am
very
happy
about
starting
my
fitness
journey
here.
I
met
the
owner
one
time
outside
and
briefly
chatted
and
was
impressed
that
he
did
not
try
and
convince
me
to
try
and
workout
there.
I
tried
a
consultation
and
again
was
pleasantly
surprised
that
they
just
spoke
facts,
discussed
options
without
trying
to
sell
which
is
what
I
am
used
to
from
previous
gyms
and
trainers.
Their
consult
included
talking
about
mind
and
mental
health
and
how
things
were
in
my
personal
life.
I
found
this
to
be
the
first
time
a
fitness
place
had
asked
this
but
thought
it
was
great
since
like
the
owner
said,
they
need
to
know
what
things
can
affect
my
mood
and
progress
when
I
come
in
for
a
session
.
I
found
his
review
of
my
posture,
gait
alone
to
be
very
thorough-
comparable
to
when
I’ve
seen
my
physiotherapist.
Again
it
didn’t
feel
like
a
cookie
cutter
consultation
I’ve
been
to
before
at
other
places.
I
chose
to
sign
up
and
am
so
glad
I
did.
I
have
some
health
problems
including
a
shoulder
injury.
I
have
not
felt
comfortable
doing
any
shoulder
exercises
for
over
two
years
except
with
my
physiotherapist;
and
even
my
previous
personal
trainer
(at
a
diff
gym)
just
worked
on
stretches
at
that
muscle
group.
Here
I
have
been
regularly
doing
full
body
routines
which
included
shoulders.
I
was
nervous
at
first
but
I
am
shocked
that
I
have
been
able
to
do
them
without
any
pain
the
next
day
(normally
I
have
to
take
time
off
work
due
to
how
bad
it
feels
next
day).
I
like
that
the
trainers
here
push
me
but
in
a
knowledgeable
gentle
way.
I
worked
with
Alan
and
he
was
so
professional,
helpful
and
I
can
see
why
he
is
so
popular
here.
I
also
respect
that
anytime
I’ve
spoken
about
bumping
up
to
more
days
of
personal
training-
they
have
said
to
stick
to
two
for
now
based
on
my
health
conditions.
Most
places
would
be
thrilled
to
get
more
money
and
sessions
from
a
client-
but
this
place
is
taking
my
health
into
consideration
first.
The
facility
is
clean,
organized,
and
they
limit
how
many
people
can
come
in
to
workout
so
often
it’s
just
you
and
one
other
client
training
in
your
individual
personal
sessions.
For
those
of
you
who
are
like
me
and
new
to
this
or
nervous,
have
some
Iimitations,—-
I
recommend
trying
this
out.
The
prices
are
reasonable
and
comparable
to
other
places
so
you
have
nothing
to
lose.
