Good food. Nice people. If you’re staying at one of the hotels nearby, this is your best option. Mac: 7/10 a little bland, but I put some ranch in it and it livened up. Nothing a little salt and pepper can’t fix. Fish and chips: 8/10 Side salad: 10/10 Ranch and tartar both 10/10

Our lunch was AMAZING. The fries were perfectly crispy, the mozzarella sticks were oozing with cheese, yet not very greasy. Their house made root beer was great. And Matt our waiter was fast to refill our drinks and took very good care of us. Look forward to coming back. ☺️

Lots of choices for food and beer, and everything I had was delicious. But the best was the Mozzarella Sticks. They are made with smoked Mozzarella and are fully prepared in house, Amazing

Absolutely delicious burger. The waitress was so kind, attentive, funny, and helpful. She made a solid recommendation on beer when my first choice turned out to be sold out. Also made a request for extra pickles on my burger and they did not disappoint. I've never had so many pickles on a burger before and I'm here for it. Solid selections on menu and good variety.

Cool place, walking distance from hotel, service great 👍, food portion size good, juke box burger was good but missing the bacon,,cajun fries cooked perfect but a little heavy on the seasoning for my liking. Overall I would recommend to others and I will come back.

Horrible service. I sat in the bar and was served my beer. Blonde Ale was light and crisp, perfect for the warm day and to top off the 3 hour drive. But trying to get my servers attention in order to place my food order, I thought I thought I would need to jump on the table and start dancing. Food was quick, faster than I could type this. Artichoke dip was fair.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic brew house, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped through the door, the cozy atmosphere and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and beer enveloped me in warmth. The star of the show, however, was the remarkable waitress named Jackie. Her genuine smile and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcome. Jackie's knowledge and passion for the brew house's offerings were evident as she guided me through their extensive menu, suggesting the perfect brews to suit my taste buds. Throughout my visit, Jackie went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. She was attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Her knowledge of the menu and willingness to offer recommendations made me feel like I was in expert hands. Additionally, her genuine interest in engaging with customers and making them feel valued was truly commendable.

Tried their beer at Summerfest in Milwaukee! They had the cutest tent where you’d ring the bell for a free beer sample and other swag that was delivered through the hop wall by green-gloved hands.

Lots of beer choices and good burger. The service was friendly but a little off and felt very slow to get greeted, seated and for my beer to come out.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always soooo delicious and the service is great too. I’m a huge burger fan so that was what I ordered my first few times. Then I tried the fish and chips and then the French dip sandwich and then the chicken sandwich, every single dish was spot-on. They also make their root beer in-house and it’s THE BEST!! I absolutely love coming here, it’s my favorite restaurant in Springfield/Eugene and coming from Oklahoma where there’s nothing to do except eat amazing food and go to shows that’s saying a lot! Hop Valley offers a consistent, delicious food and service experience. 10/10

Great beers, great food, great atmosphere, great employees! Period! My nephew turned me on to Hop Valley beers a few years ago. We came into town this weekend for the State Fair and I had to make time to visit the Eugene (Springfield) Pub. I had their burger Without A Name and it was excellent. The cream cheese, jalapeños and bacon really made it wonderful. Plus I ordered a flight of their awesome beers! I will definitely be returning!

My husband enjoys food beer so we keep an eye out for breweries with pub food. Hop Valley meets both those requirements. We have visited twice this month and enjoyed our visits. On Sundays they have a special for a hamburger and beer for a good price. I had the new England crab po boy sandwich. So yummy! Two little crabs fried whole and served on a delicious roll with tasty sauce. Parking is easy even if are pulling your RV. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. Not to loud for a sport bar setting. And beer to go!

We were in town for Nike Nationals and went to dinner here. There was 14 of us and they got us seated within 20 min and made sure we all sat together. Our server was Jacqie/Jackie and let me tell ya, she was amazing. She was so friendly, checked on us often to make sure we had all that we needed, was very attentive and didn’t mess up anyone’s order. Which is easy to do with a table that big. Also, the food was so good, the atmosphere was awesome and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely go here again if we are ever in town and i would for sure recommend this place to anyone that is looking for delicious food, friendly service and a chill atmosphere. 10/10

Ok keeping in mind they have had to start over, hire and retrain an abundance of their staff, I will give it a 4. Fish and chips- fish was way better than expected, but garlic fries bit....they may be fine for others. The coleslaw was amazing. Not sweet, not bland, it was on spot. I loved it. Service was slow, due to lack of staff, but they were also attentive and very friendly. I will come back and look forward to the new changes. Also menu is limited right now.

The service was excellent. The beer is great with a variety of choices to match any palate. The fish and chips were pretty close to the best I have eaten, not perfect but close, so I still gave them a 5 anyway. The service had up for it. We sat outside. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean so outside dining is a pleasure. Rare for this area.

The Octoberfest beer they brew is amazing. Wife had the pesto pizza and loved it, highly recommend. Staff in bar was very nice and attentive. We'll be back on our next visit to Eugene.

I've been here with my wife twice now and had a great experience both times. We've sat at the bar, and our first trip got some beers, wings, and onion rings. The bartender was Dani and she was so awesome. Super friendly, welcoming, and provided 5 star service. Today was my second visit there and we were lucky enough to meet the bartender Joel who was just as kind, professional, and polite as one could hope. We ordered mozzarella sticks and got the hopski pizza because of Joel's suggestion. It was delicious and the service was top notch. Thanks Dani and Joel for making both of our experiences at hop valley awesome!

The food was solid. We really enjoyed it, especially the boss level onion rings. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's allergy. The beer ranged from low ibu to high and was very well crafted. A very good experience overall.

Absolutely incredible food, drinks, and staff! I was always welcome to sit and study for hours and always felt like home no matter the time of day. The staff was always friendly and upbeat, talkative and warm. They always knew when it was time for me to study and even had a special place for me to sit where no one would distract me and I wouldn't feel as if I were in the way. The food is incredible and the selection of drinks is always changing, always delicious. A wonderful atmosphere and one of my favorite breweries that I have found thus far!

The server in the bar this morning was great! Very helpful and friendly! However we always drove all the way to this location for the hand breaded onion rings and smoked mozzarella sticks and today we were informed that the rings took too long to make so they have switched to basic frozen heat and eat rings. Very sad day for my and my hubby's date nights.

I highly recommend Hop Valley Springfield for your lunch/dinner outings as well as a quick bite to eat and a brew at the bar. Dani brings the most chill vibe to the bar experience and will give great recommendations on food if your unsure. Joel is also a stellar bartender. If you’re interested in the history of the building make sure to ask the manager for a quick run down! My husband and I always have a great time here. Cheers!

I absolutely hated how good the food was, I kept eating it. The beer was so crisp and tasty I couldn’t even drive home which was awful. Not to mention the staff was having so much fun and was so quick it prevented me from being in a bad mood. I hate how much I loved it here.

Amazing food and great beer! Try the beef stroganoff or smoked mozzarella! Delicious! Also, the French Dip or the Kahuna Burger make excellent choices!
