Very rude phone staff named Kerry. My cat was vomiting and throwing up and I had previously brought by cat there, they had given my cat a saline bag and a steroid injection for stomach irritation. My cat recovered. It was 9 AM on a Saturday I asked if I could bring my cat in she checked with the doctor and the doctor said no. I said who was the doctor she said doctor McKenna I didn't know who that was visually so I asked if it was the doctor that looked like George Clooney that was very nice. Kerry said all of our doctors are nice rudely and then said we don't tolerate that type of behavior. I didn't know what behavior she was talking about. I was literally trying to visualize who the doctor was because I couldn't believe the very nice doctor I had last time wouldn't take 15 minutes to see my cat. It was not the doctor I had last time because he was very nice. I don't even know if Kerry told doctor McKenna correctly because Kerry had a bad attitude so she probably discounted my cat when telling the doctor, Kerry obviously has problems with communication skills and Kerry should be retrained. So as my cat is crying in pain I was able to get an emergency appointment 25 minutes away from me but it's not until 1 PM I hope my cat makes it till then. Also I don't appreciate Kerry telling me that all their doctors are nice, what I consider nice or not nice is my opinion not Kerrys.

Dr.Nick was worth the wait to see my two dogs. Very attentive, gentle and calm with them. Able to order meds as needed. Recommended home euthanasia which I used for one of the two dogs. Very busy office. The support staff seem stressed.

This was our first time at New England Animal Hospital our 11 year old Old English Bulldog was really sick on Saturday and in a lot of pain we thought we had to help him cross the rainbow bridge but thanks to Dr.Nick he gave us an alternative he said why don’t we start him on a arthritis pain med and see how he does and call us on Monday, I’m so glad we went to visit this great Vet because our Bulldog Vinnie is alive and he’s doing really well he’s actually walking again and going up and down the stairs, we’re so very thankful for Dr.Nick and his great staff everyone was so nice we are so happy with them that we’re switching Vets we have 6 Furbabies that will get great care Thank you 🙏🏻

We have a German Shepard that suffered from severe allergies and the entire staff at New England Animal Hospital have always been so kind and compassionate. They were the only vet that could figure out and treat our dog properly. Over this summer we have had to call on them a few times for our boy between bowl issues, ear infections, eye infection and if an immediate appointment wasn’t available I’d always get a call from the vet to discuss the issue and get a treatment plan started immediately so our dog wouldn’t have a minute more of discomfort. I highly recommend them to care for your fur babies or any pet . They all work as a team together I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!!

All the vets are amazing!! Great with every animal ! Our pup loves everyone there!!!! They dont charge an arm and leg!! Very reasonable price! Love New England Animal Hospital!!!!

We found the staff and Dr Nick caring, compassionate and very gentle with our girl Madison. I think they love animals which doesn't always happen. Madison can be a little feisty because she was not rescued until she was 6 months old so she didn't learn the social skills some kittens do at an earlier age and NEAH did a great job working with us, communicating, confirming and following up. We've had some different area veterinarians over the last few years and this one is definitely our first and hopefully last choice.

I highly recommend New England Animal Hospital, All staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Dr. D is the best with skin and allergy treatment and recommendations. Thank you so much for loving and taking care our babies as much as we do!!

I seriously can't thank them enough for helping my pup. She had serious skin issues and it's been 24 hours later and she is looking great already. They are so kind, so caring, so friendly. They are honest and have a lot of compassion for both human and pet. Price is good and fair especially for the care they give and they take their time with each pet and owner I didn't feel rushed and they listen. I couldn't be happier.

The very best care for your pet in all of New England ! Easy to get to, plenty of parking, a huge waiting room, friendly staff, short wait times, reasonably priced, what else can you ask for ? We are new to the area and took our two cats, Smokey and the Bandit for shots and checkups. Very friendly, welcoming staff. The veterinarian and vet tech were gentle and caring with our boys! Very patient with our cranky Smokey!

My experience was a good one especially for my cat Sofia the staff was great and Dr.Lord was so great with my Sofia she was relaxed the whole time it was my first time here I will be returning with my other furbaby Blue. First vet that came up with an alternate plan for my allergy prone dog. Everyone was wonderful from the minute I entered. It was a little long waiting to check out but they were very busy. Great first impression overall.

They are the best. Especially when my puppy broke his two front right toes at the beginning of the year. Every week he was there and they did awesome for him.

My vet was in surgery and my boy Loki tore his nail, they took me in asap and fixed him up fast! All were kind and the price was absolutely reasonable, ty to all that took care of my Loki♥️

They have been horrible trying to get my Dogs script mailed to me for his Heart worm Med. First they claimed when I call I requested a refill which I didn't. Initially they charge over $100 for a six month supply. I can get them at half price by mail order. Receptionist calls me the other day. Telling me there is a $5.00 charge to mail the script to me. Still hasn't't called back to get my C.Card info. The Vet tells me after his annual examine. His teeth looked fine. I know for a fact becauseI've gone to a number of other Vets. He has moderate Gum Disease.

I have been going New England Animal Hospital for years now. All my cats go there. I absolutely love the doctors there. The nurses are also wonderful people and so good with my cats especially my older cat who hates going to the vet. He tends to be very vocal when he visits. They just know how to handle him and show him love. If anyone is looking for a great place that’s friendly and will treat you pet like their own this is the place to go. I will never go anywhere else!!
