This is one of the new high class hotels in Hawassa city. It is an international hotel with unique local hospitality. The Hotel has great rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, bars and swimming pool. The foods are tasty and yummy. They have varieties of drinks of my favorite and their prices are fairly reasonable. The location is convenient and they also have spacious parking spaces. The staffs are attentive and kind. I had a great Birthday hospitality experience at this Hotel and I hope to get back here before my next Birthday. I recommend this place to guests who want to have a great time at a classic restaurant of Rori Hotel.

Very nice Hotel! Excellent & highly service oriented staff. Excellent variety for lunch and dinner in their restaurant . The best part is the hygiene standards, Immaculately clean toilets, Very well organised seating arrangement. If you have to say something they have the the ear to listen and act accordingly with a beautiful smile. All in all, this is one of the few properties which I will keep above from the rest.

They provide luxurious hotel service. But lack some of basic things you need while staying at Hawassa; like mosquito repellent. Their food was also not that much especially when you compare it to the price they ask. I recommend for those who like luxury but should be aware of the above problems.

Rori hotel was a delectable surprise. The building was done in a triangular fashion and the use of space is totally breathtaking. You canclearly see quaility in everything: from design to materials. Spa is great. Swimming pool great to look at and very long making the experience good evwnthough it's shallow (1.40meters deep). Food is, for the most part excellent especially the non ethiopian part. I didn't like the Kitfo. Service is excellent. It is not overly corporatish or forced. All in all, Rori is so good it forces u to give you a 5.

I was there in march 23 for for spa day and on that day they were cleaning i guss and i wasn't relaxed as i planned but since i paid i stayed but i was scared for my life becouse even male members were walking and looking through the windows of the spa room and i tried to pass all that and left tring to have coffee with my little sister she decided to also have cake but as soon as she went back home she got sick.....over all my point is this hotel was not like this before i dont know what happened but this is the current update if you want to go there just beware

Absolutely the best hotel in town! Amazing rooms, comfortable beds, clean sheets and bathrooms. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The food is incredible! Definitely try the Caesar salad and honey garlic chicken wings!

Great interior with skylight and water features at the center, several partitioned spaces inside with different ambiances. Beautiful lighting both naturally during the day and artificially at night. Pieces of artistic sculptures and paintings add a little culture touch to its modern look

It's one of the new hotel in hawassa. It's a very good hotel has a nice room swimming pool, Wi-Fi but the hotel is placed in bad position to much dust outside I hope this will be improved soon. Other wise the inside is elegant.

Good option specially if you are visiting Hawasa Ethiopia for 2 to 3 days tourism. They serves mostly local foods. Do not expect variety in foods.

This place is amazing to stay in, the service is great, you got comfortable clean rooms and amazing water pressure and hot water in the bathroom. The swimming pool and other facilities are really well kept and functioning. There are multiple restaurants to choose from and very helpful staff members. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the wifi but they have been working on it. When it works it's the best I have gotten in Ethiopia. I highly recommend this hotel! It's definitely among the best if not the best in Hawassa
