very nice bakery. lots of bakery products to choose from. prices are very reasonable. apart from bakery items there are many grocery items. and coffee machine is also available conveniently located in reservoir market. staff is very nice and helpful

Lakeside Bakery reopens with a new style. It offers a wide range of Lebanese pies 😋 and some Arabic goods. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and good quality is high. Prices are reasonable. Absolutely 5/5 👍🏼

Been dying to check this place out, when I walked passed the other day the place was packed. Grabbed a quick coffee from here today and can not wait to go back soon and have lunch, the place was filled with the most amazing pastry’s and traditional sweets. The smell of the shop is incredible. I hear the food here is really good. Pretty happy to see you can also buy other products here like lentils and pickles even shisha. Very cool. The lady who made my coffee was lovley. And the coffee is the best I have had on Edward st as of yet. Thanks nice place

Owner is lovely, friendly and passionate about her food. Had the Omelette with lamb and eggs plus another breakfast dish. And owner gave us a slice of vegan chocolate cake for free, amazing. I will be bringing my whole family here.

Love it! The food is delicious, fresh and made on the premises. The owner and her family never fail to greet me with a smile and the service is great. I have a preference for supporting small and local business and am very happy that Lakeside Bakery is nearby.

The owner Layla is fantastic, she cooks real homemade food for families and singles. The food is to die for, great selection and the service is always friendly. This place is run on the love of food. So lucky its in Reservoir.

The food is really amazing! Daniel and his mum are offering fresh food from Owen. It's really good. Highly recommend for Breakfast and brunch. Please ask for Daniel's Special Vegan roll with raw veggies. You will love it!

Was in here a while ago but i remember i was standing there being totally ignored by the woman serving behind the counter. She was busy talking and laughing with another woman while a small child pulled things from displays and put them in her mouth , had a chew or lick and then either the child or the mother put them back. The worker seen all this and did and said nothing. Infact it seemed amusing to all of them! I cant judge the coffees or cakes i came in to purchase because i ended up leaving. It seems to have high reviews,however this was my experience when visiting here.

This place is a lot better than you'd think it would be! Most bakeries of this type sell pies and sandwiched, but Lakeside Bakery has delicious Lebanese food!

Wow . I am quite enthralled with the wonderful home style Lebanese breakfast I had the privilege of relishing at this quaint bakery today . It was called “ Zatar with veggies “ and was simply delicious . I was famished whilst moving home and this was real heavenly food my hungry self and my soul . The service was prompt , the cuisine delicious and the ambience nostalgic . Am really lucky to have moved home right next to this food haven . 3 cheers for this exceptional bakery with an urge to gourmet relishes to give this bakery a try soon . Back in 2008 upto 2015 my stay at reservoir. Walking down the Edwards street to station. Only hope for my hunger was $1 zaatar and $2 lahm-bin-azin specially made by Mr.Elias...awsome hospitality... perfectly family owned business back then and i hope they are still...

Perfect coffee served in a real cup , not a takeout one, with super yummy date & the coconut homemade biscuits Loved the vege-Zartar pizza & the Tiramisu to finish The family are lovely, the service is superb & decent No scanning the barcode at a table here! Thank you

The food was absolutely delicious. The price was very reasonable & the customer service was great. The freshness & taste of the food speaks for itself. It's the best Lebanese bakery I have been to in Melbourne. If you want to eat home style cooking at it's best then this is the right place to have something to eat 😋.
