😠 Always check reviews first! I was applying and then the subtotal to apply was over $500 just to APPLY. there was a $300 "floorplan" deposit and a bunch of other random fees. Imagine paying over half the rent just to apply and not be accepted. Sounds like a scam. Be safe people.
