Nice welcome. Kind service. Clean and nice Restaurant. But most of all: Great food. What else can you ask for? I had great freshly made crusty spring rolls and for main course drunken noodles with duck meat. Could be more spicy but will ask for a more chilli next time.

Amazing food - from their soups to the main dishes, sooo tasty and clean and fresh. Great service and friendly personnel. Carry cash as they don't accept EC Cards. Prices are very reasonable (if not low) for the great quality you get.

We tried Vietnamese food for the first time and it did not disappoint at all. We tried pho Gha Hähnchen which is a chicken noodle soup with chicken broth and then something with bun ** and a fried chicken noodles, everything we tried was something different, well cooked and delicious.

A very good Vietnamese restaurant near a shopping street and a mall. If you are vegetarian then they have very limited options. However, the taste of food is of top quality. Only thing they can improve is on the variety of vegetarian dishes. We had vegan pho and vegan curry rice. I would recommend this pocket friendly yet tasty place to everyone.

This is one of the best Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in Essen. I have been to the place multiple times. Limited vegan options but they are good individually. I prefer having vegan pho and Thai curry with jasmine rice.

Very strong recommendation. Ambience, food and service; everything was just awesome. The service is friendly and attentive. Personal recommendations are available while choosing the food. The food is definitely delicious and satisfying, full with the flavours. The portion of the food is good as per the prices offered. They did prepare my dish with the exact amount of spiciness I had asked for and their red chillies are just bursting in the mouth. The special pho ordered by my friend was also very yummy. The waiting time after the order is not so much. Overall experience was absolutely good. I will definitely visit again.

Excellent Pho, good service. Place looks nice. Found the restaurant a bit on the pricy side, i would however return as the Pho was most definitely worth it. Cash only place. Good vegetarian options. Parking options in the area ( either on adjacent street or at Limbecker Platz).

Good food, stir fried noodles were a little salty, but otherwise really enjoyed. Had the Spring rolls and coconut soup as well. Great friendly service. My friend had the pho and really enjoyed it.

Nice place with a very delicious food. Always full, so I recommend to do a reservation if you really want to go. Also they don’t accept cards, only cash. Kinda annoying to have this in 2023 :( But the food it’s worth it ! Maybe some portions can be a little small, so I recommend also getting an appetizer :)

Super friendly staff with delicious Vietnamese cuisine! We were very pleased with the mango avocado summer rolls, vegan pho and the pho xao. Definitely recommend.

I keep coming back here for the tofu curry and it is by far the best curry that I have ever had in my life. If i could eat nothing else for the rest of my life, I would. Important to note however: - You can ONLY pay in cash here - You might have difficulty to find parking in the street but the mall has paid parking and it's only a five minute walk - The restaurant has limited tables, so it's best to call ahead and make sure they have space for you, or reserve a table ahead of time

It was good. The Pho soup base is almost what i know it to be. Just not as deep...if that makes sense. I'd go back again.

Amazing food. Probably most authentic ive had in Essen. Great ambience. Clean aesthetic. Downside is probably just that the place is a bit small.

We got there by chance as tourists and had a very nice delicious meal. Nice and qualified staff. But i would recommend to reserve a table.

I really liked my vegan thai curry, my friend found the pho quite subtle, the pepper was all at the bottom of the bowl. The restaurant has nice vibes, the seating does have some wear & tear. The staff seemed a little confused during the seating process (saying they didn't have space while there were empty tables, then asking us to move to shift tables, then shifting them back), and it took some time for them to take our order, but the food came quickly once ordered!

Absolutely delicious food, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere! Would definitely recommend and come back! A real "Geheimtipp" of Essen! Ah, and the prices are more than fair!

Came for late lunch/ supper and this place was overcrowded. you can fit about 30 (+/- 7) people what makes me to recommend you to book a table in advance. Staff is super friendly. I first ordered a dish which was oversalted. Too much for me to handle tho, why I had to get a replacement. But weird it is you get charged the meal you ordered by 2nd choice. Apparently, it would have been the first time they had a 'complain' about this veggie soup, although asked me if I would have added any salt nor other (e.g. fish) sauces... Anyway, in the end we are full and happy. I recommend this place for authentic traditional Viet food but I think I would rather give other places a shot before I would come back 👌

Wanted some Vietnamese food after our few days at the Spiel Messe. This place was perfect. Great cozy atmosphere, reasonable prices and very tasty food! I would highly recommend it for a chill night out.

Very nice vietnamese restaurant. Even without having a reservation we were welcome and got a table. The menu offers a good choice, including several vegetarian options. Some of the meals could have made vegetarian friendly, too, if the menu offered variations with tofu instead of meat. I guess they would be flexible enough to make that when ordered, but it wouldn't hurt to explicitely put that into the menu as they did with other meals. Anyway, the meals we tried were all very tasty, the service was fast and super friendly. We can definitely recommend going here.

Very good Vietnamese restaurant with a lot of different tastes. Everything is delicious and very different in taste. Prices are very good, too. There are not to many tables in this restaurant so a reservation is always a good idea.
