Unfortunately, one star is still too many for the branch on Magaretenhöhe in Essen. At 3 p.m. there wasn't even a normal bread roll left and the staff was totally unfriendly.

The rolls were ok but the saleswoman didn't invent friendliness. I'm in a bad mood from time to time and don't feel like working, but speaking and dealing with customers like that leaves a lot to be desired.

Laden immer relativ gut bestückt und hat etwas mehr Auswahl da, Auswahl was eine Großbäckerei halt eben so hat. Immer / meistens Freundliches Personal. Preislich völlig ok und noch in der Mitte angesiedelt. Parken ist auch gut möglich da Parkplatz nebenan ist. Das ganze Umfeld ist gut frequentiert da sich noch weitere Geschäfte im Umkreis befinden: Apotheke und Getränkeshop und weitere..

Unfortunately, the staff is not able to pack the pastries in such a way that they still look presentable, even after the shortest time they have been transported lying flat. Simply throwing donuts with icing into a bag like a roll doesn't work. Annoying at €1.79 per piece!! When you have visitors it is very unpleasant.
