Great bookshop. Lots of lovely stationery and puzzles. It closes at 5pmbut the Paname cafe attached to it stays open to 11pm

This cozy little bookstore has a surprisingly large selection of books, ranging from classical literature to more modern works in both fiction and non-fiction. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable in their fields. Old-time looking though it is, it manages to stay relevant.

The building and the interior is gorgeous. But it seems like a touristy place noted in all the books you should do. Cake was nice, coffee was black and bitter roast. Still nice atmosphere. But avoid times when there are a lot of foreigners .

A brilliant bookshop in the centre of town. Lovely open layout, great selection including the great local mapping. Best of all such friendly, knowledgeable and chatty staff. Oh and the cafe’s great.

The ideal place for Faroese litterature. The store is also well stocked in most other categories. I would wish they had a more diverse range of books in English and more stock of top board games such as catan, risk variants or other games for 16+ audiences.

I was such a nice surprise to find a bookstore with stationery articles at the Faroe Island. I’m a bookseller myself, so I was a magical place to visit. Wonderful, you do a great job! The assortment is perfectly balanced between touristy and daily products. Everyone was perfectly friendly.

We loved this shop, we went back two times. They have everything from books to stationary to souvenirs and have such a wide variety of everything. Definitely our favorite store in Torshavn!
