Outstanding! I came in for stitches this morning and was in and out in an hour despite the fact that they're incredibly short staffed. Alex did a fantastic job of cleaning me up and making me feel comfortable and Jennifer was a delight and did a beautiful job stitching and in general making sure I was okay. They were compassionate, kind, and efficient, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Cant get a hold of anyone on the phone, You'll wait FOREVER for your scheduled appointment, she will not listen to you. She will order test, after test, after test all seemingly pointless and she'll never tell you fully what the results are. She wanted to do a pap, even though I just had one, cuz she doesn't trust other people. She didn't even notice the polyp I had. But, that and all the testing for the pap certainly cost a pretty penny. I highly suggest finding another doctor.

The staff was AMAZING! My first time in there it was clean and not very busy. I didn't wait long which is great, especially when you're under the weather! Jennifer was the sweetest. She was so personable and caring. Seriously 10 out of 10 for the entire staff. The medical assistant and the front desk receptionist were so kind. Thank you!

The wait time wasn't very bad and the lobby is comfortable. Once I was seen by a doctor the care was EXCELLENT. The doctor treated my infection and performed a procedure that relieved the pressure and the pain. My issue worsened overnight and I had to go to the ER there following day. The attending physician told me that the treatment I received at Urgent Care was done perfectly and was exactly what he would have done. He also agreed completely with the prescription choice. The only reason I needed to go to the ER was that I waited too long before going to Urgent Care. In the future I won't hesitate going here. I highly recommend them.

Scheduling an appointment was easy online. I did first call ahead to see which location(s) were doing x-rays that day. Uploaded my ID and insurance card. Check-in at the location was easy and I was seen in an acceptable time from my appointment. The PA was very personable and professional. The RT was also great! In and out and confident in the care I received.

Went in to get my ankle checked out for swelling and bruising after a softball incident. The receptionist was so sweet and then the nurse that took me back was just so personable and seemed like she really enjoyed her job. I had almost no wait from the lobby/room/doctor coming in. The doctor was so funny and down to earth. Happy with the experience.

Quick, efficient, service. I could tell they had streamlined their procedures to keep patients from a long wait. I especially appreciated the screen listing the patients names in the queue and for not (!) leaving me in the exam room for additional waiting time. The medical staff was wonderful. Definitely worth the $50 co-pay.

The staff was very friendly, I walked in just before closing. The receptionist at the front desk explained that it was too late to see me because there was still patients in the back waiting to be seen but she offered to make me an appointment first thing in the morning. In the morning they took me right back, and the doctor was very nice and attentive, and addressed the issue that I had right away I felt very taken care of.

I have seen Dr. Garret twice now as my new primary care provider. He is extremely thorough, and takes time to be very detailed with his questions and thorough in his exams. He listens and cares about his patients. I felt heard and confident in my care plan he has put together for me. His Medical assistant Britni is very kind and personable which made me feel very comfortable from the minute I was checked in! Also, the front desk gal who works for primary care is also very kind and welcoming! All around a wonderful experience from beginning to end that calms my nerves during dr. Visits!

So... My kids were fighting over a bike. One fell off and scraped her arm and smacked her head. She's got blond hair so you could see the injury really bad with how her hair was being dyed. We put a towel on her head and rushed her to Urgent care. My kiddo was really upset and crying with her little rag on her head. My husband asked if our kiddo could be seen. She had a head injury. They rushed out to help her, tried to look at her but couldn't see anything. Got a great little temp thing on her head. It wasn't long before we got take my in the back. I got to say through it all, they were professional and amazing. Very kind. Chris was very good and I wish it got the other gals name. They were freaking fantastic! Patient. Kind. Loving. They had to wash her hair, really focus on where it was and we finally found a small little cut. In the end my little one got dressed up and helped. The result was a happy kiddo and a little battle wound. I loved how they were. They are quick, amazing and kind. Highly recommend

I was a walk in for Covid Testing, the staff up front was kind and professional. Was sent to the car to wait for my turn, 15 minutes later I was in a room and the doctor/PA arrived after the nurse took info and vitals. I could not have asked to be treated any better then I was, really appreciate your staff, I was feeling horrible and scared as I have an Adult Foster Home and everyone in my home is compromised, including my son and my husband. Thank you for your kindness, I truly appreciate your care. Stacey R Jordan

I was able to “get in line” and fill out intake paperwork on their website so when they were ready for me to come in, they called me. When I got there, I didn’t have to do anything and I was seen within 5 minutes. The entire staff was so kind and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. I’ve never had a good urgent care experience until visiting this clinic. I had my newborn with me and was concerned about it being busy but was so pleasantly surprised. If I ever need urgent care again I’ll 100% be going there

The front desk lady was very polite and handled several escalated incoming calls, and I respect that she held her bearings. Very professional. The lady who called on me and escorted me to my visit room was very kind and didn't make me feel rushed. The gentleman doctor who addressed my concern was a straight shooter and had a healthy balance of humor and professionalism. I appreciate that. I love that he offered the in house proscription! That made my day 😄 However, I didn't receive any end of visit paperwork to look over - The doctor mentioned that he would get me a referral to the new incoming family doctor who could carry out yearly exams and etc .. I'm unsure if I wait for a phone call from his scheduler or if I am suppose to initiate contact. I would love it if I could get some guidance, on how to move forward. I had a great experience (even with the longer wait time) it went very smoothly!

This is not to disparage the folks working here who are doing their best with limited staff. This is to bring to light the priorities this "urgent" "care" has: walked in with a bleeding deep cut from a kitchen knife, the wound wouldn't stop bleeding. I initially went to the location next to the university but the person in front of me in line was complaining of feeling sick. not being sick. feeling sick. and that person was being attended to before I was, even though I was clearly bleeding. The person at the front desk moved at the speed of molasses so I had my friend take me to the next closest location. at that location, I was greeted with a whole room of waiting people who were there for things like, urinary tests. In fact, someone who was there for a urinary test was asked to come back before I was. even though I was actively bleeding. Where is the triage?? 45 minutes in I finally had to get the attention of someone in the back because no one was at the front desk. When I was told there was nothing they could do, I reminded them that a deep cut is something that requires more immediate care than a urinary test. They then saw me next. Funds are needed for triage, and urgent care should be seen URGENTLY. Moving at the pace of molasses is not a place for somewhere that stitches up wounds.

BestMed has been my primary medical provider since moving from California 3 years ago. I stayed with them after changing their name and doctor, my PA is Jordan Blythe. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and easy to discuss medical matters with so if that is what you’re looking for, I would highly recommend BestMed.

Called this facility in regards to numbness and tingling in my right arm. Receptionist was extremely helpful and went the extra mile as to have me speak with the nurse to see if I needed to be seen sooner. They squeezed me into the schedule that day and took care of me. Thank you to the staff!

  • 5/5 Ila H. 6 months ago on Google
This was my first time there. I was seen on the Primary care side. The front staff was extremely polite and supportive. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jordan Blythe, my new PCP and his Medical Assistant. I am lucky to have been referred to this group by a friend.

I was unable to schedule my appointment online. Even though it provides an option, it told me it couldn't do it (this also occurred a month ago to my son). I tried calling for an appointment, but nobody would answer. I went in, but they were too booked, so they made an appointment for me for the following day. I told them I had COVID and they told me to come back in for my appointment the following day. When I did, I was made to wait for over 10 minutes inside the building, next to others (I was masked, but did have COVID). Finally, it took about 7 minutes to check in. They now require a credit card to be on file and wouldn't take secondary insurance, so I had to pay my $50 copay. They said it was up to me to get it back from the insurance. At that point, I was stuck and needed the paxlovid, so I just gave it to them. I was sent to my car to wait until they called me. They did and I came in through a side door to the room. I asked the care provider for Paxlovid and my two inhalers, he came back with only the paxolovid script. I reminded him of the two inhalers for my asthma, and he said he forgot, so he would call that in. Once I left, I received a voicemail asking what type of inhaler. I called back, multiple times with no answer. It took me 20 minutes to get through while I waited at the pharmacy. Finally, I got through by going through the all the options I could select. It was a mess. By the end, I finally got my medicine, but I will not return to this urgent care if I can help it!

I checked in online for a 1:30 time, I ended up waiting until about 2:15 to be seen but I wasn't bothered by this at all. Most urgent cares I've been to don't do online check in and I'd wait for hours to be seen. The building is under renovation so it was slightly confusing on how to check in. Both receptionists were busy with someone so there wasn't any direction from them. I just stood there awkwardly, hoping I wasn't making any of the patients feel awkward. Aside from that, the visit was great. Nurse was super nice and the doctor, Dr. AJ, was exceptional. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable or weird at all, even though the reason for my visit was definitely weird (to me) and uncomfortable. He also listened to my concerns and really seemed to care about what was going on. He even cracked a joke and just made me feel at ease. I had to return to resubmit some labs, something apparently happened to the first one but again it was a nice and quick visit that I didn't mind.

Words can’t explain how GRATEFUL I am for you guys. The front desk guy was AMAZING and so patient with how busy it was. Nurse beautiful kaylei helped me with an ice pack and pillow while waiting and the front desk guy kept asking me if I’m okay. The pretty doctor I think dr Anderson with a blonde bun also was very wonderful to me also! I love kaylei and her! I thought it was a sprain but come to find out it’s a fractured patella Bone in my kneecap. They helped me do X-rays and helped with EVERYTHING I need even through their chaotic day! You guys are all AMAZING and you guys all derserve a RAISE! Thank you again and you guys are CHAMPS🩷 Megan Hough (this is the urgent care by dominoes and DQ off coburg rd)

I really appreciate the new approach and level of detail and understanding from Dr Jordan. My previous primary was good and I had no problems but Dr Jordan, I feel is more knowledgeable about current treatments and how I can help control my health. I appreciate Teresa, as a practitioner because she seems to always remembers me. I've recommended this BestMed location three other friends because of the physicians. The last urgent care doctor was A+ care as well and the new Healo app put me in charge of my care and provide update information before my appointment.

A little wrist fracture brought me to this clinic, and everyone was great! Alex took my x-ray and AJ diagnosed the problem and placed the splint. Everyone was very nice, lots of good humor, efficient, and I was out in under two hours. Lucky to have you available.

Although the waiting was long due to an emergency with one of the staff, once I got in I was impressed with the care and efficiency of Paramedic Jena Williams and Dr. Corbett. They asked me the right questions and knew what I needed. I was also impressed with front desk (didn't get her name) in the midst of an apparent remodel at the clinic. The space was crowded yet she was calm, friendly and very efficient

I was impressed with the receptionist. He calmly handled the phone, checked people in and did cleaning. He appeared to be very efficient. The nurse who took me back also was very kind as well as the nurse practitioner.

Staff were patient, kind, and helpful. The nurse and doctor I met with took what I was going through seriously and gave me real solutions. This urgent care gets very busy and it was a long wait but the staff were great.

Went to BestMed, 1800 Coburg,Eugene due to spider bite in hand. Went in as an emergency with hand swelling & pain. Facility was having interior upgraded & physician wasn't present, was called away for an emergency. Physician did a telemed visit. Staff was handling situation well. Answered all questions frankly & sincerely. Took 3 hrs to get seen & diagnosed. Could have been a better visit but all in all beat being stuck in a large hospital emergency waiting room with possible wait of more than 3 hrs. Once seen, was treated professionally & quickly. Would be my go to for future issues. Hopefully with full staffing next experience would be much better. Again, staff was great in handling the doctor shortage. 👍

If i knew how much it cost me i could be more definitive .. so i’m holding back a star. I was also a little disappointed in how long it took my steroid shot to decrease the intensity of my allergic reaction (a couple days more), but everyone is different, so oh well. I will say that the communication was thorough, I was greeted warmly by friendly people, the sign-in process was fine, the Wait times - fine.. total time was no more than an hour .. so that was definitely a plus. The Intake nurse was great and so was the nurse practitioner. Everything was clean, neat, and orderly. I do dislike the commonality of not having costs expressed upon treatment in the medical world and having to wait for your bill to see if you regret going or if it was worth it. I would definitely call this office first if ever in such need again.

I liked everyone who was working the front desk was very nice and offered waters to everyone in the waiting room, the bathroom was nice. They played kids tv in the waiting room which was nice for the kids and I was glad it wasn't the news or sports. The nurse who brought me back was kind and told me thank you for waiting they were swamped (I waited about an hour to be seen. The doctor was awesome i believe her name was Dr Kim and my favorite part of the visit was getting X-rays from Bo he was so cool and kind!!! Thank you everyone!

Even though there was a line of walk-ins when we arrived, the staff got me in fairly quickly and started getting to work right away to help make me feel better. The doctor and nurse were both very helpful and understanding and by the time I left I was doing much better. I would definitely return if I had the need. Thank you!

Everyone there was great. From the receptionist to the doctor. They were afraid they wouldn't have time for both me and my two daughters before closing. But they got us all in and out so fast! Definitely will be making this our go to urgent care from now on!

BestMed is literally the best urgent care in the area! They handle each matter with a sense of urgency and get you in the back as soon as they can. The attending FNP Jennifer Kingsley is THEE best! She is a great listener she treats you like family. I felt very comfortable, safe, and non Judged. Thank you for your service staff at BestMed Coburg Rd.

I wish I could remember all the names but I know Jennifer helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. I came in with some damage to my foot and after a long wait (lots of people) the staff treated my wounds and cleaned me up nicely on a Friday night. I had to come in early the next morning for my the X-ray & the tech came in early on a Saturday to get me a scan cuz I live across the street and couldn’t drive myself. He was friendly and cool to deal with! Overall friendly experience and appreciate the staffs attitude even when they are slammed.

Called and was informed about appointments available for urgent care. Went online to set it up and it was easy and convenient. The site didn't work for me to upload check in items, but they scanned my ID and insurance card at the reception desk upon check in. Staff and doctor were very efficient and friendly. Would recommend for care needs.
