaublich positiver und netter Mensch, der mich mehr als ausführlich beraten hat.
