My visit was so very nice. The young PA was so nice to me. She really knew what she was doing. The doctor who came in was simply amazing. I was so pleased at my visit and will recommend your office to everyone I know. Thank you again for heing such a wonderful place to go if you are sick. I highly recommend to everyone.

I love their process much better than going to the main hospital emergency room. Everyone was nice. You get checked in and wait for your “appointment time”. I didn't mind the wait because it still beats the experience of the ER where there are sooo many people. It was peaceful here! That matters to me. AND ITS CLEAN!!!

I got out of a 3hr ER wait! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were able to complete an X-ray and refer me to an imaging location in half the time it would have taken me to be seen at our local ER. I highly recommended this location.

The wait was longer than going to Grady! I scheduled an appointment for a sports physical for my son and it took 2 hours total. We waited an hour and a half to be seen for 10 minutes, then it took another 30 minutes for someone to check us out. Not once did anyone give an update or apologize for the long wait times. And the discharge nurse had an attitude when I stepped out of the exam room to explain that I needed to leave because I had been there 2 hours at this point.

I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and efficiently the entire staff handled my appointment! I was so sick and had no idea I had COVID. The APRN quickly diagnosed me and my medications were waiting for me at the pharmacy when I got there. I was feeling better by the very next day! From start to finish it was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic for urgent care needs!

Receptionist was nice and professional. I got in to see someone within 10 minutes. Doctor came into room after getting there in 10 minutes. Doc was awesome 🙂. Got me up. Was informative and gave me detailed information on my issue and to do next. Great visit

EVERY SINGLE person was kind and patient. I have truly never been to an urgent care and encountered so many amazing and kind people. Service was fast. Learning about the online checkin was good. It’s a nice feature that I will use in the future. This location is 50 min from home but if I have to pick an urgent care, I will travel the extra few minutes to come to this one.

Everyone was very nice and very professional. Let’s talk bout the timing, it was the quickest Dr visit I’ve ever had! From the front desk to my prescription being filled before I left was 10/10. Dr.Petra was kind, understanding, and full of knowledge. Thank you all for the professionalism. It’s been 24 hours and I feel 90% better! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
