STRESSFUL
HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!
Me
and
my
friends
decided
to
spent
our
weekends
here
in
Windmill
Beach
and
Villa
Hotel!
But
our
weekends
which
was
suppose
to
be
fun
became
a
nightmareπ
from
the
moment
we
checked
in
until
we
checked
out.
1.
We
booked
for
two
family
room
since
we
are
a
group
of
adults
and
kids.
Before
we
book
the
room,
one
of
my
friend
is
already
communicating
with
the
owner(by
the
way
the
owner
and
her
husband
is
so
amazing)
informing
how
many
adults
and
kids
will
be
coming
to
each
room
and
the
owner
says
it
is
fine
as
long
as
we
were
okay
and
can
manage
to
each
room
or
else
they
will
offer
us
a
extra
room
with
a
very
less
price,
which
we
declined
since
we
were
okay
in
the
rooms.
But
the
lady
in
the
counter
wonβt
allow
us
to
stay
and
saying
that
the
capacity
for
the
family
room
is
only
2
adults
and
2
kids,
and
in
front
of
us
that
lady
were
talking
to
the
other
staff
and
they
were
making
comments
againsts
us
which
made
us
very
uncomfortable.
2.
The
staff
in
the
restaurant
is
very
RUDEEEEEEE!!!!
The
auntie
who
is
always
telling
us
things,
not
to
walk
in
the
hallway,
looking
at
us
with
full
of
judgement,
and
we
have
bring
our
speaker
and
play
music
and
she
kept
on
telling
us
to
volume
it
down
since
the
ownerβs
relative
just
died
few
days
back
(if
you
want
a
quiet
place
you
shouldnβt
have
accepted
booking)
and
everytimewe
were
ordering
foods
she
always
complains
saying
like
this
like
-
she
was
acting
like
she
is
the
owner
of
the
hotel
and
really
rude.
During
the
lunch
time
she
asked
us
to
transfer
to
another
table
so
she
can
clean
our
table
and
we
told
her
that
we
were
still
eating
but
did
not
listen
to
us
and
took
the
plates.
That
is
in
the
first
day
of
our
stay
and
until
the
second
day
of
our
stay
she
did
not
leave
us
alone
she
forced
us
to
check
out
at
12:00
noon
when
we
already
spoke
to
the
owner
saying
we
can
check
out
at
2:00
pm
but
anyways
we
check
out
early.
The
place
is
perfect
actually
but
the
staffs
really
make
the
place
not
quite
good
only
the
ladies
staff
but
the
other
staff
they
were
fine.
I
hope
the
management
will
do
something
to
their
staffs
like
training
on
how
to
handle
costumers
or
else
you
will
lost
the
costumers!!!!!!
