Ich besuchte nach telefonischem Gespräch spontan die Geschäftsräume in Essen. Nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde mir Einlass gewährt. Aus verständlichen Gründen befindet man sich in einem Hochsicherheitstrakt, was ich als sehr angenehm empfand und auch nicht primär so wahrnahm. Der Zufall bescherte mir, dass Herr Moroder persönlich sich meiner Belange annahm. Fachkompetenz, Beratung und Service kann ich nur als hervorragend und ausgesprochen Kundenorientiert bezeichnen. Für mich in Sachen Edelmetalle in Zukunft die erste Anlaufstelle.

Der Goldaufkauf lief aus meiner Sicht sehr seriös und fair ab. Ich hatte kurz vorher ein Verkaufgespräch mit einem anderen Aufkäufer abgebrochen da er mir nur rd. die Hälfte zahlen wollte.

Ich habe dort eine größere Menge Schmuck einer Angehörigen schätzen lassen. Bedient wurde ich von einer sehr freundlichen Dame, welche den Schmuck schätzte und mir dabei ihr Vorgehen erklärte. Nachdem ich anschließend bei zwei anderen gut bewerteten Goldhändlern war, bin ich aufgrund des mit Abstand besseren Preises und der Freundlichkeit zurückgekommen und habe es in einer angenehmen Abwicklung dort veräußert. Die Räumlichkeiten sind zudem passend sehr schön. 👍🏻

Even if you can call yourself a precious metals expert, in this case a young Mr. Sch., you can certainly make an effort to behave in a friendly, appropriate manner towards the customer. Dealing with precious metals should not create a condescending, arrogant and overbearing self-confidence. We have concluded a transaction elsewhere that was completely satisfactory for both parties. The Moroder Scheideanstalt will certainly continue to be an honorable and pleasant business partner in the future...with the right contact person on site.

As a gift for the birth of my best friend's daughter, I ordered a "little something" online here. Unfortunately the cast bar wasn't available, but a very nice employee called us immediately.
