Don't ever take a gold scheme in kalyan jewellers......it's waste of our savings....while planning for scheme Mr.chandra mouli of vijayawada branch told il get certain amount of gold but by the end of scheme when we went to take the gold they told some rules and regulations for which I was in loss by 10grams.....n also I had to pay extra amount of nearly 1 lakh even by taking the gold within the scheme limit....it was really a worst experience....being a regular customer since 4 years I never expected this from ur side......my suggestion is if anyone planning for a scheme than kindly don't go there n waste ur valuable time and money......

Designs are good. But the vat and making charges are too high .21 percentage. The middle class people should not go for diamonds, when we go for bank mortgage they will value like stones and no resale value for diamond. I bought ring in 2016 for 10500 and I sold it 2021 the price was 10750. They tempt but should not go for it.

Certainly not a pleasant experience, staff never bothered about showing their collection. You have to ask them repeatedly to attend you. This doesn't mean that they are really busy but clearly showing off that they are busy. We have walked off purely because staff attitude. PS: I'm a customer of Kalyan Jewellers and visited them in many other cities but I don't want to visit often here.

Hospitality is too poor, they not even provided drinking water. Receiving is okayish. Value addition of a product is 16% as per rate tag. But the guy who showed me jewellery has made value addition at 24%. If I couldn't noticed that, I would have been cheated. System estimation was not there. Staff manually calculating the value. They are not showing bifurcation as to gold rate and value addition. They're trying to confuse and deceive us. I think staff was trained to do this deceiving activity. Compared to other jewellery shops, my experience with Kalyan jewelers was horrible. But the only positive thing was collection of items were good.

Visited first time & it was good experience...not too crowded like Khazana & Joyalukkas where there was no one available to guide us regarding varieties and also there weren't much varieties as well. However, in Kalyan Jewellers there wasn't much crowd & the sales person Anil was very much available & showed us the Jewellery varieties without hurry & patience.... We first went to Kalyan Jewellers then went to Khazana & Joyalukkas to check if we can find more better varieties but were disappointed with respect to service as well as varieties so came back to Kalyan Jewellers & bought what we needed... Keep up the good work

Pricess so so, staff not responsive, best here if u buy a product here they will clean it for you with free of cost as many times as you want

Inorbitant prices. Looting in the name of wastage. Don't waste your hard earned money by purchasing at these stores. Rather donate some money to poor.

Showroom ambiance is nice .First time visiting the Kalyan jewellers as per that I got the unique collection from other Jewellers. Providing very good service and you have very good designs of rings I like it very very much. It was a good experience to deal with you. well maintained car parking services.

Disappointed. At least have a courtesy to show your customer what they asked for. I was waiting and they were least bothered. When I was going also, no one asked me what we want. Will never come to you Kalyan 👎👎

Enjoyable experience. Our second visit to this shop and bought some silver from Anil Kumar. He was so patient with us and waited for us to find just the right thing, and finally we did and he packaged it beautifully!

It's good and can find lots of options to select.. but I'm disappointed because I couldn't find any simple and trendy designs...

The staff is not courteous at all. When you ask for custom jewelry they straight away said NO that's not possible ... I was planning to buy gold worth 5 but they don't seems to care or check with the supervisor weather that's possible or not and the designs are not really attractive at all ....!! It's disappointing and I went to a different shop after that and bought with in 1 hr worth 6 ...so the staff needs to be trained to be more courteous and anticipating ... Especially there is no one to attend in the chains section at the entrance and near elevator ... really really disappointed 😞😞😞😞

VA is very high when compared to others. Also, Akshay priority 5 scheme is not so profitable as there is no discount on VA. Sales reps misdirecting customers with false promise saying 3% discount will be given on VA for scheme customers but actually providing false estimation by adding 3% to the actual VA on the product nor sure if they think customers are fools or uneducated. Brought a chain with very much disappointment as there is no other way to utilize the matured scheme amount. If I have not joined a scheme would have straight away walked out. Updated on 10th Oct 2021: I got a response from Kalyan jewelry asking to share the same to email. I have done it with no response from them. Sharing the review is also no use. Thanks

Staff barely attends you, and has the least hospitality among the Jewellery shops in the city! The pricing has also been manipulatively explained, just to get more people registered to schemes! An unpleasant visit.

The Vijayawada showroom is a well stocked showroom with multitude of designs. The staff over there are well aware of their job and are courteous. I am a returning customer and I have never been disappointed.

Please avoid this shop. You will get looted and you don’t even get clear explanation. We experienced a cheating of 2-3 grams in in the shop. We took our old gold to buy a new ornament in exchange. The person who charged us showed a different calculation on a paper before buying and gave a different bill. When asked for details they did not provide the earlier one. We lost roughly 10000 rupees on buying a gold of 131000. Please avoid going if you don’t want to loose your money.
