One of the best places for a quick bite. I love Chick-fil-A, especially their sauce. They make the best fries and chicken burgers that really tasty. There is always playing nice music and everything is set up perfectly, so you want to sit there longer.

I’ve been coming here for years using my app to order with no issues. About a week ago I ordered breakfast for pickup, the app allowed me to and I left work to pick it up. When I got to the restaurant I put that I was there and then the app said because breakfast ended 5 minutes after I got there my order was cancelled. I asked the manager what was going on and he said oh it’s too bad that he can’t give me breakfast and that the app should have warned me. But it didn’t until I got to the restaurant. I went on to say that I had it was only a few minutes and he said he could do nothing for me. He offered me nothing for wasting my break to come over. What’s worse is if you look over on the shelf there’s all these orders for pick up. So the way Chick-fil-A works, I guess is that I have to spend extra to go through DoorDash if I want breakfast put on the shelf for me versus coming in myself. I called and made a complaint and nobody called me back so I understand that they’re not interested in my business any longer. what’s worse is that I have coworkers that have had no problem picking up theirs after the fact, so maybe it’s a race thing I’m not really sure, but I will never be visiting this Fairfield Chick-fil-A again and I might just stop being a customer altogether.

Excellent quick service, drive through line was extremely long. Parked on the parking lot. Curb side pick up was all taken. No need to fear they thought of that in their app, describe your vehicle and turn your hazard lights on. Order was out very quickly after I placed the order. Order arrived with a smile. Food was very hot and fresh. Tried the mac n cheese for the first time and it was fantastic creamy and cheesey. The extra cheddar on top was there perfect touch. I would order it again. Sweet tea lemonade is my new favorite. I will probably be craving this delicious thirst quencher from now on.

I really liked this place, service was super fast even with the big amount of cars waiting. They speak really fast 🤣. The only thing I can complain about is that my large fries were not filled completely, so it's the same if you order the small fries.

I don't know what all the excitement is about their food. I didn't find it great. However I do respect the fact they pay their employees well and respect the day of rest. Sunday's they are closed.

First time I had breakfast . 😋 it was great. had the egg, sausage on an English muffin. Way better then the other guys 😉

All that open space and you built the worst drive thru possible. You can see all the tire marks and how many times people side swiped the bollards. Can’t believe chick fil a let the operator build it like that. Unbelievable.

I always order a Cobb salad at the drive-up, never been disappointed. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and always accommodate my changes with a smile. Even at peak times the lines move very fast...love this place!

I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's, and their service was fantastic here. Staff was professional, nice, and fast, and my order was made correctly. Getting my order correct is a big thing to me, and everything was fresh. Even my son said, "This is how customer service should be!" I can't comment on the atmosphere because we didn't dine in. Sorry, I don't have any pics for you 😕

Chick-fil-A service is always excellent and the cookies and cream milkshake is the best! The only problem is that it can get a little crowded at times but the food normally comes out quickly.

There is always a line when you get there, but that's to be expected since the food is great. I almost always order the spicy chicken deluxe meal, and it never disappoints. The spicy chicken burger has a mild burn, but it quite tasty. I also get Polynesian sauces for my waffle fries, so be sure to specify what condiments you want when ordering. Good job, Chick-fil-A!!

Ordering on the right-hand side was seamless, and additional seating was available. 🍔✨ The festive decor, featuring a beautiful Christmas tree and large presents, added a delightful touch. 👏 The playroom for children was a heartwarming feature. My burger was not only tasty, but the array of sauce options elevated the experience. The staff's friendliness was the cherry on top! 🎉 Overall, a fantastic Chick-fil-A debut! 👍 During my visit, I was pleased to learn in conversation that Chick-fil-A pays above minimum wage, fostering a positive work environment. 👏 Notably, many staff members seemed quite young. In discussions, I discovered that Chick-fil-A is a Christian-owned business, and there's acknowledged discord with the LGBTQ+ community. 🌈 I mention this because it’s important to know who we are supporting when being active customers. The restaurant exuded a safe atmosphere, and I hope everyone enjoys a great experience, recognizing the diverse perspectives present. 🤝💙

I love chick fil a restaurant because in the app you can earn points which you can use to get free food, and what I like most other than the food is that you can use all the points you want at one time so you get more free food at one's something that you can't at other restaurants.

The food was delicious as always. Hot and tasty. Never disappoints. Didn't have to wait long. The line moved quickly.

Food was ok but the service and atmosphere was great, bathroom was very clean and those at the cash register and handing over food were awesome

Typical Chick-fil-A establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the drive-thru operated. There were two lines, but unlike most fast food chains, this one had a pick-up window for each line. This made everything go fast even though the lines were long. The food was also hot and can tell it wasn't sitting around for someone to order it.

Best chicken salads best chicken sandwiches waffle fries are amazing. Macaroni and cheese is plus the price is not bad and they have this awesome lemon frost that will cool you down on a hot day.

I always do drive through here. I have never gone in, not even once, but the service is exactly what you can expect from Chick-fil-A friendly and fast. Even when the lines are obnoxiously long they move you through very quickly.

Wait time was minimal today. The buns were dry and the lettuce and pickles were wilted. The sun joy tea taste bland. Not to good of a trip today.

Very good service and atmosphere. The time it took for my food to be finished was speedy and quick. The food itself was alright to me but I can definitely see why others liked it. Just kinda seemed dry to me. I got an 8 piece meal with a lemonade.

Their Chicken Soup Salad was extremely delicious. First time I tried it and was extremely impressed 👌🏽. The chicken sandwiches never disappoint and the lemonade is consistently good.

It was okay. Staff was friendly and nice, but I was surprised when they said they don't have onions. Other than that it was good.

First time to ever visit a chic-fill-A and now I understand the reason why lots of.people are attracted to this place very nice people sipper clean place and fresh food they did give is a to----------nnnnnn of sauce for four of us so we gave some back food was fresh but their spicy chicken wasn't spicy km not sure about the waffle frys harder to dip over all great place nice people decent food for fast place because they were supper fast

Good but tea was old and then replaced warm lemonade with no ice. Very disappointing. Service was an avg of about 2 mins per car. Not bad.

Always good, very consistent. The chicken sandwich is a staple! The sauces are very good, and the service for the volume is great! They are almost always slammed around major meal times, no different than an In n Out line! Lol

Placing the online order was fast and efficient. However, there was no coordinated effort in aligning your online drink order. We were half way through our meal before we asked for a second time about our beverages. Much later received our shakes and lastly our fountain drinks. There was no rhyme or reason. Online orders Needs improvement.

Great as always. Was mildly surprised that they offer breakfast (yes, yes, silly me:) ) Though in my personal opinion they are still unmatched in the quality and freshness and taste of their regular items, honestly nothing special on the choices or taste on the breakfast items. Around the same level as any other fast food place.
