I had a very frustrating experience with ordering online pick up through the Fairview Park Aldi. It resulted in me having reschedule twice due to no one getting my groceries ready and ultimately canceling my order and getting zero customer service help during or after the process. I cannot call the store or any customer service line because Aldi doesn't have store phones or customer service call centers to "keep prices low."

I like this store besides the regular panhandler standing by the front door which is illegal. Nothing like shopping and being hassled for change while coming in and leaving. I’d probably say something because it’s likely to keep people from shopping here.

I really like this Aldi compared to the others in the area. Seems to be a bit more spacious than the others near me. I really liked how they had self checkout. No more waiting in long lines!!!

Had issues with food quality so I had to give a feed back. Also when I got the parsley flakes, it was only half filled in the bottle. Workers are not helpful and not friendly at all. At times they got fresh produce and some times not. It’s a hit or miss.

Crowded today,😟 because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but I do like the store selection much better ,they have quite a few things that I didn't see at the other Aldi, these the lines were long, but we managed. it was clean and the workers were steady stocking in the store. we're in this truckers delays and food World shortage, so some things we just won't be able to get sometimes.., but I am definitely would prefer coming to this Aldi verses the one on West 117th and the inner city on the east side.🤷

First trip to this Aldi's. It was nice and clean. Very well organized. I had no idea where things were yet. I will be going back there because it seems easier to check out.

After shopping in the regular grocery store this was a pleasant surprise to get canned cat food for only .59¢ a can. Just wish one of the 3 Aldi's I went to had cream cheese while it was on sale But the butter price couldn't be beat @$2.49 a lb

I always enjoy shopping at Aldi's, it's the only place I can still go where a cart of groceries is less than a tank of gas in the truck.

Always a pleasure shopping here. High quality foods with prices lower than all the grocery stores nearby. Clean and well stocked.

Good experience. Store is well maintained. Bring your own bags because they do charge for the paper ones. Sometimes items are out of stock but generally they have what we want. Much more budget friendly than other stores so of course there is less frills. If we want seafood or quality steak we go to heinens or the West Side Market.

I mean, the prices were good, but the quality of the products was not. The customer service was also good. However, next time I need food, I will reconsider going to Aldi. Also, the selection wasn't great. Disappointed.

Very nice and clean Aldi!! I feel like the selection and overall atmosphere is better here than at the 117th store.

The cashier stopped ringing out my groceries to push Jesus love down my throat. When i asked her to just ring out my stuff, she continued with "Jesus loves you" i replied Odin loves you. She said "i come against that. Get out of my store"

I always find good things at Aldi. Their crabcakes r excellent. My grandson loved them too. They seem to b out of the Italian loaf of bread that I love most of the time. They do need to correct that.

I really love the prices! Good gluten-free products! Some nice cheeses, coffee, and produce.

They didn't have what I looked for at any of the Aldis and I traveled from one to another to another You can't call and talk to stores individually so I spent all day traveling looking, Didn't drive to Madison to get, I live on West side of Cleveland. Went following week to Madison and got Desrt hummus chocolate, they use to carry in aldis all over, getting tired of traveling to find something they always carried before, and upset you can't call individual stores....So not right!

All kinds of interesting things to buy here. Very healthy. Check out was a little chaotic.

I always prefer going to this location since they have self checkout. I usually just come in for a few items during lunch, so self checkout makes my visit go by quicker.

Great prices and selection of food goods. Good space between rows for large trolley and 2 todlers. Easy check.out procedure into another trolley. So I could go strait to car.

Went late morning, was in and out quickly. Wish they would add the ability to pay cash at the self checkout.

Great value, just wish the produce was fresher. Most fresh vegetables such as spinach, cucumbers and peppers frequently expire before their expiration date or quicker than produce from Giant Eagle. Edit - produce from 2021 was noticeably worse. The freshness has improved moderately. Changing review from 2 to 4 stars.

Pretty clean place The staff were unloading pallets of grocery items. We were in and out quick.

They recently installed self checkout which is a great help. This location has ample parking but was always understaffed at checkout. Thankfully this solves that one issue and the place is pretty great now

was literally impossible to pay with cash here. only self checkout registers were open, which only accept card. unacceptable.

😠 Overpriced- 6 dollars for butter? No thanks. Also the GM (Hi mark! You're awful!) Is a piece of trash who thinks exploiting employees is ok. So not only are they charging that much for butter, that much is more than half what they pay their employees. Also why don't you call up the store and ask abo...
