    The people at the lobby are extremely impolite. They talk to patients as if they are selling fruits in a market. Absolutely 0 organisation. For someone visiting the place for the first time, it was one of my worst experiences. Waited a total 5 hours for the doctor, who give me a super quick check up only for 5 mins .     We were in Paris and I became very ill with a cold/flu, which got increasingly worse over a 9 day period. In desperation for antibiotics we came here. We arrived at 7:30am, which was 15 min before they opened. By the time they opened, there was a line of at least 20 people waiting so I recommend getting there early. There are kiosks to check in and get a number in line. They offer English options. After that, people are called to the reception desk in order of their number. Before we got there, we used Google translate to have an explanation ready of why we were there, my symptoms and what we were hoping to achieve. We showed it to receptionist. We were charged 25 Euros and told to wait until 10am. At 10:30am, we were called in. We gave the French doctor our Google translation. He was extremely kind. He examined me and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. We filled the prescription at the pharmacy down the street within 10 minutes for 45 Euros. The whole experience took about 4 hours and the process went very smoothly. Thank you!!!
