    The reception service leaves something to be desired, a simple question is answered as if it were an insult. Insufficient and/or incomplete information is passed on. A terrible ill will. I think there are people who really want to work, but others should give way to those who really value human beings above all. Even more so in the emergency sector.

    You need to hire better attendants, the receptionists leave a lot to be desired, they don't inform patients properly, they make light of simple questions, it seems like we're asking for a favor, the girl who performs the exam is very polite and helpful, I didn't like the experience, I'll just go back there if you have no other option.

    Even in apartments they only allow one visitor per day. This is horrible for the patient's mental health. My grandmother is 77 years old, and she has to choose one of her children to see each day.

    Terribly, I have photos of 17 bruises caused by unsuccessful attempts to pump my vein. The companions sleep in a chair. The nutritionist never came to my room during the 4 days I was there. I didn't complete my treatment and I requested to be discharged early due to so many problems.

    I just have to thank all the professionals at Incardio hospital where my father-in-law and my family were well received and cared for. Thank you very much audit, hygiene, concierge, hemodynamics (Dr. ALEXANDRE I will never forget your attitude as such a human professional) you are wonderful, CC where everything changed and from it came a new story for José, thank you to everyone on this team, to the physiotherapists, a fundamental piece In this endeavor, my rating here is 1000, the nursing team with its heroes and heroines at the Clinic, all the Physiotherapy and Nursing interns for the affection and care provided, wonderful Social Service and Psychology, competence and empathy are in you. Thank you very much to the management of Incardio who gave us the opportunity to be at our father's side for many years, this is priceless. And I couldn't help but thank Dr. ANDRÉ for bringing a new heart to our Lampião, for clarifying our doubts and insecurities in a humanized way. The Lord will always be the best because a 'alive' heart beats in your chest. We will never forget you because you were instruments of blessings used by GOD to bring Life to our family. GRATITUDE.

    Unfortunately, the reception is not qualified to assist people who come in search of information. I received very poor service when I called. In addition to the extreme rudeness I suffered, I did not have the necessary answers. I and other people in my family have been calling for over 2 weeks and have not had an answer about a particular procedure that a family member needs to undergo urgently and, until now, we have had no response. They say that the patient has to go through an interview, but they have to wait for someone to call! Simply, the reception claims that there are a lot of sick people.

    Terrible. It will seem like a joke, but the Heart Institute does not have a sphygmomanometer (a device for measuring blood pressure), at least not for patients with contact precautions who must have individualized instruments and materials to avoid cross-contamination. Broken oximeter. Not to mention that the companion is the one who gives the bath, changes the bed linen and gives the patient medications, because the nursing technician wants to advance her side. They should hire me. Not to mention everything else that, honestly... it takes a while to carry out exams... It leaves a lot to be desired.

    Too much delay in service. Lack of concern for customers. Horrible. I do not recommend. I stayed from 9 am to be seen at 4 pm.

    I have a relative admitted to this hospital who says it's from the heart! 2 days there and no cardiologist seeing him!! An emergency case like this, 🤦‍♀️ and it's private and he paid a lot of money to be admitted.

    Bad unit. Horrible structure, the shower had no water, the mattress was wet, medical negligence, neglect on the part of social assistance, harassment by a nursing technician.

    A clinic of this size does not have an URA for telephone support. It's a shame! The number is conventional and always busy, we were never able to call and be answered to make an appointment. The customer has to go to the location to get information. How absurd!!!! From the times of the caves... there is no WhatsApp to make an appointment nor an URA to form a queue for service, we have to keep calling hoping for luck so that it won't be busy and someone will answer! Terrible!!!
