Gudrun und ihr Mann betreiben einen kleinen Landwirtschaftsbetrieb. Alles hier ist hausgemacht aus eigener Produktion (Gemüsesuppe, Fleisch und Wurst vom Lamm, Kuchen und Waffel, ...). Es herrscht eine angenehme Ruhe und Gelassenheit und man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Ein kleiner Rundgang über den Hof ist jederzeit möglich. Für kleinere Gruppen ist auch eine Führung mit Informationen zu den jahreszeitlich bedingten landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten sowie Land und Leute möglich.

295DKK per person for a very good soup that most definitely was made with Knorr or Maggy broth cubes. And a plate with 3 small pieces of bread each having a thin slice of a local lamb product. It's not worth it at all, the price of the menu isn't visible anywhere so this is a Tourist Trap. There are better options like the restaurant in Gjògv where you get a large variety and hearthy portion for less money.

Our first meal being tourists. Amazing, reminds me of home cooked food. The lamb soup was bomb. All of the lamb was their farm animals. There’s no menus so just be prepared for whatever they bring you. Seems like this is what they always serve. They have one beer it’s a Pilsner.

We happened across this place by accident and it was our enjoyable meal in the Faroes. A hearty soup and lamb on bread. Can I just say, oh god almighty! And Gudrun was so authentic and welcoming. Yes, the famous restaurants in Torshavn are great but … go to Nudristova.

Lovely, cozy place with a nice owner! Enjoyed some coffee and tea with cookies. Had the unique chance of feeding lambs and exchanging interesting cultural stories about Faroe islands!

This very cosy restaurant was our first stop on the Faroer Islands and we couldn’t wish us a better start! The owner was very friendly and explained a lot about the farm and the Faroers culture. There was no menu, but you get a very tasteful soup and great local lamb delicacies on bread. An experience we will never forget, highly recommended place!
