The table was dirty to the point of the coaster being stuck to it and it ripping off the backing. Got a draft sams summer ale that tasted absolutely horrible.Ordered clam cakes as a appetizer they were raw in the center with uncooked dough. Burger and fries were decent. Got the bill was overcharged for drinks. I wouldn't recommend going here to eat or having any beer on tap. If I could Give negative stars I would. the waitress was both rude and abrasive. Will never go here again I advise you to spend your money elsewhere far better places in the area.

Good locals bar downstairs. Function hall upstairs. Karaoke every Thursday and Saturday night, from 930 to close. Mostly a locals bar for Fairhavenites. The friendly crowd spans all generations [21+]. I visited Town Crier about 14 years ago and keep returning. Food and drinks are both good and reasonably priced. The bartenders get very busy sometimes, so you may have to wait for a drink. But, overall they are friendly and on top of things. I am upgrading my review to 5 stars because I cannot think of any other place I've kept coming back to for over a dozen years. Try it!

One of the finest if not the finest bar I've had the pleasure of going to. The atmosphere was friendly and laid back, the prices great, food delicious, and drinks perfection. I can't wait to go back so give it a try, it may become a favorite of yours.

Arriving in town late on a Thursday we found most everything closed. The Google said "Town Crier" was open so off we went at 10PM or so. Kitchen still open, appys and pizza; good food, reasonable prices, comfortable and unassuming. We were likely the only non-locals and it was great to see the regulars having a good time, singing karaoke, cheering each other on, etc. We didn't know what we'd find, and it turned out great.

Town crier is an amazing place. Great and friendly staff. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to eat and have a few drinks with family or friend's. The prices are excellent and very resonable.

👍 Went here for the first time. It is very busy and a little chaotic. There is a food truck that serves food which I love that. I got the Cuban with sweet potato fries. Delicious! There was a live band which I also love. The crowd was definitely an older crowd. 60 plus. It was absolutely entertaining...
