I've been in Addis for a month now and found this app and give it a try. I ordered twice so far and got what I expected. They are very responsive if you have any questions regarding the products or delivery time. There might not be everything you need but it's enough for the time being. I found it very useful esp when you don't have car or don't want to carry everything yourself. Recommend to try.

Asbeza was a game changer for me. Having my groceries delivered meant I didn’t need to spend my weekends hunting down ingredients in 4 supermarkets. The quality of fruit and veg is the same as Fresh Corner (it is Fresh Corner). Bereket speaks excellent English and has put in processes to make deliveries safe in times of COVID such as wearing gloves and masks. Highly recommend.

A well-needed app for grocery delivery in Addis. Service is top-notch and communication is smooth. Some improvements to be made: for certain food items, it would be helpful to know the unit of measurement (eg. cauliflower - is it bunch or kilos); the same day delivery option could have been better communicated in the initial phase of the service provision; and last but not least, timekeeping for delivery should be spot on.

I first used Asbeza in March 2020 and was unsure if the idea of on line grocery ordering could work in Addis. But I was not disappointed and the delivery arrived on time, the delivery service knew exactly where I was which is sometimes a challenge in finding new properties in Addis with all the ongoing construction work. I returned after 5 months and renewed my ordering with Asbeza. The range of products has increased and its clear that there has been work undertaken to broaden the range in response to requests from customers. The website is clear and easy to navigate. You can purchase smaller size portions which is helpful for the smaller families. I am very happy to recommend Asbeza highly.

You get email confirmation right away and there is excellent communication afterwards about delivery times and any changes that need to be made on the order. I have had really great experiences with Asbeza. I can pick my favorite stores that I already know and like, or try out new ones; and order from more than one of the stores they represent. I wish if they deliver all in one delivery. Nice range of groceries stores. Great customer service too.

Not having a car in Addis is difficult. Asbeza saves me from the inconvenience of having to catch a Ride, still not being stocked on everything I need, and having to be in store roaming around looking for what I can get. Deliveries are always quick, delivery pricing is great, and the quality of care to my items is amazing. If the store is out of what you want, there are many options to choose from in regards to a replacement. This app has been a life saver.
