A hugh thank you to the bakery. I traveled 4.5 hrs for my nephews birthday party and forgot my icing. Thankfully, the bakery was able to sell me some and save the day

The dirtiest Bob Evans I've ever been in. Deep dirty, not just a lack of vacuuming. Biscuits were awesome. Everything else was just ok. I won't be stopping here again.

Used to have great customer service but not anymore. My last time there 5/?/23 was frustrating to say the least. When my boyfriend and I went there we saw only one employee, a male, talking with a couple women at the desk. One was a customer, other was there just to chit-chat and left about 10 minutes later. We haven't been acknowledged yet by the employee. While waiting on the other customer, he calls someone and has a personal conversation and messes up what he was doing (verbally said so). He mumbled something about female employee needing to get back on floor. She finally showed up after we've been there 20 minutes or so, she walks to her desk without really asking if we needed help - other than answering one question we asked. She finally asks if we need help and takes the account info. We told her what we wanted to do and she was very confused by the simple request. It took 5-6 times explaining things to her for her to finally understand what was needed. She indicated for the 3 of us to go look at a few phones that fit our needs. She wouldn't even get up and come help us, instead she was talking to the male employee about his phone call he'd made while waiting on the other customer. WE THEN WALKED OUT! We went to the Beckley, WV location and got a new phone, much better service there - they care about customers.

Had a wonderful time having lunch at Gino's with family. It was a beautiful day. My husband and his cousin baptized 4 members of their family that day. We all met afterwards to fellowship together. It was very nice in this little shopping town and I will add that Gino's food was very good.

NICE WAL-MART BUT NEEDS MORE CASHIERS ON DUTY 1 ONLY WILL NOT DO!! IN SUCH A BIG WAL-MART AN AS MANY CUSTOMERS AS THEY HAD!! FORCING THE ELDERLY TO USE THE DO IT YOURSELF CHECK OUT AN THEY WHERE HAVE TROUBLE TO! NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS 😕 👍 STOCKING COULD BE BETTER AN THE MEN ROOM NEEDS BETTER ATTENTION TO! IN SHORT CLEAN IT!!
