I
could
leave
a
lower
review
I
would.
I
worked
at
Chick-fil-A
for
4
years.
I
thought
customer
service
Expectations
were
high
for
all
Chick-fil-As
but
clearly
this
location
does
not
care.
I
work
in
station
park
and
frequent
this
location
multiple
times
a
week.
I
am
never
greeted,
never
asked
if
I
need
help
when
at
the
end
of
the
counter,
order
has
been
wrong
several
different
times.
I
called
once
to
get
my
order
fixed
and
was
told
I
would
receive
a
sandwich
in
my
app….
I
did
not
receive
it.
I
gave
my
phone
number,
name,
email,
transaction
number
AND
my
membership
number,
all
the
things
needed
to
provide
me
with
my
reward.
Kay,
one
of
the
FOH
employees
stands
out
specifically
as
I
once
asked
if
my
sandwich
was
correct
due
to
not
having
a
special
label
on
it
and
her
response
was
“the
sandwich
it
right,
they
know
what
they
are
doing
back
there.”
I
was
very
polite
and
was
understanding
that
sometimes
the
wrong
sandwich
gets
grabbed.
I’m
sorry
but
that
was
not
a
correct
response.
Since
then
she
looks
at
me
and
ignores
me
if
I’m
needing
assistance
at
the
end
of
the
counter
any
time
I
enter
the
store.
I
have
grace
and
patience
for
many
as
I
know
how
it
can
be
in
a
stressful
environment,
I
have
been
there
myself!
There
is
just
a
lack
of
care
and
urgency
at
this
Chick-fil-A.
I
wish
every
location
had
the
same
standards,
however
I
understand
each
store
is
run
differently.
One
day
this
location
will
maybe
go
the
extra
mile,
but
for
now,
they
aren’t
event
hitting
the
mark
on
the
1st.
Let’s
see
some
changes
Farmington.
I
hope
the
operator
is
aware
of
how
poorly
this
Chick-fil-A
functions.
