Showed up in the middle of the night after they ran night audits so rooms were a little funky in the system. For what they called a inconvenience really wasn’t. The older gentleman helped us within minutes and upgraded our rooms. Treated us very well and gave us an amazing room for a great price. 10/10

Quality at an affordable price. Our dog friendly room was amazing. Two comfortable beds, a mini fridge and a microwave. Everything we need to feel right at home. The next morning, we enjoyed every item in their continental breakfast.

Great room for traveling with dogs. The bathroom had tile floors, which was nice to be able to put down water bowls and not worry about the mess. The rest of the room had laminate floors, which was nice with the dogs' dirty paws. The bathroom shower had large bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the wall, so there was no extra plastic waste. The beds were super comfortable, and we would come back here again.

I had reserved a room here super late at night (maybe 10:30pm ish) after getting a horrible room at the motel 6 that’s across the way from this hotel. We were able to check in as soon as we got there, super last minute. The staff was super kind and helpful. We had a room on the 3rd floor so them having a working elevator was a huge plus. The room was clean, fully stocked with a coffee pot, fridge, microwave, coffee cups, coffee packs, the sugar and other needs for said coffee. A/C worked beautifully, the cleaning staff knocked daily for any cleaning needs, the bed was SO comfortable especially the pillows. The tv worked great with lots of channels. I highly recommend the waffles during breakfast! They have a machine that lets you pour the batter into a small cup and you pour the mix into the maker and it makes them perfectly. Not to mention the staff set out fresh baked cookies in the lobby, I believe they’re macadamia. I highly recommend this hotel. I was so sad to have to leave.

I stayed there one night. I understood it was a budget booking and I got what I paid for. Staff was very nice and helpful, but in terms of what I expect from a room, I think I am just spoiled by other hotel brands. My room was clean, but I mostly get two beds, this one was just one bed. The windows were not as sound proof in my experience. The bathroom exhaust was very noisy. The location is very convenient, close to good dining places and market. I went there to watch the solar eclipse the next morning, and this hotel is close to many good sites. I would still give it 4 stars, because it was better than 3.

Location was close to where we needed to be. Room were spacious however the beds were a full size. Not big enough for 2 people. The sofa had definitely seen better days but comfortable enough. Room was pretty clean and beds were comfortable. We checked in around 7pm and staff was friendly. Area seems secure and safe despite being surrounded by large field. Great if you have pets. Also, breakfast is available with lots of choices.

The breakfast options are great and the staff are very nice. The pool is a little dirty but it isn’t that bad. Pretty decent sized hotel rooms too.

Had a fantastic time with my wife. Great experience. Everyone was cordial and polite. Pool was perfect. They even have towels down there for you.

Booked this room specifically because it has a pool. Good luck trying to use it though!! If the maintenance guy has a day off, the poll will be closed because, according to the manager, they only have one person who can check the chemicals!! So I get to spend the whole day stuck in a hotel room staring at 4 walls! 😡 The beds are hard, and pillows are lumpy and hard also. The building looks very old. I had to go to the store after arriving last night and was honestly scared. The area is very sketchy with what looks like a lot of drug users. Will never stay here again!

Ugh. Just got home. Older property, reeks of animal urine on all floors. Our room was supposed to be a 1br - but the doors had been removed (????). Front desk was surprised. The other room they moved us to had doors. Even with being on the 3rd floor and being told that no pets were allowed on 3rd floor, my allergies told me different. Staff was pleasant/apologetic. Wasn't expecting a lot, but just couldn't get past the pet urine smell everywhere. Great if you travel with pets - not so great if you've got allergies to some dog breeds. Morning breakfast was very sparse/minimal. Not a fan of the coffee machines that lesser hotels are starting to install. Won't ever be back to this one when traveling with our older kids to functions in Eugene/Springfield. Better to deal with teens in a 2-queen room or splurge for an extra room.

Weeelll the room looked mostly clean. I'm not sure how much was cleaned since there was an empty coke bottle on the floor and food in one of the dressers. The toilet didn't flush properly, luckily the bed looked clean. The bed was super comfy.

Check in was fine, although if I hadn't asked how to get to our room not sure if I would have been told. Was not informed about the amenities. I always bring my own pillow and blanket, but mom needed another blanket and when we asked the front desk for one we were told they were out of blanket. They gave us a top coverlet. The comforter on the other bed had stain on it. There was a stain on carpet by dresser and paper stuck underneath dresser to stabilize it? The air conditioning unit was filthy. I also bring my own cleaning wipes just in case and I'm glad I did. The toilet ran throughout the stay so loud it startled us. As I was checking out, I got a hold of the housekeeping supervisor and told her that the desk gave us a coverlet as a blanket and that it's in the close. She was shocked they didn't give us a fleece blanket and apologized. Good thing: being so close to the freeway, it was very quiet. Beds were okay, not uncomfortable.

There was a hole in the ceiling, the furniture wood was scratched. The worst of all, my son found half full beer cans underneath the beds and candy/food wrappers between the mattress and wall. I called the front desk and they promised they’d have someone come do a “deep clean” ….that never happened. The fitted sheets were so stretched out in the elastic that they wouldn’t stay on the bed. The air vents were dusty and dirty. Do not recommend

The staff were super nice and the room was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good and I like how they sanitize everything (remotes, keykards, etc.)

You get what you pay for. A safe place to rest your head, CLEAN, a nice morning breaky, BUT, a creaky old AC unit, springy beds, and a sketchy elevator clicking noise. Impressed with the breakfast though! Pumpkin spice waffles (and regular, don’t worry), eggs, bacon, coffee, yogurt, apples, bananas. Outdoor parking lot seemed safe and well lit. Many stores nearby if you need to pick up supplies. They also provide shampoo & conditioner.

I dropped off the kids and came in my school bus to get 8 hours of sleep before leaving at 9:30 pm to pick them up and leave around 11pm for the 5 hour drive home. The room was supposed to be ready by 11am. I showed up at 2pm. Room NOT ready. Finally got to bed at 3:30pm. They knew I was checking out at 9:30pm but still called the room at 4:30pm waking me up to see what time I wanted a wake up call. Thanks alot! Maybe your staff needs to learn active listening skills.

The rooms are okay. The service provided by the staff however was excellent. They were kind, helpful, and very accommodating.

Entering the lobby it smelled like smoke. I was scared that would be the case in the room. Which thankfully it was not. For a last minute hotel and all hotels being sold out in the area. It was okay for just one night. Not ideal for a big family with young kids. Staff are very friendly!

Great customer service and the room was very clean. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was always so friendly they always made sure we had everything we needed, breakfast was yummy 😋 😊 We stayed for 6 days & going to add an extra 7 day's. Cory @ the front desk was very sweet & always said "hi" everytime we walked by.

It's an old hotel. The rooms smell of unavoidable mold from cleaning carpets and dealing with pesky cigarette smokers. Even in the smoke-free rooms. The rooms are really dated, stuffy and cobwebs and yellowing from cigarette smoke lines the points of the slanted ceilings. The watery scrambled eggs and sodium-packed sausage links, moldy or stale bagles leave much to be desired, if you don't fancy frequent visits to the nearest bathrooms from the sausage. The people are nice though and it doesn't take all day for room service to do their housekeeping, however the service is below average and the tidying is very lazy, they even broke the plate off the door with the hotel info right above the peek hole right off. Just book a different one if you can, if you can't find an alternative then don't expect wonders. The kids will like the pool.

House keeping was very lovely and nice. No laundromat, pool, or gym, very rickety hotel. Really bad wifi. It was the main office and staff I had a problem with. Very rigid feeling people to the point I was anxious to get out of here after having to stay for a week. Other than that, the suites are large, and the bed soft.
