It's been 3 years since we ate here. The last time I was not impressed. Today I am surprised at how bad the food was. We ordered a cactus bloom which wasn't bad but the ranch container was empty. Yeah. Just an empty container In the middle. I got a country fried steak that was very thin, dry and way over cooked. I Ordered extra gravy but only got a tiny cup of it. I choked down 3 small bites and tossed the rest. The Mac and cheese was cold and mushy. My wife's chicken was rubbery and underwhelming all In all $50 in the trash. I called to ask for a replacement but after sitting on hold for 10 minutes I gave up Maybe we'll try again in 3 more years. Probably not though.

My boyfriend took me and his family here for my 20th birthday, we arrived at 5:50 with our table ready but our waiter took over ten minutes within us sitting down to ask us what we wanted to drink and when she ordered our food she checked on us once while we waited for the food to come out. We waited to ask for refills and more bread but she never came back about 20 minutes later she finally checks on us but we’ve already asked another waiter for refills and more bread and she leaves again. We got our food till about 7:30 a whole hour and half after arriving, and it wasn’t even our waiter who passed out our food but we ate quick paid with a different waiter and left because we had other plans. We didn’t mind the waiting but that waiter made it a horrible experience.

I know now it all depends on waitress or waiter the dining experience you get.This time the waitress Shea was so rude, she basically dropped the receipt in the middle of the table as her "last word". Before almost throwing the receipt on the table she finally asks to refill the drinks mind you this is @ the end of the meal. If you find a waitress or waiter that respects you ask for that same person because you found they treat you right & deserve that tip. If you find yourself in my position ask for the supervisor or manager & speak up and never let anyone disrespect you or your family like that rude waitress. You get Shea your best bet is to ask for another server. Your establishment is better then this service.

Fun atmosphere, great bartenders and delicious food! Highly recommend coming here and getting a bar seat when you can't get a table. Steak was made very well especially when it's smothered in mushrooms or onions. I got a raspberry lemonade which was delicious after stirring it together. My steak as cooked great, the horseradish hit just right and the mashed potatoes were delicious as well.

Our waiter could use some training. Our order was screwed up, we never got drink refills we had to ask for bread, we had to ask for butter. we were served by another waiter, ours never came to ask us how our food was. We had to ask another waitress to correct our salad order. Don't sit in the back near the kitchen. This is not my first time in Texas Roadhouse my experience is always good and the food is always great. However this was a first horrible experience with staff.

Steak was cooked to perfection and the staff was very polite and on it!! Absolutely no complaints! Once again.. unblemished!!

The food and service of this place is always great. You can truly tell that the employees loved their job. Most servers will ask you to cut your steak before leaving the table to insure it is cooked to your liking which is awesome. Drinks are great and they have a lot to choose from. My kiddos love this place and it is very family friendly. You know the staff is about to dance when they crank the music up and stand in the aisles. The ticket always surprises me at the end. Excellent food and it is always reasonable. One of my favorite places to eat in Farmington! Disclosure: This place stays consistently busy. I recommend calling ahead to be put on their waiting list beforehand. Walk Ins can usually expect at least a 45 minute to 1 Hr 15 Minute wait time.

The food and service was delicious until I pulled out a long strand of blonde hair from my mouth and steak. As the manager stated when we received the check, they charged us for the hair steak and would just replace my meal. After a little back and fourth with manager, I told him I don't even want the replacement steak at this point. He walked away obviously frustrated. Sunday afternoon Oct. 8th. Whomever the manager on shift...horrible.

My wife had country fried steak, I had country fried chicken. They were both pretty salty. Honestly, I didn't care much for the country fried chicken. It was way too salty. You couldn't taste the chicken. And even the baked potato was salty. Salt appears to be their favorite "spice". Not sure if I'll ever eat there again. The food was just way too salty. The place was packed, so there must be better options than the chicken fried steak or southern fried chicken, but we definitely won't be ordering those two dishes again.

Food was good. The price was not bad. Also service was great and fast. Would definitely go back if I am in town. I believe this is the best Texas Roadhouse I have been to. Another one I have been to I had to wait over an hour to sit.

Always have great service and food. Read an article about change in policies here and it appears to have gone into affect at this location. Now your server has to split their tips among other servers so if you want it to all go to the server who cared for you then tip in cash.

I'm not usually one to complain about food, but my only issue is just cook it to proper doneness. 3 stars because the sides and everything else was amazing. But if I am spending 70$+ for a meal I just want the meat to preferred temp, and preferred level of done.

I love the food here, especially the steaks and the bread. our service was very quick and our server made sure to keep our drinks filled and ask how we were doing here. I always get the BBQ chicken with sirloin, absolutely delicious. my niece loves the Mac and cheese here and we always leave filled and happy. Of course the wait may be long, maybe twenty minutes or up to an hour so plan ahead. most times it goes by quick since you can walk around the mall to pass the time. will definitely be returning.

40 min wait, understandable because it was busy. Didn't get bread rolls for a long time after seating. As the waitress was serving us, the plate knocked over my glass of sweet tea and it spilled all over me and another. Waitress was apologetic and quick to get us napkins though. Wish we could've moved seating all together but again it was busy. The drink she brought back to replace it was unsweetened, and two steaks that we ordered medium we got served well done. Other food was good, but probably won't be back.

Went out on a date and one of our orders was mixed up. They fixed it right away and the manager even came out. The staff were all very sweet and made sure we left happy.

My first steak was a porterhouse T-Bone but was way too dry they brought me another one it was way undercooked pretty much raw. The baked potato was dipped in salt... we had to scrape off our baked potatoes.

Hostess was very personable in spite of the fact that my father is hearing impaired and did not know what she was saying. Waiter Matt was neat, friendly, and had great timing. The steaks were perfect and sides to match! Farmington has a treasure!

The steak (12oz Ribeye) that was ordered was under cooked. The side baked potato was cold, and it was loaded. The cheese and butter didn't melt. The server didn't check on my table except for taking the order and removing the plate. Don't know why it is, but every time I went there, the service was terrible. After mentioning the food was not cooked properly, they didn't come back. The manager was notified, and it was mentioned about the service and how cold the food was the cold potato was taken off. Didn't want to send it back because I didn't want to wait for it to come back. We had to wait a long time to finally get our order. The server definitely needs more skills in his job. No photos were taken and I will not be going to this place again.

Love the food and the smiling people working here. NOT a fan of the benches and the step down from where you are seated. Very hard for elderly to enjoy because of the seating!

It's Texas Roadhouse! As a connoisseur of Texas Roadhouse establishments my opinion of each one I visit is comparative to all others I have visited. This location gets 4 stars. I've had every menu item and I'm sure this location cooks things up right. This was my first Roadhouse I visited that is attached to a mall and that was a bit different for ne but unique. Bar staff was friendly and offered hot baked bread once I got my first drink. The bartenders were friendly and talkative and made me feel welcome. After getting my 3rd beer though I was informed that it was my last one and I'd yet to order any food. The staff explained that because it is attached to the mall they have a 3 drink limit. I gladly paid for my drunks and had dinner elsewhere. I do not fault the establishment for following rules but for first time visitors a heads up or signage of this rule would have been appreciated.

We arrived shortly after opening and the hostess informed us that it would be over an hour wait as large parties (7) could not be seated. Looking around less than half of the restaurant had people seated. This we have been to this location since it was first open and never has this been an issue.

We just recently moved to town and we have eaten here twice now. Both times we had amazing service, amazing food and the drinks were good too. This will definitely be one of our go-tos for having a meal out.

Steak was OK, but kind of bland. Appetizers are overpriced. The weirdest thing though was that they periodically make all the servers stop what they're doing to line up and dance to a cringy corporate jingle. You could practically taste the embarrassment rolling off them in waves. It felt surreally dystopian, in a uniquely Texan way.

My favorite was the potato soup 😋🍲 yum. Awesome service definitely coming back.

Highly satisfied with or visits. If there's ever an issue (sometimes that happens) the staff wholeheartedly rush to fix it. This is our favorite place to eat in town. Great value, good food and excellent customer service. I would however suggest that the storage space at the entrance be returned to it's normal/ original state. It's a sloppy mess and people especially the elderly or handicap need places to sit and wait.

We were seated within minutes and all of the staff were so very friendly. Our waitress CarrieAnn was probably the best waitress I've ever had. Super bubbly and made our great dinner even better.

Good outting we had , awesome was atmosphere nice..food was 8.4 out of 10 and for a busy Saturday night, good place for food hang w/t Family. And drinks 🍻. . .

What happened? Wait staff constantly disappear but are very courteous when they show up..refills are few and far between. It must be a nice break room they all go too. Steaks are good, I don't know why they salt them heavy. The side of chili was chili beans, there's a difference..this place is supposed to be representing Texas? I still recommend this as the best place in town for steak.

Great food. Service wasn't great, it was ok, but just ok. After we were seated it took awhile for the wait staff to stop by. As a first timer I had plenty of time to look over the entire menu and make my selection before we were approached for our drink order. After that the staff was good, no complaints.

New York Strip was delicious. Baby backs ribs yummy. Waiter was terrific. Only thing I'd wish they do is to add mac and cheese to the menu. I did not know othereise I would've order with my New York strip. Good experience. 👍

Service and food was horrible. The food took forever to come out to us and the some sides came out first before the main course and some main courses came out with no sides. One family member didn't get their meal until everyone else finished their meal. A couple of my family got their drinks, two of them didn't. My chicken fried steak was dry and tasted awful with freezer burnt edges. Made me sick!!

Went in for a family dinner. Service was good but good on the other hand. Ordered a 16 oz prime rib rare and it came out looking like it set under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. I went to culinary arts of Phoenix and that was not how you serve a prime. That was our first visit in 3 months due to every time we showed up at 7:30 being told they were not accepting parties due to closing soon. Not impressed with the food per price

Been here a few times and have NEVER left hungry. They over cooked the steaks and brought out fresh ones. I felt that was a good show of character their. Best steakhouse this side of Farmington and it ain't close.

The food was excellent. Got the pork chops and were cooked to perfection! Also got a strawberry margarita. I was asked if I wanted an extra shot of patron. I had never been asked before so YES I said and it was everything I needed ❤ Roadhouse never lets me down
