Una super sorpresa nascosta. Iniziamo dal locale, bellissimo. Stile country antico, casolare di campagna, caldo,accogliente, con il camino acceso. Sembra di entrare in una locanda dell’800. I piatti sono ricercati, moderni, senza abbandonare il legame con la tradizione e ciò che di buono offre il territorio. La qualità è medio/alta, i prezzi non sono popolari, ma ci sta. Pochi antipasti, pochi primi e pochi secondi. Ma tutti fatti bene, difficile rimanere delusi. Buono il fiaschetto della casa e buona la selezione dei vini in bottiglia. Visited here 08/05/2018. Being typically British couldn't understand the Italian menu. The waitress had limited English but we managed to understand enough what we were ordering. What a delicious meal! Cold chicken starter with fresh greens, slivers of asparagus, cucumber, peas and beans with a drizzle if olive oil and pepper- outstanding! Then to follow a timballe of aubergine, asparagus and cheese grilled to perfection. Lovely food, great wine and fantastic waitress. Can't praise this restaurant enough- highly recommended

We stumbled onto this fantastic restaurant by accident. Since we were in Faenza on a Sunday, we thought to ask at local ice cream shop just off the piazza if there were any good restaurants nearby that would be open. They recommended the Ca’ murani. We found the location through an archway and then through a portico area on Vicolo Sant’Antonio. Of course we arrived early and had to wait outside for a bit for the bread to cook (can’t have good Italian without fresh baked breads!). The waitress was a college student who wanted to practice her English, so we received wonderful service. She keep suggesting dishes which we had to try, so after more courses than we needed, we were absolutely stuffed. This was Italian dining at its best!

Great food and service. Even that they have an small menu compared with other restaurants, everything we order was delicious.

Nella stagione invernale ,appena entrati ,nulla è più gradevole che accoccolarsi immediatamente vicino al camino...qui allora , nel gentile bisbigliare dei pochi clienti accomodati al tavolo, vi assalirà un indimenticabile atmosfera bucolica di pace e serenità quasi monastica, forse sconosciuta ai più ed estremamente rara da trovare quasi ovunque. Qui, a Ca' Murani, abbiamo in eredità una parte dell’atmosfera gastronomica brisighellese dei Raccagni, Tarcisio da Gigiolé, Nerio a La Grotta. Per chi ha vissuto quel periodo, è difficile che ne dimentichi il trapasso di come da tutta Italia giungevano alle loro tavole tanti gourmet o presunti tali. Per/con loro è nato l'olio di Brisighella, la prima dop italiana, poi a seguire anche il successo dei vini Ronchi di Castelluccio. L 'unica osservazione che mi sento di fare, ma non so bene se considerarne un pregio o che altro, è sui crostini ai fegatini .
