One of the best coasters I've been on. Props to the designers and builders. The lines were not bad at all. They move people pretty quick. Make sure to look up in the building to see the elevator system, amazing. My new favorite.

My favorite ride in the park! Although the lines are really long, they move pretty fast. Definitely recommend, but it’s not for the faint hearted. Pretty intense. My mom nearly hyperventilated on her first ride, but she still goes on it.

This is one of Lagoon's stand-out coasters. Cannibal starts out with an elevator lift up to the top of its hill. This is followed by a beyond-vertical drop and a series of loops and inversions. Then, you go into a series of brakes before you begin the Lagoon roll over a pond. And after this roll, you proceed to go down, accelerating while going in circles around this pond, before you go through a cave underneath the pond and get mildly misted before going into the station. This coaster was designed in-house, and is unlike anything else in the United States.

It was definitely super fun ride, worth the wait! In my opinion it's less scary than wicked and colossus but definitely super fun.

Best ride I've ever been on. But it makes you put a lot of faith in other people and the engineering of such a ride. It's gut-wrenching when it throws you into the support rest on your lap. You have to put a lot of trust into things to keep you from falling out of your seat. This ride puts you upside down at a very slow speed to make you feel like you will fall out and die. Your full weight is on that lap support arm. I'm amazed every time I don't die after riding this ride. I weigh 250 lb FYI. You can see why I'm scared. But still a fantastic ride. Wish I wasn't fat.

I love this ride. It is the best ride in Utah by far. The best part is the lagoon barrel roll. I love the tension when you slowly drop off the top of the first drop. The theme is great, and the ride is intense.

This ride is worth every minute, you would be surprised, lines for this ride go VERY fast! The drop is a experience to remember! It is intense though, very intense, I don't think that this coaster fits in the family zone

Amazing ride! Very fun but dare devils only! This one is by far the most intense in the park. The line is very long though if you go on it the during the morning on a weekday it might not be that bad. The lift ride up is very suspenseful and gets the blood running.

Had the greatest time. Was my friends first time ever and we started with Cannibal and the sky coaster and ended with the best old west picture ever in pioneer village. It was great to see so many smiles

This very pretty young lady was unable to ride because the lap bar couldn't click all the way in. I think her size is beautiful and the ride should definitely have some changes to be more accommodating to all sizes. The workers tried their best to let her ride, but the ride itself needs some changes.

Cannibal is INSANE one of my favorite steel coasters of all time. This ride makes quite the first impression as you are walking up to it. When riding it, that 200 ft., 116 degree first drop is one of the most crazy first drops in the world! The ride has some nice inversions the decent airtime coming out of them. The lagoon roll is the best part of the ride hands down. The hangtime you get is crazy, and the helix at the end is very forceful too. I'm glad this is at my home park!

Definitely on of the best Rollercoasters i have been on. I remember riding this when it was new the first year and i just rode it again after not going to lagoon for the last few years and i have to say they used some different lube on the wheels or something because it seemed like it was going faster then it did when it was new. Totally awesome ride.

This is a fun high thrill ride that is made in house by Lagoon. This ride is not for the faint of heart, and is considered one of the main attractions that most people love.

I am a Coaster enthusiast, having grown up in Southern California and visiting the major parks there. Having a fear of heights, this one gets to me a bit. I kept my eyes closed until after the drop and was fine..

Wow! Great coaster! Lots of really amazing twists and turns. I used to think Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio had all the best coasters, but this one should make the list!

I loved this ride! Except for the lines they are long and annoying, but is worth the long wait, by the way the ride is sensitive to wind, so be prepared. Ill wait 2 hours max for this ride

One of the best rides in Lagoon. It’s exhilarating. They don’t have shoulder restraints. Just a lap bar which makes it scary. I’ve been on it a bunch of times and every single time it freaks me out. It’s smooth and fast. Very unique.

While I only have gone on this ride once, it was fun while it lasted. If you are looking for a ride that will scare you 75% dead, but is also so exhilarating, then this is the ride for you. The ride starts with you going inside the tower, and go up a pinch black elevator straight to the top. When you get to the top. The doors in front of you open and the cart moves forward, once outside the doors, the cart stops. This gives you a chance to look at the beautiful scenery before the real fun begins. After 5 to 10 seconds the cart starts to move, you suddenly drop straight down the tower real fast. If you want to know the rest, you will need to ride the ride yourself. The only reason I rated it 4/5 is because the line takes forever.

Favorite thrill ride for several in our family! Great restraints make it feel super safe. Beware, we rode it twice in a row, with about a 10-15 minute gap, due to the line. My teen daughter blacked out the 2nd time. Just give your body enough time to acclimate back to normal before riding a second time, especially if your body is sensitive that way. Give me a like if this review was helpful.

Amazing roller coaster!!! Everything about it is so wonderful!! Great theming and music. Wonderful elevator start and beautiful view from the top. The ride is so thrilling and fun but is not for faint of heart. The first drop is inverted where is goes backward and the ride does a corkscrew later that is very slow, leaving you hanging upside down but overall great. Love the seat, super comfortable and restraints are very comfortable. Overall great ride and highly recommend!!

This is a world class roller coaster! It's absolutely amazing! It's super smooth. The restraints are only lap bars which allows you to feel more free during the ride and also prevents you from having your head bang into over the shoulder restraints which is common on other roller coasters. The beyond vertical drop is thrilling and the rest of the features are cool. The "Lagoon-roll" through the waterfall is definitely my favorite part! You feel like you're going to fall out of your seat and it's awesome!!! This coaster is completely custom so if you get the chance to ride it do it! Lagoon is the only park in the world with this coaster and track layout!

I went to Cannibal when I first arrived at the park... it was about a 30 mins wait, but totally worth the half an hour. Then it started raining really badly but they kept it open, but only a few people was daring to go.. me being one of those few, it was super fun and only like 5 mins wait. If you're planning on riding this, definitely go to the park as soon as it opens and make this ride the first u go to. Normally when u go during the day, this ride takes hours for u to finally be able to go to it.

This ride is so fun! Very fast paced and exciting

Very different type of rollercoaster. First one I've been on that requires an elevator to get you to the top. And the first drop is inverted steep! The slow rotation over the water is another exciting section. And it's quicker than it looks from the ground.

Fast and fun ride. You start off by going up to the top of a tower and then drop into the ride. The Loops are awesome but the slower sections of being upside down can be a little uncomfortable depending on what is in your pockets as you are held in place by a lap restraint.

I recommend that you eat 30 minutes to an hour before you ride this, just so you don't pass out on those sudden changes in momentum. I hadn't eaten anything all day and nearly went unconscious because of it 😅😅😅 But overall it's a very very exhilarating ride!!!

Always a great time. This is the best roller coaster I've ever been on, although not my favorite (That one is Wild Mouse). The absolute best part of this ride is up at the top, when you shiver with anticipa- -tion, waiting to plunge to the depths below.

👍👍 I spend about 3 weeks straight camping in Pioneer Village each summer. I have a nice hiding spot where they haven't found me yet near where the peacocks roost. In the middle of the night I go and sleep in the Hearse buggy. It's creepy but I love it.
