Great trips

We had booked the ferry to Mykines. When it was canceled the first time we weren't informed, so we drove to Sorvagur unnecessarily. The cancellation was only confirmed when we asked. We would have liked to take the ferry on another day and that was what we were offered. Already with the note that this depends on the weather. Logical. When we were offered a “special tour” with an additional charge, we accepted. Went to Torshavn and paid. Unfortunately this was also canceled. We were still surprised because the weather that day was actually good. But you should accept that because the locals are more familiar with it. But a different feeling arises when you wait 5 weeks for the money to be transferred back and you can't reach anyone from “GreenGate Incoming” for weeks; you actually have the feeling that you are being deliberately ignored. Rectified poor accommodation for excellent boat house in Streymnes. Couldn't have done more. Friendly staff would recommend to everyone.

We have been waiting for a refund for a trip canceled by Greengate for 1.5 months. Now no one even responds to our emails!

Bad DMC, We had a serious problem with the rental vehicle and they, as intermediaries, ignored us, nobody answered for it and in the end we had to pay extra money that did not correspond and put a denounce to the local travel agency that managed the issue. We will not repeat, nor do we intend to recommend them to anyone

There were a few of us who had rented a house through greengate online, but when we arrived it turned out to be a basement apartment, we of course complained, also because there was no room for all of us. They apologized profusely and we got something else that was much better, but at the same price 😊
