I was literally lost because there are 4 main gates and I couldn't remember which gate I used to enter and park my car 🤣 I walked 9.5 km looking for the gate 😅. It's a really chill place to enjoy with your loved ones. It's super chilly so make sure you have your jacket. I enjoyed it a lot

I enjoyed the park immensely. The forest view is breathtaking, there were plenty of things to do, than i ever imagined and the food services is great (a little pricey but great). The rope courses and the zip liner games activities are awesome!

stunning destination located atop the historic Entoto Hill, offering breathtaking views of the city. The park boasts lush greenery, well-maintained trails, and a serene atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts and hikers. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. You can explore the impressive eucalyptus forest, engage in thrilling experiences like climbing, zip-lining, trampoline park, or archery, or simply unwind and indulge in the park's restaurants. ideal place to spend a whole day with your family. The park's entrance is free, but there may be additional costs for the fun activities and restaurants. Please note that bringing plastic bottles is not allowed, but you can conveniently purchase drinks and snacks from the small shops inside the park. It's worth mentioning that many visitors only reach the first restaurant and miss out on the other attractions. I strongly recommend continuing your walk until you discover the resorts, as they offer a unique experience. ENTOTO PARK truly provides an amazing opportunity to escape the city and offers various activities suitable for all ages.

If you want to see the whole Addis from one place, Mr Entoto is a place to go. It has lots of great relaxing and amazing places with a 3D museum that shows and explains the history of Gondar and it’s amazing ancient architecture.

Beautiful location close to Addis city-centre for a walk, run or just an outing. It is a relatively new location and one can tell that all the infrastructure and services are still fresh. Good options for food and drinks and the prices are reasonable. The ambience is spectacular especially if you choose to go for a walk or run. I only wish that the entire trail was not paved and left a little more natural given the natural beauty that surrounds it. Also, I wish that there were clearer signs along the walking path that would show distances and routes a little better. I wanted to take a circular route from and back to the main gate but ended up walking 7kms on the trail and then 7kms back on the same trail since I didn't know how else to get back to the main gate. However, that said, I will be spending a lot more time here away from the hustle and bustle of the city and am very glad that this place exists.

A wonderfully peaceful escape from the hustle of the city. You will see why they call this place the lungs of Addis. The trail is clearly marked for walkers, runners, and cyclists alike. I recommend sticking to the cycle route if you don't feel like doing too many ups and downs; it's a lot flatter than the walking route. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, ice cream and cake stops along route; as well as plenty of toilets - bring your own tp with you. Why not make a full day of it? There's a museum and a spa en route too. You could even stay overnight at the glamping place. All in all, a lovely day out, and it will become a regular visiting spot for yours truly.

A relaxing experience with the gentle soothing sound of the trees and the beautiful scenery. Started with a heavy breakfast choice at fresh corner Cheeseburger👌 and juice👎(don't order the pineapple juice..no bueno!.), took a long quite peaceful walk had to stop @ Bilos for a coffee break(very positive and welcoming staff of one) and went on upto Professor Mesfin's(R.I.P) bookstore and souvenir shop which was small but packed with history (only downside was one of the staff was washing his feet right infront of the entrance which is a big No No) went on to the Sululta ber for a while then trailed back towards the Addisu Gebeya ber. My recommendation would be to make a more simpler map as many people were confused and asking for directions and another thing I would point out is for anybody coming to checkout the women empowerment shops as well as the steel structure statue representing the strong women that carry firewood and know that you are contributing for them when you buy soda or water from them and dispose of your plastic containers in the PetCo cans. Definitely a place to visit if you are into trailing through lushy nature while getting the view of the city.

I enjoyed the place sooo much and they have pretty much restaurants and cafes and you can bring your own food if you want and eat there. If you need a great place to hike or run or simply enjoy, this is the best place for you. You can’t finish being amazed by different attractions built on the mountain. You can’t just visit them all as they are numerous. The restaurant provides delicious food and you can buy drinks at every turn. You can find almost all what you love to do in your spare times. It would be best if you secure one, day or more if you can, to visit as much as you can at this amazing place.

This park is a beautiful, peaceful oasis. It has been recently completely repaved and is now a pleasure to walk. There are army soldiers stationed throughout, every ~50 meters, to ensure your safety — and it works, it feels very safe. The woods are eucalyptus trees, which are not indigenous but do look beautiful. The moss on these trees makes the woods look very fairytale.

Serene & clean escape from the busy Addis streets. Very nice shops at the main entrance that offer coffee, food, ice cream. The paved trail is well maintained and beautiful. You can walk from the main entrance all the way to the other but may have trouble finding a cab there. We ended up walking down to Gulele to catch a bus back.

If you're interested in walking from one restaurant to another on a paved road, interrupted only by amusement park attractions, then this is right up your alley. If you want to enjoy nature and think it's possible to take some paths through the forest, not so much. You are not allowed to leave the road, you will be told - so it will be more of the same and not really a good experience in nature. Quite boring and not worth the visit!

Highly recommended if you are in Addis! Amazing place to spend your weekends. You may take a walk amidst the beautiful forests or cycle it all. A lot of adventurous activities are available here like horse rides, go-kart, archery, paintballs, wall climbing, trampoline, zip lining etc. 10/10 for the amazing instructors and staff here. There are many cafes and restaurants too to satiate your food cravings.

Entoto Park is absolutely beautiful and filled with lovely exhibits. Sadly, our experience was ruined by poor customer service. We decided to play some paintball, our deal included 50 bullets each and we were a group of 6. Every minute we would have to stop playing since one of the guns were not working properly. After 5 min, my friend Endalamoye ran out of bullets and it was impossible that he even shot 50 times. Then I checked my bullets and I only had 10 left but I only shot 5 to 8 times so I should have at least 42 bullets. We went to do a complain to the staff that we were shot on bullets, we asked for a partial refund or extra bullets as solution but they were rude except for a young guy named Binyam he tried to help. So we asked for the manager he's solution was no refund and no extra bullets so we just wasted money. While we were arguing with him he even pushed me and tried to fight me , Thank god I got a picture for this disrespectful manager.

Entoto Park is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. Plenty of things to do for everyone and excellent food. The staff are generally friendly and helpful and the tents are luxurious and comfortable. The spa is top notch and unique. You can get a great view of Addis from the look out point area. Just be careful about getting swarmed by the annoying photographers at the gate areas. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

My recent visit to Entoto Park in Ethiopia was nothing short of extraordinary. The park itself offered a serene and beautiful green space, complete with friendly horses and a picturesque environment. Entoto Park's commitment to cleanliness and the exceptional service I encountered during my stay truly left a lasting impression. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Aduna Abera. Aduna's warm and attentive demeanor added an extra layer of hospitality to our experience. He took the time to ensure our comfort by providing heaters for the chilly nights, and his delicious Ethiopian coffee, expertly prepared each morning and evening, was a delightful treat. Aduna's dedication to making our stay special was evident in every detail. While most of our experience at Entoto Park was exceptional, I must mention a minor hiccup concerning the food. The pizza we ordered wasn't up to par, and on another occasion, the chips were not cooked properly. However, these were minor issues in an otherwise outstanding visit. What truly stood out, beyond Aduna's excellent service, was the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff, from the welcoming reception team to the helpful car park attendants. Their genuine warmth added to the overall inviting atmosphere of the park. In conclusion, I highly recommend a visit to Entoto Park for its natural beauty, peaceful surroundings, and the exceptional service provided by Aduna Abera and the entire staff. It's a perfect destination for nature enthusiasts and anyone looking for a tranquil escape. Despite the minor food issues, I'm eagerly looking forward to returning to this remarkable destination in the future.

Calm place to get away from the city and collect yourself. The place gas clear hiking trail with variety of hotspots to grab drinks and snacks. It also has places to view Addis Ababa unlike any other place in the city. It also has camping, horse riding and amphitheatre places to add to its quality. A fantastic place to come with your friends or family.
