We've been here twice since we've been in Bordeaux this time. It's a little off the beaten path, but it's a gem. Located in an old women's prison and lots of character for a pub. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. My hamburger was cooked perfectly and my daughter's curry wrap was also delish. Our server was friendly and attentive. I had an Irish Coffee that was just right. The place was welcoming. I loved it!

A real nice place to share a beer or 2 snacking some french fries with friends. Nice helping staff & nicely arranged place. I'll come back soon for a real dinner this time.

Didn’t even go here but we walked by this place one night and the vibe was immaculate. Couldn’t pop in as we were exhausted from the jet lag. Tried to go the next night but they had closed for the holidays. My boyfriend still talks about how he regrets not going in for a drink.

Interesting and tasty beers and really good service. However the ribs were not very good. Still a lovely place to enjoy the evening.

Very friendly and professional staff. Nice atmosphere. Food is very, very average and only because of the staff I dont call it awful. Small portions, low value for the money, super market fries.. Passable to say the least.Will not visit again. The second star is for the staff as well. An easy 1 to 0 star

Not really a pub, more of a big dinner hall, hence a lack of character. Food was good and the barman was very friendly. I would say there was a lack of service as you had to order everything at the bar.

It's not a brewery it's a beer bar. I was in the same in Paris. Other then that everything is just perfect

A great place to grab a bite to eat and a drink or two. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. The pulled pork tacos and crunchy chicken burger did not disappoint. Although it was packed with patrons the staff were quick and attentive. The old building has a wonderfully charming atmosphere.

A decent selection of craft beers to choose from. Unfortunately they didn't have my favourite West Coast IPA this time. But plenty of other good choices. Service is fast and good.

Great place to watch the rugby world cup games. Good selection of beers and wines too!

Love this pub. You can get a nice selection of lager and ale, decent cider too. Count 6 euros a pint. Staff really nice and cool.

Excellent spacious venue with huge TV screens set up for the RWC23. This has to be the best venue in Bordeaux to watch every match. Pity the wine list is non existent.

Just been here for a drink.had a lovely lemon and basil sour , very refreshing. Very friendly staff,I would definitely recommend this place.the food looks great too even though we didn't eat.and you can watch the rugby

We were in need of some pub style food. The menu has a range of options and we found everything that we ordered was tasty. The venue is nice with a great vibe and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Got to enjoy two of my favorite things in the world - IPA and sweet potato fries. Totally did not disappoint, the potato fries were perfectly crunchy, not too sweet not too salty! 👌🏼I want the recipe!!! The vibe is a bit industrial inside but cheerful. And they seem to switch the beer menu frequently and host some events like language exchange which is cool. I now have one more reason to return to Bordeaux.

If you love an authentic pub with barrels for seat and craft beer, that's the place for you !

Just stopped by for beers which were very good. Waitress was very friendly too. Wished we had another night in Bordeaux so that we could go back again.

Checked on the official Frog pubs website where it said that a particular football match was going to be played at this branch. Arranged to meet friends there and we arrived to find venue closed.

Great selection of locally brewed beers. Bit pricy but that's Bordeaux. Didn't have food here but it looked very tasty also.

This restaurant is highly recommended. Here, they brew their own beer, which by the way tastes very delicious. The food is delicious, too and most importantly - the prices are affordable

My best friend and me found our new headquarters. We love it here. The quesadillas are our fave. Try it out !

As a regular, I couldn't recommend this pub enough. Great value for your money and the fact that they change their beer menu often is a massive bonus (a good ol Ginger Twist always goes down well though... 🍻). Big shoutout to Rachel for being a fantastic host and always greeting us with a big smile!

We came with colleagues to celebrate the end of the season. The prices of the drinks are reasonable, there is a large choice on the menu, both in terms of drinks and things to nibble on. We shared a large board, it was super good and well presented. Special mention to Rachel and Chloé for the beautiful evening :)

This is an amazing place. And if you like smoky beers, this is heaven. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is in Bordeaux.

Friendly staff, great selection of drinks, some beers brewed on site. Good food choices too.

Really cool venue, great atmosphere. Would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for the chandelier being low enough to block your view of the big screen whilst watching a game. For a pub somewhat focused on sports.. This somewhat kills the experience for a lot of the tables.
