I’ve
been
coming
here
for
years
using
my
app
to
order
with
no
issues.
About
a
week
ago
I
ordered
breakfast
for
pickup,
the
app
allowed
me
to
and
I
left
work
to
pick
it
up.
When
I
got
to
the
restaurant
I
put
that
I
was
there
and
then
the
app
said
because
breakfast
ended
5
minutes
after
I
got
there
my
order
was
cancelled.
I
asked
the
manager
what
was
going
on
and
he
said
oh
it’s
too
bad
that
he
can’t
give
me
breakfast
and
that
the
app
should
have
warned
me.
But
it
didn’t
until
I
got
to
the
restaurant.
I
went
on
to
say
that
I
had
it
was
only
a
few
minutes
and
he
said
he
could
do
nothing
for
me.
He
offered
me
nothing
for
wasting
my
break
to
come
over.
What’s
worse
is
if
you
look
over
on
the
shelf
there’s
all
these
orders
for
pick
up.
So
the
way
Chick-fil-A
works,
I
guess
is
that
I
have
to
spend
extra
to
go
through
DoorDash
if
I
want
breakfast
put
on
the
shelf
for
me
versus
coming
in
myself.
I
called
and
made
a
complaint
and
nobody
called
me
back
so
I
understand
that
they’re
not
interested
in
my
business
any
longer.
what’s
worse
is
that
I
have
coworkers
that
have
had
no
problem
picking
up
theirs
after
the
fact,
so
maybe
it’s
a
race
thing
I’m
not
really
sure,
but
I
will
never
be
visiting
this
Fairfield
Chick-fil-A
again
and
I
might
just
stop
being
a
customer
altogether.
