    We love chick fil a, but this location takes forever to get your food. Today I waited almost 30 minutes to get my food AFTER waiting in line for over 15 minutes. Many locations have just as many people in line, but they are able to manage the flow so much better. They need to do a thorough internal review to figure out why this one location takes forever while others do not. I’ve been here probably 6-7 times and it’s the exact same every time. I’ll drive to other locations before this one going forward.

    I'm a Chick-fil-A customer from another region and this visit to Farmington was a bit of a disappointment. Not at all busy inside but it took 15 minutes to get my take-out order. The drive-thru was certainly churning out orders tho.

    Okay I normally don’t post bad reviews but every time I’ve gone to this chick-fil-a recently the fry quantity has been getting less and less. This time was unacceptable. I can’t afford to pay for a large fry and only even have it filled less than half way. They look half eaten☹️ to say I’m bummed is an understatement.

    This was a well staffed, clean, and efficient Chick-fil-A. Tyler, the employee that took our order, did his job perfectly—good customer service is a rare find these days. The food was delicious and exactly what we ordered. Nice work Chick-fil-A!

    We ate at Chick-fil-A twice today, it just worked out that way. So many rhymes without even trying. Both times when considering our options we ended up here. It's just so tasty and their employees are polite and detail oriented. Today we tried seasonal peach lemonade and peach shakes. They're both amazing.

    This is by far the worst Chick Fil A experience we have ever had. It was extremely busy when we walked in, which is fine, but there was nowhere to sit because there were a bunch of tables with garbage piled all over them. When we finally got up to order, we repeated the order slowly and clearly and the order taker read the order back and it was correct. She then went to give us our drinks (the wrong size, but at this point we were done) and was short two drinks and we said we needed two more. She then said “no, I gave you all your drinks.” We assured her we needed two more and even showed her the receipt. She finally gave them to us and we left. When they brought our food out they forgot the milkshake, there were none of the sauces we asked for, and two of the sandwiches were wrong. The employee we told this to had an attitude when we told her they were wrong, but finally fixed them. The chicken nuggets were also basically inedible. Overall, this experience was awful. We will not be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    If I could leave a lower review I would. I worked at Chick-fil-A for 4 years. I thought customer service Expectations were high for all Chick-fil-As but clearly this location does not care. I work in station park and frequent this location multiple times a week. I am never greeted, never asked if I need help when at the end of the counter, order has been wrong several different times. I called once to get my order fixed and was told I would receive a sandwich in my app…. I did not receive it. I gave my phone number, name, email, transaction number AND my membership number, all the things needed to provide me with my reward. Kay, one of the FOH employees stands out specifically as I once asked if my sandwich was correct due to not having a special label on it and her response was “the sandwich it right, they know what they are doing back there.” I was very polite and was understanding that sometimes the wrong sandwich gets grabbed. I’m sorry but that was not a correct response. Since then she looks at me and ignores me if I’m needing assistance at the end of the counter any time I enter the store. I have grace and patience for many as I know how it can be in a stressful environment, I have been there myself! There is just a lack of care and urgency at this Chick-fil-A. I wish every location had the same standards, however I understand each store is run differently. One day this location will maybe go the extra mile, but for now, they aren’t event hitting the mark on the 1st. Let’s see some changes Farmington. I hope the operator is aware of how poorly this Chick-fil-A functions.

    This location always has both lanes lined up with vehicles BUT the waiting time's whether it's to order or receive your order is so fast. I have never had any issue's with any of the employees, they all have been super friendly. I have never had any issues with missing items in my order, and the food has always been really good. I actually prefer this location over the rest of them.

    I got some food at Chick-Fil-A and ordered on my phone for curbside. I thought it would save me time. On the app it said it would be out in 5 minutes. I waited 15 then got a notification that someone was taking the food out. I waited another 15 minutes and decided to go in. It was hard to get an employee to help me due to few workers. Once I got help they had to make my food which was another 10 minutes. It would have been faster to wait in line or go in the drive through.

    Came here with friends for a date night and thought it would be a quick yummy dinner before heading to lagoon. This has to be the slowest chic fil a there is. Line was decent but didn't move. 15 minutes later we got to the register and the person who took our order didn't know what they were doing and kept leaving to get help. Then we found a table that was filthy. Not once while we were there did we see anyone clean the dining room. And we had plenty of time to watch because it took 35 minutes to get our food after we ordered. We literally watched an employee circle the dining room with someone's food 6 times before my wife asked him what the name on the order was. She then yelled out the name and it was a lady at the next table. She commented that she was grateful we did that or she never would have gotten her food. The manager has some serious work to do at this location before we ever come back.

    I normally love chick-fala but this trip was not as pleasing. I got the frozen lemonade shake and it was good until I found what appeared to be finger nail clippings inside the shake 🤢. Really disappointed this time around.

    I drive up to the window and inside the building is packed with 10 employees filling orders and helping customers, very busy and dedicated. They were quick to complete my order, and I received the highest quality chicken sandwich ever. I felt like they really cared about me. The person at the window made friendly conversation with me while my order was being made, and constantly updated me on my order even though it took only 3 mins, which was nice. The only thing I didn’t like is they had people standing next to the intercom board to take and process the order, where you look at the options before the window. The guy was just staring at me while I was deciding what to get. I felt rushed.

    Wait forever in lunch line drive thru and then they didn't ring up our order as three combo meals. When we asked for the fries they wanted to charge us separately, increasing the cost. Freaking idiots. Will NEVER visit here again. My office is nearby and I am going to tell everyone to avoid the incompetence. Life is to short to deal with idiots. Part 2. Got my office and all three sandwiches are wrong! Damn, after they screwed the order, being rude about, trying over charge me, I still didn't even get what I paid for!

    Closing at 9pm in the summer when there are dozens of people outside trying to order is not a customer oriented policy. I've chosen to go elsewhere multiple times because of this and I have been turned away even though drive through was open and I have a trailer and cannot fit in the driveway.
