Everything is terrible. Unhygienic, rooms with peeling, dirty walls, musty smell. I paid in advance and I couldn't bear to be so unhealthy, I left and went to another hotel. Defective shower dripping water non-stop, a swimming pool with dirty green water, dirty reception, in short, the photos on the internet do not match reality. The only positive point is the fact that it is close to the bus station.

The service from the staff was the best, friendly and attentive, the rooms are second to none, very comfortable, the best hotel I've ever been to and I'll be back

The bathroom door doesn't close, the pool was dirty, the socket switches next to the bed didn't work and the night receptionist was very rude, plus the television didn't even have a control. In other rooms, the wall at the head of the bed is peeling, the bathroom floor in the bath area is broken, the sink is clogged with hair, and the TV is once again out of control. (They say the control was stolen) The air conditioning in one room is dripping, and the outlets again none near the bed work

The rooms are not 100% clean The showers were very dirty with a terrible shower, the water was blocked and the showers were clogged. Air conditioners releasing dust smells

Horrible experience. There is nothing worse than being deceived. We were victims of a scam, as nothing described is true. Terrible service. Bad structure, disorganized and with a total lack of hygiene. The pool is rubbish, very dirty! Our money is worth much more. I don't recommend it to ANYONE!!! Do not stay at this place.

I was received very well, I liked the clean and fragrant environment, I even loved having a swimming pool and the location of the hotel being in the city center, close to everything I needed. I will definitely be back soon

HORRIBLE, SIMPLY HORRIBLE. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DEFINE HOW HORRIBLE THE EXPERIENCE WAS. I CHECKED OUT AHEAD OF TIME, BECAUSE I COULD NOT SUPPORT CONTINUING IN THIS PLACE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I really liked it. I stayed one night in a triple room, I found it very cozy for those who are traveling and need to stop to rest. We were very well taken care of. And it's at the back of a very large supermarket, which means that in case of any need it's totally viable to quickly walk and buy something.
