We stopped in here recently. Great atmosphere and good service. Menu items are a little on the pricey side, so this may not be a frequent restaurant choice, but great for a special occasion. Had their brisket and nachos which were very good. Drinks selection was unbelievable and their Inferno Old Fashioned is one of the best I've ever had. Would definitely recommend giving them a try! We will be back.

I’ve always had great food, drinks, and service at Bourbon Butcher! Love the fun atmosphere and amazing selection of specialty cocktails! But my last experience was like no other. My daughter was turning 21 so I wanted a special family birthday. I called and spoke with the female manager and asked for some specific things to make my girls night special. Well she went above and beyond to make it a memorable night. From a special table in a beautiful spot, to having the bartender come over and make her a special drink custom for her. Also they lit the sparklers I brought and came out with a beautiful cheesecake for her. Honestly they worked so hard to make her feel so special and I’m so grateful. The manager seemed as excited for my daughter as I was. Thank you Bourbon Butcher and the restaurant manager for all you did to make her night amazing!!!

After having an early morning flight that was delayed and a tight connection this was our first stop. We were not disappointed! My daughter had the lobster mac’n-cheese and I had the halibut. My fish was perfectly cooked and the portion size was huge! I sampled my daughters lobster Mac and it was delicious. Great blend of cheeses and the lobster portion was generous for the price. It was also cooked to perfection. Anytime there is creamed corn on the menu I always order it. Well their version of southwest creamed corn was delectable with just the right amount of heat from the green chiles. We were so full we didn’t get desert unfortunately but based on the rest of the meal I am sure it would have been really good. We had fantastic service from our server… she was attentive, our drinks never went empty snd our food was delivered in a timely manner and hot! She did a fantastic job and was really friendly. If I was in the area again I would definitely go back. Extremely reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food especially coming from Dallas where it would have been $10 or $15 more per dish.

First of all, this place smells great! You can smell the wood smoking walking up to the building. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good. The outdoor patio is a good feature, but they need to maintain it a bit better. There were food crumbs on the floor and the table was sticky and attracted flies on a warm day. It's clear they didn't sufficiently wipe down the tables or hose off the patio. It was a bit annoying and adversely affected our experience sitting outside. The drinks were good. They had a summer cocktail menu for more refreshing drinks as well as a fantastic bourbon whiskey selection. I had a cocktail and the cask finished flight and it was well worth the money. The food, however, was mixed. Girlfriend got the salmon and that was pretty good. I got the brisket platter which was disappointing and VERY DRY and room temperature compared to the piping hot mashed potatoes and cornbread. It seemed to be a first cut with very little marbling and probably left over from earlier in the day or longer. Flaked very easily, but tough to chew. BBQ sauce was great, tasted smoked. Brisket platter was definitely not worth the $28 price tag due to poor execution. Seems like this place is better for bourbon (which they don't make) than the meats (which they do make). Would definitely come back to meet friends for drinks and may try the ribs. But if you're thinking of coming here for good meat (especially the brisket), think again.

Wife and I loved the burger here. Nachos and wrap were mediocre at best. I highly do not recommend the nachos they are very overpriced with mediocre toppings and the cheese was not melted. The atmosphere is nice but our food was definitely not worth the high price

I come here often, and LOVE it every single time! Service is always great… my son and I came in for Mother’s Day and got the butchers feast. Everything on there was absolutely mouth watering AMAZING… especially that brisket. It was so tender… and Austin and Grant were wonderful bartenders and promt! We will be back again!

If this place were closer to home we would be here every day. Outstanding brunch food. The Briskets & Gravy is phenomenal. Great staff. Incredible selection. We will absolutely be back!

Location is easy to get to. There was construction going on when we visited and it made it a little difficult. But without construction, super easy and convenient. When you pull in, you can smell them smoking (love that smell!). We were seated immediately and we both thought the menu was really cool (see the pic, it's a leather cover). We ordered the BBQ Brisket Burger with fries and the Smokehouse Sandwich with Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese. The food was absolutely superb. We shared with each other to maximize (you like that?) thr experience. The meat in the Smokehouse Sandwich was a bit dry, but really perked up with some BBQ sauce. The Mac n Cheese was awesome highly recommend that if you visit. Now, we had a few issues. The first was the flies. No kidding, we were being swarmed by flies (FYI, we sat inside in the middle of July). It was insane, frustrating and honestly, gross. The second was once our food was delivered, we never saw our server again until he was ready to bring out the bill. Having said this, I was at a firm three stars. But after speaking with the manager, I'm good giving four stars. She was extremely open to feedback and very nice. So thanks to her for that extra star. I hope this helps. Cheers.

Had the awesome Smokehouse Nachos and the Brisket Club sandwich. The ladies enjoyed the excellent Cosmos and the draft beers were nice and cold.

Ordered the Cryin' Hawaiian, and there were no jalapenos. The sandwich was not spicy even with the what they said was ghost pepper cheese...how is that even possible? The chicken was way smaller compared to the bun. Was super disappointed/underwhelmed. Everything else we ordered was good.

Got the Butcher Plater to sample all the different meats they offer. 1st. You hardly get anything for 67 dollars. Its kind of sad when we opened it. Chicken had good smoked flavor but was dry. Ribs were solid. Brisket was half fat and close to being dry. 1 freaking sausage the size of a small bratwurst. Cornbread was 1/2 hard and 1/2 chewy with a non existent taste. Last was the pulled pork. Almost a ash flavor. Was fatty and package in a bowel with fatty liquid. We did order take out, but it should be said we live literally 3 min away. I will sum it up like this. Never Again.

Definitely worth a trip. So tasty. Brisket is amazing. Has a butcher feel. There was live music tonight. Open windows and amazing patio. Wonderful attentive staff. Did I mention the brisket??? Oh, and 8 pages of whiskeys!!!

Matt is the most top notch staff member during our family event here. Even though it was later at night, we got a table outside and it was amazing from the seating till the food!! Food - very good wings + sauce, not a fan of the shrimp hush puppies, everything else was just filled with flavor. From the juicy steak to their twist on tacos. GIVE them a try, worth the money!

I love the Brisket Burger with sweet potato fries. You can't find anything this good anywhere else. LOVE it! We come here a lot, everyone there is great. They always get my order right (knock on wood). Great selection of beer too.

My experience at bourbon was absolutely amazing! Walked in and the host was super friendly. Food was amazing and yet came in a timely fashion. I got my personal favorite the brisket sandwich with extra brisket and sweet fries on the side. Trust me this sandwich will blow your mind with some of there signature chipotle ranch.

The rack of ribs with beans and onion rings were excellent! The smoked chicken, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese were delicious. We loved the cornbread, make sure to ask for honey. Matt was our server and did a great job. We would also recommend the strawberry lemonades if you are going with non-alcoholic drinks.

The best part of the meal were the fried cheese curds which were crisp on the outside with only a lite crust and a soft chewy cheese inside. My husband had the fried bologna sandwich, which he said was good. I had the "crispy" chicken wrap and would not get it again. The meat was cold and there was nothing crispy about the chicken. I ate it only because I was hungry. We had been to this restaurant about 4-5 years ago, and it was pretty good, lots of other patrons. This time, we were the only people in the restaurant, and our food seemed to take longer than expected, considering there were no other orders pending. It will be a while before we return. Sorry for the poor rating, but this place has gone downhill.

Went during lunch time and was nice unique dining. Was darker then expected inside, but food was very good. I ordered all meat omelet and my wife ordered burger with deep fried pickle, onion ring, and spicy mayo. Burger was awesome, and omelet was very good, but would order with cheese next time, felt was missing just that.

A large group of us were there for a birthday dinner. Staff were friendly but not as attentive as they should have been. They were very young and perhaps not trained well enough for an upscale restaurant, as they seemed more like wait staff at Denny's. The food was similarly average. My steak was cut very lean so it dried out during the cooking process, and this struck me as a rookie mistake for a $32 steak at a place named Bourbon Butcher. Overall it was a very average dining experience with a much higher than average price tag. I don't feel the need to go back anytime soon.
