The price was what drew us to this location and as a UK citizen thought we knew what we were getting with premier inn. But this place was a step above… parking easy, rooms spacious, showers lovely, hotel bar great. Staff (Chris and co) gave recommendations on local area and chatted away making the stay all the better. Breakfast was what you wanted and if I had to pick a negative the beans were cold but I think there’re there for the brits anyway… can’t fault this place and watching their interactions with all sorts of guests I think they did a great job, will use this hotel on my next Essen visit.
