    Every time I go to this location, they pull me up to wait. Today I waited 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a large fry. I expected everything would be hot for that long of a wait. The fries had obviously been sitting because they were barely warm and not full plus the one sandwich was clearly just tossed in the bag (as the photos show and that was taken before I even touched the fries. Illegible receipt so I couldn't do a survey either. While I was waiting, they pulled another car that was 3 cars behind me in line. Since they brought out both orders at once, I can only guess that mine was sitting and waiting for the other order to be ready instead of being brought out to me when it was ready. This location really needs to do better.

    I only come here when it hot outside and my daughter wants to play at the play area. The Skibo location is the most UNPROFESSIONAL location I have EVER been to! This past visit the many employees that were in the back were playing LOUD EXPLICIT music and most of them just standing around to include what looks like Shift leads ( they have different shirts than the rest) Most of the drinks were out and the sweet tea was watered down. Went to the counter to order and of ALL of the employees that were on the clock no one even looked at me for a hot minute , and the one who did decide to take my order looked unhappy with zero facial expression or personality. There should be no reason for employees just standing there when the resturant looks less than stellar! It was so bad my child asked me to leave it 1STAR 🥴. Look at this kids meal burger 🙄

    I never thought this would happen at any McDonald's location, but here we are. I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich today along with my sons chicken nugget kids meal and a quarter pounder meal. The chicken deluxe bun CLEARLY HAS MOLD on it, and I didn't notice until after I took a bite. I was fortunate enough to see it in time to spit the piece out but couldn't help but think about the condition my sons food may have been in since he ate it all. I'm sure his food was fine by seeing the mold put me in panic mode, and my mind went to the worst-case scenario. We LOVE McDonald's, but unfortunately, we will never be eating there again, no matter the location. PLEASE check ya'll food, especially your littles!

    I worked at McDonalds before so I understand what it’s like when it’s busy and not busy. McDonald’s is the easiest job you can have and yet this location can not get the simplest thing right. The quality of people is terrible, most don’t even care to be working so the effort is not there. You have a lobby full of people and there’s no organization and professionalism. This location can definitely use new leadership or crew members that care to provide good customer service and speed.

    We have visited thus establishment on multiple occasions since relocating nearby, and I must say that this place has improved immensely since the last few years. - Back in 2020, my husband went to the drivethru 3 times for a plain sausage biscuit before work. Initially, he thought he'd just give the incorrect sandwich to a homeless person and get himself the right sandwich the second go around - same thing happens and he goes around again. Third time's the charm, right? Nope! It's not breakfast anymore! He ends up getting a cheeseburger and being late to work. - Nowadays, there has been extreme improvement in their customer and food service. You can tell the staff actually care about each other and their jobs. There's this one (I'm assuming) manager, Ricardo, who makes sure everything is alright when you're eating inside. It's like you're eating at a fine dining, sit-down type of place.

    The people working the drive thru were honestly so nice. But the food I got tonight was awful. Fries were stale and cold, the chicken nuggets were even older than the fries. They were super hard and just overall so bad I couldn’t finish them. And I’m truly aware how McDonald’s food isn’t always super fresh but truthfully all the food was bad tonight. I ordered a burger with only ketchup and cheese and it came with everything on it that I didn’t want like the pickles, onions, and mustard (even with the sticker on the burger that said “only ketchup/only cheese”. Overall bad experience as far as the food goes.

    Employees were very nice attentive and approachable cashier was extremely friendly I really just stopped there because I wanted coffee and wanted to get a macchiato or Americano something with espresso but they had nothing except for regular brew coffee or iced coffee I got a meal anyways since I was already inside and even though the meal is $6.29 I was charged another $1.40 for getting an orange juice even though it is advertised with the orange juice so I ended up spending $9 for a breakfast burrito meal which is crazy , but he (cashier)was being very nice and I didn't want to push the issue so I just paid it when I got my food my hash brown was soaked with grease cold and chewy I asked one of the other employees if she could please give me a fresh hash brown and told her the issue she immediately replaced it with two hash browns fresh out of the vat the employees were great the food not so much which was a bit odd, considering there were district and (assuming)regional manager walking around in regular clothes throughout the store and the kitchen I would assume they would double check things but they didn't and also were not wearing hair nets in the kitchen and touching their hair and then touching the food surface areas these were not the store employees the store employees were in their uniforms correctly they all had hair nets on and hair secured with gloves as well. they were all very well presented with smiles and great attitudes. The other women, however, were not even following basic health codes in the kitchen, pretty unprofessional especially in the customer/food service industry. I've definitely had my time put in with McDonald's and I don't think it's acceptable at all that these women be allowed to just touch and do whatever they want however they want McDonald's has basic standards that every franchise HAS to abide by the employees checked all the boxes but the district manager and what I would assume would have been maybe the regional manager that was with her didn't check any boxes there were no smiles there were no greetings just harsh faces and the image of what you are not allowed to do behind the counter. Practice was you preach would be the best way to describe what I saw and I can't reiterate enough how great the employees were this is the first time I reviewed this store in particular I've been there multiple times really hope that the employees get the credit that they do deserve from the outside looking in they seem to be very hard workers and they care about the customers experience Employees 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Outside management....DO BETTER FOR YOUR BRAND !!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    Stop what you’re doing 🛑 go see Tina & David! I drive a dump truck and I hit up mcd’s everywhere. These two are by far the best. This morning I stopped for my usual iced coffee but the dining room was closed. That didn’t stop Ms. Tina. She said Honey come on over to the window, I got you! She made me the best iced coffee I've had in awhile. It's awesome to see such smiling faces at 6 am puts a whole new meaning to service with a smile…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to you both!
