I have never had a vet that has gone above and beyond to care so much. The other day I received a beautiful poem mailed to me in honor of my baby having to be put down. The staff is amazing, caring, and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for how sad it had to be. Thank you so much. Reeses and I thank you. Sincerely Bree.

I have taken both of my cats to Capeway for about 5 years now and they are always amazing. Most recently we have seen Dr Oakham and Dr Gaudet. The vets, techs and office staff work tirelessly to make themselves available in office, for emergency visits and check up texts and calls after the visit. We are very lucky to have you all.

I called for an important issue going on with my dog. They made arrangements to get me in that day, even as a new patient. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very attentive. The vet and assistant that handled my dog's care were better than I could have hoped for. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was cared for correctly and even consulted other vets to make sure everyone agreed on the approach for my dog's care. That first experience with Capeway was enough to make them my permanent vet and would recommend them to everyone I know. I felt welcomed, a priority, and secure in thier knowledge. They took thier time, made sure all my questions were answered and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. In fact the price wasn't even close to what I had expected. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU CAPEWAY!

Vets are great but office staff particularly Wendy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately due to her comment “I’ll tell you what I’ll send you your dogs records and you can find a new vet” when I expressed my unhappiness over no return phone call regarding medications and my dog was sick, and then she told me the appointment I had at 10 the next morning with Dr. Carriero was “gone” and instead of apologizing for the previous reps booking error she made the above comment. They have forever lost my business. This is the most uncaring business I’ve ever dealt with and it’s a vet practice. Clearly they have no regard for clients or their pets. Vets should have compassion and concern for the animals not get hasty towards owners who are already upset. Do not recommend

Very bright and clean with super nice staff. I’ve been bringing my cats in since @1990 and have mostly been seen by Dr Gaudet and Dr Sherman who are excellent. Whether it’s been a wellness check, sick visit, or end of life care each cats has had excellent care from each staff member.

New puppy 🐶, first time being at a vet. As soon as we walked in the front desk was e EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and gave my pup treats! Dr.Oakham is very helpful and friendly, she explained everything and gave us options. When leaving they gave us a starter pack and trimmed the pups nails for FREE. The price is reasonable. 100% RECOMMENDED

My dog is 2, and we have been taking him to Capeway since we adopted him at 5 months old. We are very happy with our experience so far. Everyone has been kind and helpful.

My bulldog and I were greeted by the nicest receptionist. She scanned all our paperwork without any hesitation. Our vet tech, Alexis, was so wonderful with Lacey. She got right on the floor with her and made her feel very comfortable. And she had great treats for her. She is a rescue and her nails were in very rough shape...she now can walk so much better. Alexis and the doctor took their time and didn't rush through the exam. Was very happy that I took Lacey there 😀

I cannot tell you how kind, courteous and compassionate they were without welling up. It was time for (end care) with my loving, loyal and adoring feline, Cuddles Marie. Anybody who knows, knows. It's the most difficult thing in the world to say goodbye, they let me do that with dignity, honor and a sense understanding. Five stars, 100%

My fur babies have been coming here for years and I trust them and their staff with my dogs and cats. They have always been upfront, honest and given me options for the care of my babies when possible. They also have referred me to other places when needed to help with surgery or lab work or due to financial concerns. Dr Sherman, Gaudet, J, and Oakham are just some of the vets I've interacted with but there are more available which helps to get in your fur baby sooner if needed. They also call back if you are put on a waiting list. Some places say they will but you never know. I can tell you from experience they will. They care for their clients and patients.

Great friendly staff. Face masks were optional and we didn't have to wait outside. Dr was caring and knowledgeable. Very relaxed atmosphere.

I have been going to Capeway since my dog Jerrico was 8-weeks-old (he is now 3.5) and they have been nothing short of amazing. My dog has had some complicated medical procedures (heart worm treatment and a stomach surgery) and they do whatever they can to make the both of us feel comfortable. Every person that you interact with here is friendly, courteous and is up front and honest. They treat every animal like their own. Jerrico has not had pleasant procedures, therefore he usually doesn’t like going to the vet. It takes me about 15/20 to physically get him in, but once he’s in they always greet him with kindness, love and a toy/treats. I’ve since moved away from Capeway but will ALWAYS remain there. The way that they treat me and my dog is unmatched and I will commute here forever knowing to expect such pristine treatment from them. Thank you Capeway!

It is difficult to rate this experience since it was for end of life care. That said Dr Gaudette and his staff were kind and sensitive to the reason for the visit.

We have been going here for about 6 years now and I have only great things to say. We have seen a few different vets over the years- Dr. Jayaram has been our vet more recently. They have all provided high-quality, very compassionate care. The doctors here are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They really take the time to educate whenever you have questions. The other staff members like receptionists and techs are always hardworking and kind as well. My only wish is that I can find a human doctor I like as much for myself, haha. In all seriousness, we are lucky to have Capeway in our community.

I don't think that I could ever say enough amazing things about everyone at Capeway. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a vet before. They took my dog in moments before closing with staff volunteering to stay late to make sure that she got the best care possible. They truly care so much about what they are doing and make a stressful situation better. From the moment we walked in the staff was sitting on the floor with her makikg her comfortabme and everyone was so incredibly nice to us. We never wait for more than 5 minutes whenever we go and I cannot thank them all enough for what they do.

Honestly, nothing. We were handled with great care for both extremely very nervous kitties. Very helpful advice from their doctor and so compassionate from all staff from beginning to end. It started as a very stressful experience on the car ride there that ended going smoothly and I feel like we're in good hands there. Very clean, organized, friendly and most importantly compassionate. They were ALL amazing with both kitties.

Very upset with Dr.Jays bedside manner and etiquette. My family was told yesterday that our dog is “very unhealthy”, “this is the beginning of a serious problem” for our dog and “I am leaning towards cancer”. The doctor said they felt a mass. The doctor also said that our dog has a heart murmur. Today my dog was taken to another animal hospital to get an ultrasound and x rays. Not a sign of cancer. No heart murmur. Everyone said he was very healthy. Doctor said no signs of any cancer. He is thriving. It is important to not share scary information like that with patients unless you have facts. If there are no facts backing your information you should not be using words such as cancer. Our dog is a part of our family. I understand not everyone can be sensitive in hard situations like that, but what my family had experienced was horrible. To spend $1500 on testing when you are told your dog most likely has cancer and for him to be completely healthy is just wrong. That is all. No need for a response back from the owner. Just want to share this information with the public so that you don’t get yourself into a terrible situation like this. Steer clear of this facility. Our pets are our family and they should be treated as such. I wish everyone’s pets great health and safety. I wouldn’t wish a situation like this upon anyone. Ever. Very very very sad situation that could have easily been prevented with better training on how to treat customers.

I have been taking my pets to Capeway for so many years, I feel like Dr. J and staff are part of my family. You couldn’t ask to leave your pets in better hands. Everyone there are top notch. Always friendly and reliable. I wouldn’t change a thing about Capeway.

Bright, clean, friendly, and caring! From the moment that we walked through the door to the minute we left everyone was great! Professional and understanding, everything was explained to us through the appointment. I feel very comfortable having my cat seen at Capeway and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Couldn't have done anything better. I'm so glad I chose Capeway for my pets. Dr. J and the staff are amazing. Thank you very much for caring for my cats.

Great experience every time I go to this Vet. Glad they’re associated with VCA now. Have had good experiences there too.

I have been a client for approximately 17 years. I have noticed that they are more concerned about payment than care. In years past, we felt really good about going to Capeway. Dr. J. is and amazing and caring doctor. Melissa at the front desk, is good at what she does. The policy is horrible and Sid the Kid and myself, will be going to another Vet. We’ll miss you Dr. J & Melissa.

They are always so kind to my Sadie girl(bloodhound mix 120 pounds) she’s always so afraid she has fear aggression and they take their time with her and I really appreciate that! This time they saw her for reoccurring ear infections, and I asked for a specific treatment, and they complied, and they were very gentle with her and she’s been well few hours after a visit she’s much better as always!

😠 Very rude phone staff named Kerry. My cat was vomiting and throwing up and I had previously brought by cat there, they had given my cat a saline bag and a steroid injection for stomach irritation. My cat recovered. It was 9 AM on a Saturday I asked if I could bring my cat in she checked with the...
