Worse Manager ever! Totally a liar! please, please, please do not ever sign a lease here! They seem nice at first, but once you've sign the lease, everything's different! It'll take months to fix a tap and there're roaches everywhere in this apartment! They never care about it and only have limited number of people can get pest control!

The new owner of this apartment is terrible.I have moved out for few months now. However, I still wont be able to get my deposit back. Every time I call, Tim is the name of the owner, he just say he will work on sending a check on "Friday", but he never did. Same experience has happened to all my friends who lived in this apartment. No one yet got their deposit back!!!

The owner "Tim" is a ghost if you need your deposit back after you move out. I moved out Sept. of 2018 and have yet to receive my deposit back. I have been told many times that I would get my deposit "soon" but after 6 months, whoever is running this circus (New Manager) has quit responding and will not answer calls or texts.

I absolutely LOVE these apartments!! From the application to the move in process and everything in between and after was such an easy and quick process. Kelly and Kaylee in the front office are so amazing and not to mention absolute sweethearts! We had a slight hiccup with the plumbing in our apartment and maintenance was super quick to come in and get it looked at, we ended up moving into a different apartment due to the extent of the work that needed to be done to fix the plumbing issue but it worked out in the end and our rent was lowered. I HIGHLY recommend these apartments for anyone looking for affordable living and great management!

I recently lost my bike. It was secured. Someone cut the lock and stole it. No response from management. I won't recommend this apartments. Terrible safety management.

Updated Review: Overall, I do appreciate this apartment complex. Aside from the pests, the apartment is pretty good (at least my unit is) vinyl floors, tile bathroom with bone white tile grout upon move in (some jankiness here and there but it’s not a big deal), for what you pay as long as you keep your place clean you’re getting a nice experience. However, you gotta understand you’re gambling with your peace living so close to the college which is not the fault of the property management but the community the property is located in. It’s also convenient in many ways so you have to weigh what you’re okay with. Below is a review made in July ‘23(my opinion has changed a bit since): It’s a waste of time even attempting to get into contact with the property manager. Use as a place to increase your rent history, credit worthiness, and gain a foothold here and nothing more. The inconsistent service combined with the noise of the surrounding area that no one can really control adds up.

A disgusting place to live in. Lots of bugs and bed bugs. The owner and manager are worst ever. They will not take any actions for the issues. Rather, they will charge you. Don't ever rent it, I repeat don't even think to rent it.

Very true reviews, but, there is a ray of hope. The new manager Sasha is trying her best to make the place livable. I do hope her efforts will be recognized and sustained.
