** White's Castle Pizza ** Excellent first-time experience! Service of delivery was outstanding 👍 and order was also completed with no mistake. 🍕 was delicious and it was White special flavour with so many topping while the crust was also quite thick but somehow the price was high as compared to other pizza parlours. Moreover, pasta was also savoury with good quantity plus cheese and the chicken was also enough in quantity. Overall the experience satisfied my expectations as I heard the reviews about their pizza but they need to review their Pricing for better customer satisfaction.

Pathetic staff. Poor taste. I ordered medium size square pizza and after waiting 45 minutes i get large size traditional pizza. Further i have to wait 2o minutes. And stuff didn't cooperate at all.

A small place with a finger licking taste. Pizza taste was delicious. Sitting area is small but hygienic and open air. Only problem was their lack of customer satisfaction. Staff was not cooperative at all.

Their taste is very astonishing as always. The service is very good and heart warming. Within 25 minutes the order is served.. it only get late during events like Eid etc... A plenty of parking outside is available with guard...they have outdoor sitting and indor for family... The bottle they serve are always cold 😂 remaining I like it more than any Pizza restaurant in Faisalabad

I’m amna , i ordered 5 large pizzas in different flavours but they send it in same flavour and the spice was so extra and didn’t even apologise or change it or didn’t give us back the money . Such a pathetic behaviour

I am not sure how they are allowed to do commercial work in some residential area. This place is situated right in the middle of residential area. Front roads are too much congested specially when people park there cars around. I have tried their chef special pasta. Its like eating special pizza of Forks & Knifes.

Taste improved since i last ate their pizza 4 years back. They still need to workout on their customer service. Speak about the open air seating i noticed a ton of people unnecessarily just hanging around going in and out of the kitchen which kind of annoy customers having their meal.

Good place for Pizza, Home town special is the best pizza here. Dine in is open for outdoor option but evening time would be more suitable.

We was trying to place the order through application but the app crash every time we tried with different mobiles same issue happened. We called them they didn’t placed the order as the discount only available on application. They said there is an issue with iphone users and they simply said you can change your phone to andriod. The call was transferred to the HR

Normally dont review specially bad one but this is seriously non tolerable i ordered #yesterday malai boti and it was (late and cold) after that quantity was 6/10 absolutely not expected i was disappointed but i let it go coz mistakes happens. ordered again today as i had guests from other city to visit i called and specifically instructed to there (so called supervisor) not to do that again but this time i received wrong order and when i called to ask this was not my order that same guy refused to accept his mistake and #hangup my call absolutely worst experience never going to order or recommended anyone again #patheticcustomerservice shame on #whitescastle

Very bad experience. Feels like sitting on a dhaba on the corner of my street. Never going their again. Taste was also not good. We ordered 2 different flavours and both were hardly had any difference.

Pizza is always great in taste. There commitment is also exceptional. My order was 2 minutes late and they delivered me my pizza free of cost according to their 35min rule. I was not even aware of this. They called me myself and told me about it. This too on 14th August. Considering all the traffic on roads due to national holiday yet they did not hide behind this excuse and showed their commitment. Welldone

third class customer services, they cancelled order at their own and refused to send the same order. They don't know how to talk with customer. if you guys can't manage please don't announce deals.
