Great food and wonderful service. Average wait time. Normal Cracker Barrel excellence.

Thankful for the hospitality! We enjoyed the service and food for dinner and did a tiny bit of shopping in the store. We needed a place to spend the night on our road trip and they allowed us to stay overnight in one of their dedicated RV/bus parking spots. It was quiet and we felt very safe. Great food, great people, love the soft warm glow like you’re walking into your cabin at the end of a long day chopping wood! Surprise! They serve up all kinds of drinks! I had never looked at the salad before and it was hearty and delicious! Added a couple pics for the location specific because it’s down a side road, sorta, but in an easy to get to spot. Oh and there’s gifts galore!

This is not a place for people in a hurry. (Not fast food) If you can slow down your pace and are willing to wait you will be rewarded. Here you will have a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful food. After eating shop around for a gift or go outside and relax in a rocking chair while enjoying the fresh air. Always good food, always clean and good service is standard.

Not sure that I’ve ever had better service at a CB. From the moment we were greeted and seated by the hostess to the server and check it. Everything was quick. Dinning room, porch, store and Restrooms were super clean. I love the prices on the Christmas ornaments and have been Ollie ring them for our grandchildren for 13 years Thanks for a great dinning experience This was my sisters very first experience with a CB! She loves it! Yay

I go to Cracker Barrel regularly and I have NEVER had this type of experience it was absolutely the worst. The waitress was horrible. The mashed potatoes were gray (which were definitely not eaten).... needless to say the waitress never came back to ask if everything was OK. Brought my corn bread after I had finished eating. Oh dropped by to say bringing refills by the way I'm still waiting on the refill!! My friend is gluten free she handed us a laminated book couldn't answer any questions and refused to get the manager after I asked. By the way your laminated book I never found brown gravy listed. Absolutely the worst go to another one!!

We went here for lunch and waited over 30 minutes for our food AND it was cold! The manager offered to get us fresh plates but after the long wait, we just wanted to go. The manager removed the food from our bill, thankfully, but there was absolutely no empathy at all. You could tell they just wanted us out and so we will never return. The waitress, Natalie, was very helpful and kind, however, and did what she could to ensure we enjoyed something.

This has to be the worst visit I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The hostess was slow, slurring her words & looked as though she was on something. Her coworkers were aware & constantly shaking their heads at her & they had to come help her seat people. Our waitress dropped a tray of dishes that resulted in pieces of the dishes flying everywhere, including into the chest of a little girl who was maybe 5 or 6 years old. When we notified her, she just asked the child if she was ok & said she was sorry, then turned around to us & said "let me just throw this away & I'll be right back". The family finished their meal & left, a Manager didn't even come out to address it. Lastly, my French toast was burnt. I couldn't even get it replaced because our waitress disappeared & by the time she returned, others in my party were done & ready to go. Again, not a Manager in sight. I will definitely put this location on my Do NOT Stop list & sharing my experience with everyone traveling through the area.

First time at a Cracker Barrel and it was a really fantastic experience. Michaela was our waitress and she was genuinely amazing. Such a nice, genuine woman.

My Mom loves the store in the Cracker Barrel restaurant, the trinkets, odds & ends, clothes & other gifts are cute, and nicely presented. Everyone was pleasant, respectful & efficient.

This is always a nice, inexpensive place to grab a bite on a road trip. With so many franchised locations peppering the interstate system, you're sure to find one when you get hungry. Plus, they relatively consistent with the food quality regardless of the location you choose to visit. We always enjoy strolling through the shop while waiting to be seated. Now, if they would partner with Tesla and have a bank of fast charging stations at every Barrel, that would be a beautiful pairing that benefits all parties involved.

The food was good and the waitress was friendly. As always, the atmosphere is warm and comforting. But the wait time for our entire dinner was just ridiculously long - getting the order placed, receiving our food, even getting the check. We were traveling and wanted a brief break, but ended up being there almost an hour and a half. I generally love Cracker Barrel, but would not come back to this one.

While traveling from south Florida to Connecticut, I stopped at Cracker Barrel 3 times . Food is good and reasonable priced. And I love the gift store.

We meet family here for lunch every time we are driving to the beach. The service is always good although we sometimes have to wait for a table at what we would have thought to be 'off hours'. We are this time on the day before Thanksgiving. We were asked to restrict our ordering to a limited menu, which was a reasonable request considering that everyone was picking up their pre-ordered dinners for Thanksgiving. I was even able to grab a pie to take home for the next day. We always enjoy our meals here.

We stopped here on a road trip. We were in between breakfast and lunch, so it wasn't crowded which was nice. The waitress was excellent; friendly and pleasant, and gave some helpful tips for the trip. I was disappointed in the breakfast menu change, the hashbrown cass was overdone and a small portion, and they now serve smuckers jam packets like an ordinary restaurant. The prices are still good, though, which may be why they cut back on portion size, what's included, and quality.

Placed our order which included the dessert we wanted afterwards. We received our meal and about 3 minutes into the meal a different waitress gave our check to us. The dessert wasn't on the bill but she didn't stay around for us to let her know that. Our waitress never came back to us until we flagged her down to get the dessert. She then fixed the bill that was left with us earlier

Food was excellent thanks to my main cook Travis in the back. He definitely cares about how the food comes out. Always fresh and well flavored. Y’all go show my boy some love.

The only reason I'm rating the service a 3 is because our waitress was actually nice. The front staff was absolutely rude. If you have young kids that need to stretch their legs after a long ride. I wouldn't recommend this place. I have 3 Littles. They all were very well behaved. They walked around the store, supervised by 2 adults, looking at things before we got out of breakfast. Once they got their meals, they all sat and ate. We heard the front staff talking about "if your kids can't behave, don't bring them." I can tell you my kids did not "act up." I thought the store was there to walk around and look at things? We would have bought something *like we do at any other welcoming cracker barrel* if it wasn't for the awkwardness of the front staff. The waitress was very nice. The food wasn't bad.

I had the "new" Barbecue Brisket Bowl. I was disappointed in the taste & in the tiny amount of brisket that was actually in the meal. I suppose that I shouldn't have expected more, because who, in their right mind, would ever buy brisket from a CB?

I visited this location on an early Sunday afternoon! No wait to my surprise! Greeted by a waitress named Camille. She took our drink orders then came back with 2 mimosas & placed our meal orders. Not too long later an assistant waiter delivered our food. When noticing that we had no condiments we looked around to get Camille's attention. She approached the table. I asked her for condiments. She said another waitress would be taking over due to an emergency at home because all her animals were out so she had to leave but that she'd still bring us condiments before she left. Feeling bad that she'd miss out on a tip we gave her a few dollars. She walked away and never came back! We were then visited by Jennifer our new and wonderful waitress! Jennifer was like a breath of fresh air! She greeted us with a smile & charisma! She brought the condiments that we never got from Camille. I hadn't even noticed.... But Jennifer even offered us waters when realizing we had 2 mimosas with no water. That's not all Camille missed.... Jenn asked if we'd like biscuits or corn muffins? When looking around.... All other tables had been provided a basket full upon seating them. We had not! We were already into our meal. Everything happens for a reason. And I'm happy to say that one waitress had to leave & another came. Jennifer took over.... offering excellent customer service & she went above & beyond to turn our experience around! Jenn's demeanor was so pleasant that I requested to speak with her manager just so I could brag to him about how amazing she was!!!! She definitely received a 21% tip! Also the food was so yummy we ate every single bite & then ordered the same exact thing TO GO! My only other issue besides Camille, is that I ordered a side of blueberry pancakes with my TO GO order and was charged an additional fee for the 'blueberries'.... yet when I got home & checked I was sad to see 'regular' pancakes. I called & a manager said, (with somewhat of an attitude) Oh I'll give you 'two' blueberry pancakes... As if my calling was an inconvenience to her. I haven't returned yet but we'll see if I actually get them!! I wish I could give Jenn 10 stars but the restaurant overall gets 4 stars!

What a change of food quality and service after the week in Myrtle Beach with its overpriced over fried junk food. We had to stop to grab a bite on our way back and I saw Waffle House on the map but, then, we have noticed nice pictures of food from the place called Cracker Barrel Old Country store which was weird - do they serve some food at the store? We took a chance and I could not be happier. There was a waiting line but we conveniently waited outside seating on their southern-like rocking chairs. We have been called in promptly and our server, Christi, made sure we had a wonderful experience at their place. What a service - a breath of fresh air! I am so grateful we stopped by that store. The food was so good. I loved my grandma’s breakfast set! My child asked to come again tomorrow, I so wish we could. We need more places like this. 5 out of 5 stars!

An hour wait and then another hour wait for the food to be served. The coffee and the hot chocolate you could see through! The food was cold when it was served there were no gravy on the mashed potatoes, unfortunately it looked like they were from the night before. Eggs were ordered over easy and came back over hard and were cold to the touch. Our waitress is absolutely amazing! Staff at the front desk was a little less than friendly! My first bad experience at a cracker barrel! Cracker barrel definitely did not meet my past experiences at cracker barrel, any cracker barrel.

Why even offer curbside if you don't pay attention to when people check in with the app. I also called to check in and I was left on hold for well over 10 minutes. The last few times I've been, this location has steadily declined. It used to be a decent place. Now, wait times are long, the waitresses don't give you refills in a timely fashion, and online ordering is a bust. I don't know that I'll be back.

The food was delicious. The waitress was new and never checked on us. If she would have she would have known she forgot a side dish. No refills. And when she did come, it was to bring the bill. Not to ask of we wanted anything else, which we did want dessert. But because of the service we left. I'm giving a 4 star because of the food

Both Cracker Barrel locations in town are great, but this one is our family's preferred location. The service is always prompt and friendly. The food is always fresh and generous and flavorful. The store is clean and well kept. Even if they have a line, they work through it quickly. The bathrooms are clean. We do a good bit of takeout, and the takeout staff are friendly. We recommend going inside to pick your order up rather than doing curbside. The location is easy to get into and out of. Cracker Barrel will designate certain franchises to test out new menu items. This is one of those locations. We have ordered things here and they don't have them at other CB's for that reason.

So, it was very busy and had a 20-25 minute wait which was fine. But, it seemed to overwhelm the staff possibly. Table was shaky, floors were dirty. Ordered meatloaf dinner and my wife ordered a breakfast. I had unlimited ice tea and the server needed some prompting to bring refills. I asked for a pitcher and she said she couldn’t do that. The meatloaf was tasty but the dinner was well past it’s prime to be served. Everything was lukewarm at best and everything looked like it was sitting too long in a buffet. But, it was 20 hours since I ate and I finished most everything. Similar issue with my wife’s meal, the scrambled eggs were slightly warm at best. Her fried apples were the only thing served that was hot. And they are always good. The bacon was fine as well as the biscuits and gravy. Not likely to return. I remember their food being much better.

I would have given less stars but the manager was awesome at compensating us for the time and food not being that good in some aspects. The host staff was awesome. The food came out the first time lukewarm. But they remade it and compensated us for time and the quality by taking off some of the bill. The staff could not have been nicer. As always the store was great. We walked around as we waited for our table. We found cool deals in the clearance area. We would go back again.

No frills dining, but food is always consistently good. Fried chicken was terrific and portion size was great - came with 2 sides and biscuits. Left there quite full and satisfied. Wait staff were very nice. Food came out fast and hot. Good job!

Absolutely loved it!!! I went by myself and had a most enjoyable meal with absolutely the best service one would want. Everything was made exactly how I ordered it and the Togo meal I placed was timed perfectly for when I was finished with my meal. On a side note; anyone eating here should take the time to peek at the wonderful nature just over the curb towards the woods. Rare birds and a GIANT rabbit call the protected area home and was very relaxing to take in the natural beauty around the property. This is definitely in my top 3 of Cracker Barrels to eat at nation wide.

😐 I have been wanting to go here for a while. Finally went and was not impressed. We waited for over an hour.
