Well
the
Hotel
is
new
the
customer
service
is
not
satisfactory.
But
the
owner
is
a
great
guy
not
a
good
manager
but
a
great
guy....he
tries
to
fill
voids
in
service
created
by
lack
of
staff.
They
overbooked
and
we
weren't
able
get
food.
Also
personally
I
didn't
like
the
fact
that
they
had
a
VIP
service
only
for
select
people
even
if
we
were
in
the
same
group
and
a
simple
coffee
service
wasn't
available
even
for
a
paying
customer
because
all
the
coffee
was
diverted
to
the
"VIPs",
Maybe
they
would
be
better
in
a
couple
of
years
but
not
today.
