You enter, take a number, and you are one of the only people in the laboratory. There are 3 receptionists and none of them call you. The receptionist that is supposedly supposed to call you is not calling anyone and is instead doing admin work. 20minutes pass and i try to speak with them. The guard kindly asks me to sit down and wait for the number to be called. No numbers are being called. More and more people come in…all waiting…almost all leave because they cannot stay and wait. After 35 minutes of no communication, and no acknowledgement, i left too. Hopefully they improve their processes and communication with patients in the future. It’s important to remember they are working with sick people often, and should be respectful and careful of that fact—kindness in the form of communication works wonders.

This note is in regards to my rapid Covid 19 antigen test. This laboratory returned my results 6 hours after my initial test. Any other lab gets this done in 20 minutes. As a result of their negligence I missed my flight. The receptionist taking down my contact information was quite dismissive, and incompetent as the contact email address given to incoming was incorrect. Then apparently, she doesn’t answer the phone as I called many times to ask for my results. No one would answer the phone nor did anyone answer my emails. Kindly please reimburse my test expenses. This labs negligence forced me to miss my flight, cost me an extra $1000 USD because I had to rebook my flight. Please explain to me how this could happen since this is a testing laboratory-this is their one and only job and they failed miserably. If you need a test, go to the pharmacy between Terminal 2B and 2D. They are nice competent, efficient, organized and their antigen costs about 25 Euros. Save yourself pain and anguish - stay away from this miserable excuse for a testing site.

writing english review, but spoke french onsite. the staff is rude and impatient. Like everywhere typically in Paris, people think it's a crazy concept to actually do their jobs. waited over an hour in line for a covid test, told the guy that I was waiting for a covid test and he said i was in the correct spot. an hour later he comes outside and says that this is the line just for blood drawing. I asked him to make sure that I should still be here for a covid test, and he flippantly responded back "covid tests ended an hour ago this is for blood only". so rude.

Nurses are friendly but the ladies at the counter are very rude and not helpful - i faced many problems with them during my pregnancy but had to go back because they are the nearest to my house

Come EARLY in the morning, 7:30AM, to get a number and wait in line. Any later and it gets really crowded, longer waits. The actual blood test is painless and quick! I came at 7:30, waited a bit, checked in, then got sent to another room to wait for my test. In all, it took approx 30 minutes. Don't delay. I've walked by and seen long lines out the door. It's right next door to a nice boulangerie. Perfect for a warm croissant or treat after your exam.

Everything was quick and easy. I arrived, registered, did my test all in 10 minutes. I also got the results within 6 hours at a cost that was more than reasonable for the timeframe AND the level of service. I hope to not need them anytime soon, but recommend them highly if anyone is ever in need.

Terrible place. I gave them another chance. Same issues and Worse! Three people at reception, only two customers standing and all waiting while they finished chatting slowly. My results were supposed to be ready at night. And almost 23 hrs later still waiting. I’m doing a treatment that requires follow up for medication adjustment -So irresponsible!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this Lab. They don’t prioritize your health.
