One of the best iHop Restaurants in Minnesota.. Very Friendly Team . I love ❤️ it

We have had such a great experience here the last couple of visits. If you haven't already, try their tres leches pancakes! Our family loves them!! The service was great too!

This was horrible time I have every had in my life going out to eat. there for food was gross it had hair in my food and there was Nats flying around in our faces and in the food and the people kept voiding us not being helpfull. I would not recommend going there I know we are never going there again to eat.

Eggs were good.! Pancakes and the condiments tasted a little less natural. My first time at iHop. And not that I expected a lot, but can’t say I was satisfied with the breakfast expectations 😞 they could have done a better job with the natural ingredients. It’s noticeable. Eggs were great though. Tomatoes and potatoes felt very fresh. And tasted great.

My family and I come here from Rochester once in awhile which we look forward to. Been here many times. But this Nov. 10 2023 was the worst ever. Nats and bugs flying all over our food just gross the there was hair in the food. All they said was sorry. Well needless to say we will NOT BE COMING BACK to this location.

My rating assumes you know this is IHOP - clearly it's a chain restaurant and not the pinnacle of cuisine, but given that.... the staff here are INCREDIBLE! So polite, friendly, happy, cheery, and quick! Food is prepared quickly and correctly. No complaints! EDIT: Repeat visits have same great service. Shout out to Elizabeth for being a fabulous server!!

The service was slow. We never got our drinks refilled so 3 of us ate our meals without any drinks. The receipt did not allow for pay n go even though it's advertised right on the receipt. We had a free stack of pancakes on the app but the staff was unable to credit it on our receipt. The server dropped off the receipt and didn't come back to pick up payment or check in but had to be waved down after most of our party exited to the car because we waited 15 minutes for her to return and assist with the receipt issues. The server didn't check in with us throughout the meal and long wait times. She blamed the poor service on a short kitchen staff but frankly that only accounts for the long wait for food, not the inattentive server or failure to refill drinks.

Great service and thankful for the free Veterans Day meal! The food was amazing!

I walked in and was shown to a table by a hostess who didn't greet me at all and looked like I was inconviencing her by showing up. She looked and acted like that was the last place she wanted to be. I sat in a booth for over 20 minutes without anyone showing up to take my order. A lot of employees walked by but no service. I had enough and left without any service at all. On my way out I handed the menu back to the hostess and told her "thanks for not sending me server", she just took the menu and shrugged. The place was not even busy is what blows me away.

Needed a place open in the early morning that had tables and my advisor agreed to meet at iHOP. I was dismayed with the menu. With the exception of pancakes on the 55+ or the children’s menu, every food item was $10 or more. I just wanted maybe a couple eggs or something small, but there wasn’t any obvious way to order them. I could have asked but I really wasn’t hungry. I settled on a hot chocolate which was about $5. The other person had coffee and it may have been $3 for a 2-3 cup pot (I didn’t pay attention, but I did see they filled their cup at least twice). The waitress was probably pleasantly surprised as I offered to pay the $8 tab and my advisor laid a $10 cash tip. Surprised me too. I would have tipped 30% but 125%? Wow. The place was really clean, I was surprised the table we sat at was clean and dry. I’ve been to other restaurants where you can see the streaks from the rag used to clean a table, but this was highly exceptional. I may return when I’m hungry, the menu wasn’t all breakfast foods, though when “pancakes” is in the name, that’s what I think of first.

Food is good, but we have repeatedly struggled with curbside orders being correct. (Not the specific restaurants fault but curbside check in has never worked). I called in multiple times and never got through. Walked in and waited 15 minutes befo Went back in and was told that I wasn’t reading my order right. I pushed back and showed each charge and that I didn’t pay $40 for just an omelette. Then waited another 20 minutes for the missing pancakes. And I’m the meantime the omelette was completely cold. There was no apology for the any of it. What should of b

sat down and got our drinks, then waited for almost 20 minutes before I stopped an employee and asked where did our waitress go. Wife said the pancakes were great. Country fried steak was par at best. Waitress stopped one time back at our table after I had to flag her down to get a water refill.

I went here for breakfast with my brother this morning and it was decent . The food was good and the prices were fine. The service was just ok. The reason for that is I had my card on the table ready to pay my bill for over 10 minutes. The waitress came to my table maybe 3 times total including when she took my order and brought my bill. When we sat down she asked my brother what he wanted to drink and listed off a bunch of sugary drinks without asking me what he would like. Unknown to her he is type one diabetic and his breakfast was going to be sugary enough….. she just asked what he wanted and then brought it out without asking me once … that just rubs me the wrong way.

The fajita omelet is the best omelet I've ever had with tasty veggies, tender chicken and real cheese. Good smooth cup of coffee too. I must admit, though, we thought the buttermilk pancakes were better at Perkins.

Ordered food through DoorDash. The lettuce on our chicken burger was rotten. Really gross. Won't be ordering here again.

We went on Mother's Day at about 1pm. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. I was a little upset that there was no sign saying we were supposed to write our own name in the seating book bit luckily someone told me after a couple of minutes. Our waitress was great and had a beautiful smile. The food was very good. The women's restroom was very dirty and in need of refurbishment.

We had brunch here. Food was served quickly after ordering, even on busy morning. The waitress was helpful when ordering. Restroom not too bad, for being clean. Food was hot, exactly as ordered. Coffee was a light roast, not very strong. Wasn’t like coffee I like, but others may love it who like a light roast. Cost was reasonable for family of 5- we spent $85 and all had full tummies.

Great service for breakfast this morning, the Colorado Omelet was 👌 real good (and ketofriendly!).
