It's
strange
what's
allowed!
I
went
to
the
practice
of
Dr.
Med.
Andreas
Schick
gone.
In
the
petto,
a
document
to
fill
out
for
the
treating
doctor
to
apply
for
a
household
help
at
the
health
insurance
company.
Just
fill
in,
sign,
done!
Nothing
wild,
one
would
think,
only
takes
a
maximum
of
5
minutes..
Filling
out
the
document
is
also
billed
to
the
health
insurance
company.
So
you
should
think
everything
easy.
Is
a
day-to-day
business
for
doctors
and
staff,
one
would
think.
The
receptionist
really
knocked
me
out
with
her
professional
competence
😂.
Sentences
like:
"I
don't
know!"
and
"I
can't
do
this!",
and
that
in
a
loop
really
baffled
me.
I
have
"never"
come
to
a
practice
where
I
was
treated
so
incompetently
and
unworldly.
The
receptionist
is
probably
the
wife
of
the
treating
doctor,
obviously
has
no
idea
about
the
matter
and
I
think
there
is
something
mentally
there
as
well,
because
her
behavior
was
very
questionable.
Because
after
an
hour
of
waiting,
I'm
back
in
the
practice
after
tough
previous
negotiations
and
she
didn't
even
know
who
I
was
and
what
I
wanted
anymore
😂.
(Practice
was
empty)
(No
stress)
If
I
ever
break
my
leg
or
arm,
I'll
probably
prefer
the
emergency
room
in
Euskirchen
😂.
(Anyone
who
has
ever
been
to
the
emergency
room
knows
how
hard
it
is.
Because
at
least
I'm
received
and
cared
for
professionally
there)
(Original)
Es
ist
schon
merkwürdig
was
so
alles
erlaubt
ist!
Ich
bin
Heute
Morgen
kurz
nach
Öffnung
in
die
Praxis
von
Dr.
Med.
Andreas
Schick
gegangen.
Im
Petto,
ein
Dokument
zum
ausfüllen
für
den
behandelnden
Arzt,
um
eine
Haushaltshilfe
zu
beantragen
bei
der
Krankenkasse.
Nur
ausfüllen,
unterschreiben,
fertig!
Nichts
wildes,
sollte
man
meinen,dauert
auch
nur
höchstens
5
min.
.Das
Ausfüllen
des
Dokumentes
wird
ja
auch
abgerechnet
bei
der
Krankenkasse.
Also
alles
easy
sollte
man
meinen.
Ist
nen
tagtägliches
Geschäft
bei
Ärzten
und
Personal
sollte
man
meinen.
Die
Empfangsdame
hat
mich
echt
fertig
gemacht
mit
ihrer
fachlichen
Kompetenz
😂.
So
Sätze
wie:
"Ich
weiß
nicht!"
und
"ich
kann
das
nicht!",
und
das
in
einer
Dauerschleife
hat
mich
echt
perplex
gemacht.
Ich
bin
noch
"nie"
in
eine
Praxis
gekommen,
wo
ich
so
inkompetent
und
Weltfremd
behandelt
worden
bin.
Die
Empfangsdame
ist
wohl
die
Frau
des
behandelnden
Arztes,
hat
offensichtlich
keine
Ahnung
von
der
Materie
und
psychisch
ist
da
auch
was
glaube
ich,denn
ihr
Verhalten
war
schon
sehr
fragwürdig.
Denn
nach
einer
Stunde
Wartezeit,
bin
ich
wieder
in
die
Praxis
nach
zähen
vorherigen
Verhandlungen
und
die
wusste
nicht
mal
mehr
wer
ich
war
und
was
ich
wollte
😂.
(Praxis
war
leer)
(Kein
Stress)
Sollte
ich
mir
mal
das
Bein
brechen
oder
den
Arm,
werde
ich
wohl
die
Notaufnahme
in
Euskirchen
vorziehen😂.
(Jeder
der
mal
in
der
Notaufnahme
war,
weiß
wie
heftig
das
ist.
Denn
da
werde
ich
wenigstens
professionell
empfangen
und
betreut)
