    Came into the dining side just before 8 with my girlfriend and child. The dining area wasn't busy at all 3 tables with people. We stood there for about 10 minutes while the waitresses walked back and forth. Looking at us not saying a word. Finally, one of them said sit wherever you'd like. Thankfully we were able to find a high chair for my son. We sat down and waited for about 15 more minutes until we got menus from another family that was sitting next to us. We ordered buffalo chicken dip and when it finally came over to the table our chips looked like the bottom of the bag mostly small and broken no blue cheese, carrots or celery. Overall a terrible experience. Never coming back. Left cash to cover the food. And the table next to us was also doing the same. I would give a negative star if I could.

    The girl working the bar with red hair was horrible. The pregnant lady was great, but when she left it went down hill. Zero personality, Zero desire to help. Only 12 of us at the bar, yet it took forever for her to look up from her phone and ask if my we wanted another drink. If she is there again when we come, we are walking right back out.

    I used to come here a lot and they always had slow service but the food was great. Today the service was horrible. We sat for 30 minutes and had the waitress look us in the eye and never came over. We got up and asked the bartender and he said he would send someone over. No one came so we left. The customer next to us even noticed we were being ignored. We weren’t the only ones to have issues getting serviced as another couple walked out before we did. Very disappointing.

    McDonalds Fries, an ok Ruben, excellent drink. Server seemed like like she was the only one running the bar. She said she was new, she was ok. I wouldn’t come back. My daughter had the garlic grilled cheese, the cheese tasted like dollar general cheese. It is what it is, I get places have to do what they need to do to keep their businesses alive. Presentation was nice, ambiance in the bar was nice, but not nice enough to come back.

    Absolutely horrible experience. After almost 45 minutes of waiting, my appetizers arrived frozen. My party and I waited nearly two hours more for our food just for it to arrive done completely wrong and badly cooked. My dish was almost completely wrong and the chicken was super over cooked. We received no apology or compensation until we said something and that’s not even mentioning the poorly cooked food. Absolutely Ridiculous, especially for a first time. Beyond disappointed especially considering the prices, don’t waste your time.

    4 adults and two kids. Took us two hours to get out food. We asked specifically to fire the kids meals. We had to keep bothering the bartender who was tending to a full bar. She was great but very busy. I would have complained but the modern day country music playing over the speakers put me in suck a stupor that I miraculously sprouted a slicked back hair style. I carried my son out of there and told him we were never returning. He weighs 50 pounds now. That was a long walk to the car. Heeehaw.

    As I walked in on a Tuesday night at 8:45, I felt I was pushed out and I was very embarrassed for my friend who is from Boston that came down to Fairhaven along with another friend. I haven’t seen since high school! We all felt pushed out! no menus handed to us at all “all we have is pizza” while i I was still eating pizza I was asked if we needed boxes and was handed a closed bill ! I asked for the manager and was told no one was around. I hope somebody reads this And fixes this problem I live in town and want to support a local business. Found this to be an embarrassment to have two friends who I haven’t seen in a long time have to leave a bar and go to another local bar. . . I understand if the waitress had to be somewhere, there was a bartender, who never said one word with no one at the bar was on her phone all the time. The reason I’m taking the time to do this is it was always a great place to go after a night of golf to have some food and some drinks. I don’t want to be felt like I am an intruder. hope this reaches the right person and fixes the problem manager BETH! We purposely asked what time you close because we didn’t want to be an inconvenience and was told when everybody leaves they closed every single window in the outside bar and looked at us like we should get out.TERRIBLE SERVICE

    Normally a decent place with good food, however last experience was not good. We were paying money into the juke box and it was not turned on (playing music from another slice). Asked waitress for contact info to attempt to get our money back. She did not return and did not return with my change from paying my bill; basically stole my money. Asked the bar tender for a manager and was told there was not one on duty. Left my number and never received a call. I will most likely go back since it is my local bar, but will definitely not pay in cash since I can no longer trust the waitresses.

    I went to an event. The wait staff was amazing and prompt. I had two different types of chicken wings. I had a buffalo and a Cajun dry rub. The wings were a solid A-....the sauce is what made the wing. Some of the wings were overdone. The atmosphere was loud...but it is a bar so not unexpected (my rating is based on not being able to hear people, I couldn't tell you what music was actually playing, but it was mixed and loud....there was a live band playing too in another part)...The place was hot too....I have to say though the food, especially the pizzas coming out looked good. I saw a salad come out, it's presentation not great, but the person devoured it. My friends had a bunch of drinks. They said the drinks were well mixed. I would give it a 7.1 because of the food. Bill was very inexpensive at $35.00 sans tip

    I used to work here and it was decent, definitely better than other places at the time and pay was really good for the hours I got. Aaron, Jose, and the others are good people and yes I will apologize for the amount of times I was on my phone but I would if I still lived in the area try to work here again I loved the food, people, and just everything (except prep I hated that part too confusing).

    My boyfriend and I kept trying to place an order for pickup last night, but were always hung up on. Either the line would disconnect while calling or the person answering would ask us to hold and then disconnect us after we were left on hold for a little while. The third time that we called and got ahold of a person, we explained what had been happening. The lady on the other end did not seem at all friendly or apologetic and just said that their phones were busy. When we tried to order again she immediately told us to hold, then disconnected us after we were in hold for a few minutes. All they had to do was apologize and say that they weren't expecting online orders. There were some menu items that we really enjoyed, but won't be able to anymore due to such poor customer service.

    I used to order the Sushi from here all the time last year while Turks was closed for the season. It was always good, but I have gone 3 times in the last 2 months and will no longer order sushi from here. Tastes fishy and falls apart easily. Unfortunate.

    First time going to this place and it was good. Didn't spend alot of time here as it was pretty busy. Drinks and food which was good. The waitress was busy and took her awhile to come over to check in but overall decent. It was a Saturday Night and they had a band. Nothing special about the place to probably go again but nice nonetheless.

    Ordered take out on a Friday around 6pm, chicken tenders and Buffalo chicken dip. Get home to the northwest end of NB and discover they didn’t give me the pita chips for the dip. I call the restaurant to let them know they didn’t send the pitas, or any celery or carrots, for the dip. The girl who answers tells me the kitchen can have it ready, but I live in the northwest end of NB I’m not going to drive over there a second time bc they didn’t give me what I paid for, she tells me I can’t discount the chips off and there’s NOTHING SHE CAN DO. Oh ok so let me talk to the manager? Oh, no manager is on a Friday night? That’s strange considering it should be a busy night. Listen here’s some free advice, next time give the customer back their $14 for YOUR MISTAKE. Offering to allow me to drive back to get the food you forgot as the only option is unacceptable. Also, the Buffalo tenders were dry but edible. Wont be back. Not worth the $$. You could save a customer and a bad review if you just handle the situation better. It’s not about the $14 it’s the principle that you could do nothing to resolve the issue. Good luck based on these reviews y’all in trouble.

    Went there for lunch in the new addition. Very stylish, excellent bartender sydney, had the patty melt abd fries. Reasonable price. Highly recommend this place

    Unfortunately the steak tips I ordered were just awful. No taste and really the worst meal I have ever had. The mash potatoes were brown, but the brocolli was fine. I was very disappointed.

    Loved this place wish I wasn’t just a visiting, so I could come here all the time. The layout was amazing. The variety of the menu and quality of food is amazing as well.

    I went in around 1:45 p.m. and had to ask If they were open because no one was there to bring me to my table. I was ignored by 3 people including the bartender which wasn't bad it was the lack of service and after ordering food and sitting there for 45 minutes they only came out with one appetizer and After almost an hour waiting on food the waitress not even the manager had to come out and tell us that they were out of halibut instead of figuring that out be forehand really disappointed. I would understand if they were busy but not Even an apology and the manager was talking with the waitress before she walked over never going here again.

    Been coming here for months for mulitple weekends with my parents and Brook is amazing. I have seen her run the show alone from managing staff to overly encentric customers . Very happy with her service and attitude.

    Dined in restaurant area of Ice House on a Friday night at 6pm and music was loud hard rock music asked to be moved to a quieter location and they moved us to the bar side Sushimi on salad came warm

    Was the place to watch football last year. Now they don't have the N.F.L Sunday ticket, so if your game isn't televised nationally you are out of luck. Was looking forward to today's game but no. Staff was slow and lazy. I'm all set. Hopefully someone who knows how to run a restaurant will buy it when it fails.

    Busy place but such a wonderful and accommodating staff, I’ll be honest they did burn my pizza but then comped me for another one fresh and in a to go box. Jackie is an incredible waitress and I gotta say the pizza was worth waiting for, will definitely come here again for their awesome tap menu and drink selection, food is SLAMMIN’!

    Let me preface this by saying I started eating here back when the baked scallop dinner was 10.99 and the scallops were always excellent. Also I have never posted a negative review on any business. Last night we got takeout. Hadn’t been there for a while. Due to Covid we haven’t been eating inside much. The baked scallop dinner was supposed to come with 2 sides. I ordered but never received a Caesar salad and baked potato. The scallops were full of sand very greasy and the crumbs very salty. The baked potato was chewy and couldn’t be eaten, maybe was reheated. My husband ordered the chicken quesadilla and a margarita pizza. The “ pizza” which was $12, was surprisingly small, very thin like a cracker crust and the cheese was negligible. It was also cold. The quesadilla looked like it was thrown into the styrofoam box and was mostly congealed cheese with small bits of chicken, also cold. I used to love their quesadillas. When my husband went to pick up, the pizza and quesadilla where sitting on the counter and he waited 10 minutes for the scallops to come out, that’s why the other items were cold. He ate the pizza. I couldn’t eat the scallops or the potato. In the past the scallops were outstanding, loaded with sand last night. I don’t know how to explain how everything was so poorly prepared. I hope they read this review, man does not live by beer alone. I doubt I will ever eat there again. Spent $52.00.

    This will sound like a broken record given every other review on here. Order drinks 2 at a time because that's how slow service at the bar is. We did notice that once a man joined out party (3 females), we got much better and faster service from the bartenders. If you sit at the bar, don't look up. I don't think the ceiling has ever been cleaned and there is dust hanging from the vents since it's on there so thick. Huge bar, nice atmosphere, terrible service, disgusting ceilings and walls (in the bathrooms too) and not all of the lights work. This place needs far more attention from the owners. I do think it'd make a great episode on a bar makeover reality TV show though.

    Cant believe I threw away my money here. Went with some friends and waited almost TWO hours for our food - just for it to arrive all wrong!! I order a BYOB with Cauliflower rice because i’m allergic to rice, and to my surprise I received yellow rice. on top of this there was only broccoli and chicken in the dish ?? there’s supposed to be avocado, salsa, and cheese (that I requested) and none of those things were included! seriously disappointed. I usually do my best to be patient with restaurants because I know how difficult it can be to work at one but this is preposterous.

    While looking for a post graduation meal I’ve happily stumbled onto Ice House Sports Bar which is an excellent place to enjoy a dinner and a couple of drinks. Getting seated was slow to the point on where I needed to seat myself, but when seated service was kind and quick. The food menu was very diverse for a bar with them having sushi and even a Wagyu burger on the menu. The atmosphere was lively with me coming in on a Friday night. The music was blasting and seats were filled. The pricing was fair and with the portion sizes being about average combined with memorable food I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.
