Great tasting authentic Vietnamese cuisine! The portion sizes were generous and prices are typically what you would see.

Delicious Pho! I got the chicken pho and my wife got the wonton/egg noodle pho. We ate at kind of a weird time (4:00 pm) so there was nobody else there when we showed up. Ordering is very straightforward. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had to go to the ordering counter to ask for water refills (maybe that’s what you’re supposed to do?) because both ladies were looking down at their phones, and the incense they were burning inside was just a little too overpowering. I will definitely come back next time I’m craving Pho.

I LOVED the vegan options, however apparently the new owner decided to get rid of over 2/3 of the vegetarian and vegan options. It’s such a same because so many people in that community loved to eat there, and they decided to stop catering towards that crowd of people. They also were one of the few places to have a vegan desert, which was the coconut sweet rice. Overall, I don’t think I’ll continue to go there now that I know the new owners don’t feel the need to provide the same vegetarian and vegan options.

Pretty traditional Vietnamese menu. Very tasty. Service was kind of slow. Other than that pretty great.

The best shrimp fried rice! The owner was really nice. I asked for a $1.99 soup and she gave me the big one. Thank you!!

I absolutely love the food here, but it is so hard to get refills on anything to drink. When we first arrived we each received a glass of water. By the time the food arrived, we had drank all our water and no one ever came by to offer us more. My husband finally went to the front and asked for more water for the table and that still took about 10 - 15 minutes to get. Again awesome food, well waiting for. Just need to work on the service or hire more servers.

The noodles are so so delicious!! Omg became my new favorite noodle place. I enjoyed the soup more then the noodles the noodles are really thin. Doesn't have a lot of salt but has a lot of spices. So good!! The employees were so nice. There is no dessert lol just smoothies

Starting my day today at Saigon Bistro with delicious lemongrass noodles soup. (Bun Bo Hue). I can’t eat spicy food so they cooked non spicy and have chili oils on the side for people who are like spicy food too.

Great Banh Mi, I hadn't been in a while and decided to stop in for lunch. The menu has changed, but the food was great. Bread was softer than I had expected it to be and made for a nice surprise. RIP to the lunch specials.

Started with Spring rolls and dumplings! The dumplings were so flavorful and the texture was beyond anything I have ever had! A Crispy crunch while still having a nice Chewy tenderness! Onto the main course. I had the Lemon grass Noodle soup! The variety of meats was unbelievable! You get every meat piece you could think of! The best part was the add-ins, they give a side dish of bean sprouts, fresh jalapeño, and fresh whole Basil! 😋 This is a go-to must! The new owners are amazing and know how to give the best customer service! Thank you for an amazing dining experience!

The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I paid for extra tendon with my pho and didn't notice anything. I've eaten at a lot of pho places and have a good idea what extra tendon in pho should look like. I'll just ask for it on the side next time to avoid any misunderstanding. Still, the pho was delicious and this place is definitely recommended.

Since the management/owner changed, it hasn’t been as good of an experience as it was months ago. The vegetable pho was good, but they cut the vegetarian section of the menu and there are now only about 4 vegetarian and vegan options. The ambiance is also just not what it used to be.

Food review: Saigon bistro Vietnamese restaurant Location: 1040 Bragg blvd, Fayetteville NC Hours: 10am-9pm Tuesday-Sunday CLOSED MONDAYS Service: 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a male server and he was amazing very attentive took our order as soon as we got there. Within 10m we already had our drinks and appetizers our food came less than 2m after that. What we ate: Beef PHO 🍲, Chicken fried rice, fried dumplings Fried dumplings: 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They were airy and flavored well. The sauce they came with was super flavorful. They were just too airy for me I like mines to the brim with meat lol 🤣 Special fried rice: 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BEST 👏🏼 RICE 👏🏼 EVER!! 👏🏼 baaaaby. Whew. Too good. No words can describe PHO: 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My guy, that beef pho was spectacular. The meat melted in your mouth, perfect amount of cilantro, bean sprouts and lime the broth was heavenly the amount was perfect!!!

We were passing through n stopped at this spot cause we didn’t want fastfood.. Little did we know this was going to be one of the best Vietnamese experiences I’ve had so far. The #1 Special Pho is really flavorful and a healthy portion of food. The Spring rolls and chicken wings were also really good. All the food was made to order and extremely fresh. Even the water was something cause it carried a hint of mint. Lastly, the bathrooms were clean n smelled nice. Overall great experience n affordable. Def slidin through here again when in town.

I went here two weeks ago. I was visiting Fayetteville and decided to try something new. I read the good reviews from this place so decided to try. When I got there it was empty. I should’ve have took that as a cue. Ordered over $20 worth of food. Soon as I got back to the hotel and opened the first container it was a long strand of hair and it was definitely not my hair! I threw every thing away. The food looked disgusting as though it was weeks old. Try to keep hair out of customers food!

I’ve been looking for crispy noodles in the area and took the time to call various local places to find who sells it. I called like 5 Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants and they knew what it was but didn’t sell it. I then called Saigon Bistro and though it isn’t on their menu, they said they do make it. I went to lunch one day with my mom and it didn’t taste the same as what I am used to but it was the same concept. It was about $18-$20 for a seafood crispy noodle order. I am glad that I found it and don’t mind ordering it again if I have a crispy noodle craving. My mom ordered this noodle dish (forgot the name) which was good too. The autumn rolls were just ok. The dipping sauce was a bit too rich for me plus I make autumn rolls at home and enjoy my homemade dipping sauce.

Food is good that is the only reason I’m giving two stars. We understand that it takes a while after waiting over an hour. The frustrating part is we didn’t have a complicated order. (two beef pho and a kids rice). It also is frustrating that we order and people (more than one group) walk in 10 minutes behind you an order the same thing and get there food, finish it, and leave before you even get anything. This place would go a long way if they had better or if any management.

Worst place ever. Sit on table at 1pm. Ordered 1:09pm. Got appetizer right after we complain at 2:05 pm. Got our food at 2:17pm. If you have a lot of time in a day or want waste your time in a day, go for it. Oh! By the way i ordered with no cilantro but soup tastes so cilantro. Even tho waitress said my pho is no cilantro one :)

Food was pretty good and the portion size was great. However, don’t come to this place if you have plans afterword or have someplace to be. We were a party of two and seated ourselves and placed our order in 10 minutes. We sat and watched people come and go for an hour without even getting our appetizer. After stopping a waitress to inquire why it took an hour to make a couple of egg rolls and communicating we were well aware that they had neglected us, our food came 15 minutes later. I’m understanding with lack of staff but when people that came a full half hour after us are eating and leaving before we can even get an eggroll is past my bottom line. I do recommend the food as long as you open you’re schedule. As long as you don’t mind having cilantro on your breath.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Pho was $13 which is not the cheapest out there. The potion was nice and big. Flavor wise, it was very good, but not quite excellent, not sure why, something was missing in the broth.

😐 I have been wanting to go here for a while. Finally went and was not impressed. We waited for over an hour.
