First
of
all,
this
place
smells
great!
You
can
smell
the
wood
smoking
walking
up
to
the
building.
Staff
is
friendly
and
the
atmosphere
is
good.
The
outdoor
patio
is
a
good
feature,
but
they
need
to
maintain
it
a
bit
better.
There
were
food
crumbs
on
the
floor
and
the
table
was
sticky
and
attracted
flies
on
a
warm
day.
It's
clear
they
didn't
sufficiently
wipe
down
the
tables
or
hose
off
the
patio.
It
was
a
bit
annoying
and
adversely
affected
our
experience
sitting
outside.
The
drinks
were
good.
They
had
a
summer
cocktail
menu
for
more
refreshing
drinks
as
well
as
a
fantastic
bourbon
whiskey
selection.
I
had
a
cocktail
and
the
cask
finished
flight
and
it
was
well
worth
the
money.
The
food,
however,
was
mixed.
Girlfriend
got
the
salmon
and
that
was
pretty
good.
I
got
the
brisket
platter
which
was
disappointing
and
VERY
DRY
and
room
temperature
compared
to
the
piping
hot
mashed
potatoes
and
cornbread.
It
seemed
to
be
a
first
cut
with
very
little
marbling
and
probably
left
over
from
earlier
in
the
day
or
longer.
Flaked
very
easily,
but
tough
to
chew.
BBQ
sauce
was
great,
tasted
smoked.
Brisket
platter
was
definitely
not
worth
the
$28
price
tag
due
to
poor
execution.
Seems
like
this
place
is
better
for
bourbon
(which
they
don't
make)
than
the
meats
(which
they
do
make).
Would
definitely
come
back
to
meet
friends
for
drinks
and
may
try
the
ribs.
But
if
you're
thinking
of
coming
here
for
good
meat
(especially
the
brisket),
think
again.
