Very pissed at them. The receptionist are clueless as to what an outpatient pink prescription is. One if the receptionist was even so rude to me and threw my prescription back at me when I tried to explain what this was claiming that I was rude first by answering her "no". I have tried for over a week to get my medication. Still not sorted out. Horrible practice. Will have to change my gp. I can't do this any more. Avoid them.

I am a patient of this surgery, you are very lucky to get an appointment. I have been a patient for about 10 years and even before covid it had gone down in quality. They have a eConsult online service that is shut off at random times. Even before the scheduled time of (9am). They keep patients waiting on the phone and when they finally answer they say "Sorry, all appointment today have been taken. Please try again tomorrow" When you do get through, you get a call back from a ciliation saying and I am not joking "We can't guarantee you a face to face appointment every time, because most of our doctors work from home". I personally think 1 star is highly generous. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Horrendous. Wasted an hour and 10 minutes in the queue just for them to hang up on me when I got through to them and said hello. All I wanted was to enquire about when my appointment is. Absolute joke.

Failsworth group practice renamed. Still can’t get in touch with them. NHS they make it that bad. We’ll all have to start paying for private healthcare.

I've only been with this practice since Feb 2022. I can't fault them, very attentive and caring. Reception ladies have all been great and very efficient. I email if I can't get through by phone and they respond well. Dr Haroon Pardes is one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with and meeting. Very down to earth, caring and easy to speak with. He definitely embraces being human. Really impressed with Medlock. Thanks for everything you've done for me.

Thank you so much .I put a repeat presentation in Monday . And had run out of tablets . But for some unreason when I went to pick them put it wasn’t ready ? I was really upset . Young man on reception was lovely friendly helpful And said he would try he’s best to get my tablets that day but more than likely it be next day . We’ll just incase I sent my fellow round and much to my surprise they would ready . I would like to thank doctor and young lad on reception dealt with the matter well Elong

Brilliant surgery, never had a problem with them. Staff are lovely.
