Chai latte is so good! Everyone is very sweet and the service was quick. Interior is so warm & well decorated, great place to stop for coffee/a snack anytime :-)

Cosy cafe with excellent coffee. Love the apple tart with salted caramel and the simple ham & cheese toast. Free wifi available too.

Want coffee? Then this place is the place for you! With a good amount of different kinds of coffee on the menu it's great for any caffeine addiction! Whether you want to spend the time enjoying the freshly brewed deliciousness in the café or to go, maybe brew your own using the beans you can buy. There's even something for non coffee drinkers, such as tea, juice and soda. Though there's not much to choose with food, there's a pretty okay sandwich and great sweets, all which complement the bitter tastes of even the blackest of black coffee. A good place to go with friends and maybe enjoy some chocolate on the way out.

Probably the only place in Faroe where you can find some third-wave coffee. Despite being the one and only this place not only serves pretty fine coffee, but also is doing their own roasting. Frankly, I have some doubts about the roasting process, but the quality of their drinks is pretty awesome! If you are coffee addictive be sure not to miss this spot during your trip!

When you walk past this building, you would never expect to find such a cozy café inside. They offer a wide variety of coffees. We had the siphon coffee with a brownie which were both amazing! The interior was very welcoming too. Definitely check this place out!

Apparently we are people who go to a coffee brewery and order tea and hot chocolate but those very nice. The cheesecake is excellent too. I don't know how the coffee taste but the smell is tempting

Loved this simple yet amazing coffee shop. The ham and cheese sandwich is very good and hit the spot on a rainy day. Love that they offer different brewing methods for your coffee as well.

This is a gem In Tórshavn if you enjoy specialty coffee. Their ham&cheese toast is just as amazing. Two pieces of advice: - if you open at 10 am, expect many people to come all at once (10am for Europeans, speaking as one, is quite late for coffee / breakfast / whatever) so only one person who both takes orders and delivers food / coffee isn’t enough and just increases the waiting; - more flexibility: we came every single day during our 4-day stay in Torshavn, either in the morning or in the afternoon (rainy days made that possible). Our very last day we had to head to the airport and we wanted to enjoy one last espresso before leaving, it was about 10.15am so they had just opened. The place was already too crowded that it would have taken 20 mins to be served. As “regular” customers we kindly asked to get our last espressos before the giant orders other customers had placed right before us. We were told it was not possible and still had to wait 20 mins (if we hadn’t had to go to the airport, we could have waited 20 mins, no biggie). We eventually left. This is strictly connected to the first point anyways. I would have given 5 stars but left with a bitter taste in my mouth, and nope, not thanks to coffee :) The place is also ideal for board games during rainy days if you want to have a little break from the exploring!

It's a nice and centrally located place in Tórshaven. However, on Saturday, we had to wait quite a long time for two ham / cheese tostis despite the fact that the café was really not crowded. The place is frequented by locals. Not expensive. There is also a small shop where you can buy wines, charcuterie, fromage, tobacco etc.

Wide range of breakfast offers, but what really stands out is the coffee of this local roastery. You can buy their beans on-site and make yourself a mean espresso at home, too. Best coffee we had in all of the Faroer islands.

Had a cappuccino and wanted to try the so-called awesome chocolate croissant, however they were sold out. Anyway they offered me a banana cake which turned out to be amazing. Great atmosphere, nice staff, good food and coffee.

The coffee at Brell is always great. In the summer it's a nice place to sit at, or just to stop in for a takeaway cup. I particularly like their cappucino, with or without a croissant on the side.

Brell is a cool café, aside from hot drinks they have all kinds of local candies, jams and other things in the connected store. The staff is great and there is a nice area to sit outside on the benches. I had a chai latte when I went to brell and it was pretty good.

Pretty good coffee here! They roast their own beans and have a good selection of beans and beers and other goods in the shop! Had a cappuccino which was not bad too.

  • 5/5 Mike M. 5 years ago on Google
Great coffee, the pour over tasted great, not over extracted or under extracted. The beans were fresh and well roasted as well. Nice cozy atmosphere that provided a nice break from the rain.

Nice cafe in the center of Torshavn. Had oatmilk which was nice to find. Staff were very friendly and it is a nice place to stop for a drink with a nice view to people watch. They have a small parking lot with 30 minute parking.

  • 5/5 Elia V. 4 years ago on Google
Unassuming place that from outside looks like a strip mall but inside is actually very cute and cozy, with friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere. They have nice coffee, sweets as well as beer and other drinks. The only bad thing is that they close at 18:00, which is too early!
