Rooms are average, bathroom had a bad odour. Restaurant was much better then expected. But they need to improve if I compare to Multan Avari Xpress.

Avari number 1 in 5star hotels of Faisalabad

We stayed there for 8 nights, it was delightful, everyone was very helpful, room was very comfortable, if anything floors needed a bit more attention to cleaning. Breakfast and crew serving it were great. Front desk attendant Ms. Kainat Azam was very very helpful and understanding. I will stay there again and again if I am in Faisalabad again.

We loved our short stay here. Everything was up to the mark and staff was very cooperative and friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food options. The restaurant staff was very kind and hospitable especially Muslim who made sure that we get to enjoy the best breakfast. Totally worth the money and will definitely come here again.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, Corridor with carpet give a marvellous view. All the staff especially Mr Ahmed at the front desk was very professional & cooperative, he was always there to assist me, I love to stay here again. The reason why I am giving 4 stars is there were not enough options for food.

Being a frequent traveler, I found lot of flaws in the service during my two days stay. You need room service, call the front desk and forgot for at least 20-30 minutes. It's not the location, not the quality of food, not the comfort rooms but the service which is substandard and below average. I hope they will lift the standard as ppl expect quality service and responsive staff when they go to Avari.

It's a good property to spend a night or two in Faisalabad. A smart hotel in the Kohinoor area which has most amenities one would like to have. Central and accessible from all parts of the city. Staff was courteous and well trained.

It felt like home. All the staff is very friendly and caring. Best food, the rooms are clean. Overall amazing experience.

Lift Was not working. I had room at 4 th floor. Had to walk down the stairs to basement for the lift working there. There were no towels in washroom of executive room. Also 2 lights were not working in washroom.

Thank you, services provided in the hotel during my 3 days stay were exceptional, hotel staff was also beyond exceptional, especially Mr Hassan, who provided us the best facilities during our stay. It's a great place to stay especially if you are visiting for business. There a less places in the city which are worth trusting for comfort and peace. The lobby is not so impressive as it starts, and ends at the same time. Parking is a bit tricky as your car must be strong to drive up the steep ramp. Food is good. Room is quite comfortable, they have good speed internet which is free. Breakfast is generous as per the hotel. Staff is quite supportive and caring. (from basement parking, I had to take the luggage to ground floor which is not so easy as you carry luggage up the stairs)... This is the worst part. Otherwise no negative marks. Price is reasonable.

A unique hotel of the city having spacious rooms as per trends of owner. All five star facilities available at a reasonable rates. Rooms, entrance, reception, restaurant etc are very spacious and clean with latest decor. Buffet breakfast is superb and entire restaurants there had a tasty food. Staff is friendly. Lifts are spacious and soundless. It is highly recommended and worth staying there.

I and my colleague had a breakfast. We really enjoyed the food and service. Specially Mr. Faisal gives us the service. He is very kind and energetic Person. We tried most of the items in food and were good and fresh. And the best thing was Cheese Omellate which i had with some special instruction and it was 100% according to the mark. Thank u

First time stay is quite a good experience. Hotel room is super good, i mean with the price you pay this hotel offers a good room. Now when it comes to mattress that’s where management needs to pay attention. Give a smaller bed at least comfortable.

Rooms are comfortable, peaceful and clean. Layout of room and wash room are too good. Services are also good. Every team member is courteous, listen to you and respond to your query. Resturant food is fresh, they will make you fresh paratha or omelette. They have basement parking so ur car will be safe. In whole its true value for money

Few improvement points are pillows were very thin, light switch not in hands approach near bed, soaps were very hard not making lathers, bed room space unnecessary occupied by unwanted Almirahs. Over it was a good stay. Will stay again on next visit. Also last point breakfast menu should be revisited but not bad it was good but some items still missing.

Avari Express is very comfortable property for stay I like it very much all departments are very good but specially the front office department is to much caring and I am really satisfied from Mr Nauman Dilawar

Among my various experiences of staying here, this time was the best the staff was cordial and professional. Rooms good as always the best experience was room service chef was genuinely interested in customer feedback and quality, quantity and hygiene of food was excellent. You have to be wary of their newer counter service staff whose first attempt would be to put you in the very last room next to housekeeping where the staff would be talking throughout the night. I am still researching the correlation may be it's a love lost or something akin to it situation.

The overall experience was great about the services especially Mr. Muslim, and Mr. Asad were so caring and quick to any service asked or required. The food needs a bit more improvement in terms of taste. Overall Best Breakfast Experience!

Overall good experience. Location is bit odd. Service was vood staff was cooperative and friendly. Breakfast is reasonable it was buffet. They have reasonable underground parking space but its not huge max 15 car can be parked. Prices are also reasonable as compared to other similar rated hotels

The environment was good The staff was co-operative and very welcoming. The room and washroom was very clean and had all basic facilities. Want to mention breakfast that was awesome and had great variety of food. One notable negative aspect of my stay at Hotel Avari Express was their inability to provide basic tea ingredients. During my stay, I requested some tea, but to my surprise, I was informed that the hotel did not have the necessary supplies and suggested that I go and purchase them from outside. This was quite disappointing as one would expect a hotel to offer such basic amenities, especially for a beverage as common as tea. This inconvenience detracted from the overall experience and left me with a less favorable impression of the hotel's services Overall it was great experience.

Good hospitality but they don't provide space to accommodate your driver. So make alternate arrangements if you are reaching Faisalabad forntour driver. Hotel One of other hand is providing that facility...

Faisal is very courteous and energetic team member at Avari Faisalabad. Food quality was good. It would be more appreciated if you guyz can add one fresh Juice as well.

Firstly, the room was prepared for two people…there were two beds…so why was there only one towel. The soap was smell free, so I still smelt of sweat upon using it. Instead I ended up using shampoo as shower gel. We then went down to eat, my friend and I ordered a double decker beef burger and a steak sandwich and apple juices. The waiter read the order back to us multiple times so we felt like he’d got our order correct. The juices took 50 minutes to come just like the food, they could have at the very least brought the juices first. When the main course came there was no beef in sight. The double decker beef burgers were in fact chicken and the steak sandwich only had 1/3 of the ingredients…there was no beef or egg in this dish. Upon telling the waiter he assured us that we had asked for chicken and there was no beef. A friend of ours came down to eat and was told there were no more ‘beef’ burgers…yet moments earlier we were told that they only did chicken. The dessert however was very nice. We then left the restaurant and was told my a member of staff not to enter the lift as he was delivering room service. We then told him the lift has a capacity for 5 people and there was only 4 of us. There was also dirty dishes in the hallway outside my room since yesterday. Please review your management and train your staff to have better etiquette.

Initially we made booking reservation over call but when we showed up, there was no booking. At the time of payment they committed PKR. 32,000/- for two standard rooms (Room# 211 & 212). We only had PKR. 23,000/- cash at the time of check-in, they requested to made payment of PKR. 36,000/- via card remaining of which will be refunded at the time check-out contrary to that at the time of check-out they backed off with their words and keep on insisting that keep the PKR. 700 change and we will compensate you in your next visit. We really are very disappointed on the kind of behavior and services.

Brother Zeeshan is really well mannered guy who know how to behave and it felt good when someone greet you with smiley face and food is good as it's look Well presented.

Initially land line was not working, then only 1 bed for 2 persons and slow service and as room was booked for 2 people but kits, towels were for only 1 and then again we said the team for remaining. Mr. Imran who was working in the gallery really helped us and worked hard to sort out all the issues.

All the staff was very cooperative room was very comfortable and very well cleaned ... specially kainat and adeel on reception were very well behaved and treated me nicely

Everything is almost fine but, there is always room for more improvement. For example breakfast could use more thought, variety and a better taste.

The housekeeping department of Avari Xpress Faisalabad is doing an amazing job in keeping the rooms neat and clean. The staff is really well trained and respectful - they make you feel like you are staying at home.

All employees too much cooperative, food quality good but need to add one dish mutton paye and nuts. Rooms top class but rates heigh comparatively hotel standard.

Food, services& cleanness is perfect. However, main entrance may be improved because 1st impression is always good. Also, Mr. Muslim attend professionally.

This is a very efficiently run hotel in the city center of Faisalabad. Staff are extremely competent and provide excellent service. It is very clean and everyone is willing to please the guests. Housekeeping staff are very helpful--my special thanks and commendations to Imran and Imzimam. It serves a hearty breakfast--American, continental, and/or Pakistani. Room service prices are reasonable and the food is excellent and delivered promptly. There is also a gym with exercise machines and treadmill--everything is in working order. It was an ideal hotel to work from and relax in.

Loved the hotel rooms. Rooms need a bit of attention. Broken cupboards. The water in the taps was saltish. Please work on that. Else a perfect stay.

Absolutely faultless for the money. 10/10 Thank you Saboor for the lovely room at checkin. Room was super clean and comfy and the breakfast exceeded expectations. That said, Avari Reservations team will not honor MCB Platinum CC discounts even though the bank informed me it was still active at their end. The central Avari Reservations team is also extremely inhospitable and clearly has not heard of the 5-star experience.

It is a good option in Faisalabad. Rooms are great. There is no lobby, so you don't have any space to spend time apart from your room. Location is great in terms of shopping of food points.

It was ok. Muhammad Imran from House Keeping was a gem and most professional person from all the staff. While Resturant both food and service and especially the one guy I don’t know his name was so disgusting he pointed out my dressing and told me not allowed in this Avari you have to wear Jeans aur Shalwar kameez. Shorts by the way long Nikars and Shirts are not allowed hahaha anyway the breakfast was below average. These 3 stars actually belong to Muhammad Imran. No Bath Rope. Pillows were aaahhh no wash room mat and no wash room bath curtain . No mini bar in room you can purchase from front desk lolz.

My overall experience of staying is too Good. Cleanliness, safe environment and cooperative staff. Just need improvement in food taste. Everything else is extraordinary.

Comfy and neat rooms but room space is small. Neat and clean bathrooms along amenities. Buffet breakfast is complimentary and of good quality with reasonable menu.

Travelled back to Pakistan from the UK after 18 years with my family. Stayed in hotel rooms 303, 305 & 308. Hotel was clean and had decent facilities. Breakfast choice was great with excellent Pakistani tea. Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful particularly "Azhar" as he really looked after us and went the extra mile. Location is ideal as close to the food outlets and shopping centres. The only thing which I didn't like was that no outside food was allowed to be delivered to the hotel which I found very absurd. During this trip, I stayed in PC Lahore and no such restriction existed there, so why in Avari Xpress?

Not very well maintained rooms, fruit basket had rotten banana, switch boards had sparks and 4 out of 6 switch board sockets didn't work in my room, breakfast in the morning was good no doubts. But had my 1 hour 35 minutes wasted at checkout in morning because avari don't know a simple difference between a sales tax invoice for guests and guest bill. While I needed sales tax invoice but these people do not know how to generate a sales tax invoice for guests who are checking out of their property.

Over all stay is very good and comfortable while Food quanlity is also good . Moreover Inzimam had very good skills of making up room 👌

Its a very clean hotel with great service. The house keeping services are good especially Inzamam, one of their staff member has excellent behaviour. The manager of the hotel Samar is also very kind. Highly recommended.

My overall experience at Avari Express was wonderful since services provided to me along with breakfast , gym and rest of the facilities were amazing. I am bound to say that Avari Express is the best hotel I had seen up till now. Lastly I would request the management to decrease the rate of one night stay so that middle class person can also afford living here.

The stay was no doubt comfortable. The check in was good, even the check out was excellent. Room Service, laundry was good. You should think on facilitating one pair complementary for pressing per night. The staff all around was good. Unfortunately, this week I could not get the booking confirmed for three nights and so I have to check in to other hotels on Tues and Wednesday nights. Rooms were excellent. And the best thing was that you had connection on bedside for charging laptop and mobiles. Wish we are not refused in future and priority is always given as on an off me or my team members travel to Faisalabad having our Regional Office and expanding these days. Good Luck!

It's been almost a month of our stay in this hotel, but the staff at reception appears unprofessional and unapologetically rude. I am astonished by this behavior, especially considering this is a 4-star hotel; however, their service doesn't reflect this standard. Additionally, their self-made adverse policies for customers aren't adding any value to the hotel either. I request the higher management of this hotel to take notice of their frontline/reception staff and encourage them to be more customer-friendly.
